Fantastic experience: Neil and his team provided an exceptional service when they installed our Koi pond in 2024. They also installed a water blade feature in our sunken seating area. Neil and his team ensured we were happy throughout the process. The aftercare was also outstanding due to Neil's expertise. We were first-time owners of Koi which was daunting. However Neil was able to offer excellent advice and was very accommodating when we had any concerns or queries. He certainly put our minds at ease. We highly recommend Cleaner ponds.

Fantastic experience: Neil has done an amazing job with our ponds. We recently moved into a new house with a waterfall leading into a top pond and leading via another waterfall into a bottom pond. We were unsure what to do as the pond looked dilapidated and leaked but it had potential. Fantastic experience: Our 50 plus year old ponds were leaking. Cleaner ponds came and relined the concrete with fibre glass - obviously completely emptying and cleaning them first. Fish were safely housed in temporary tank. Fibreglass painted and ponds refilled and restocked giving them a new lease of life. Excellent workmanship and great attention to detail and care for the fish. Filters renewed, pipework cleaned and replaced where necessary. Really friendly and knowledgeable, have no hesitation in recommending them.

They arrived as stated (despite bad weather) and the pond was cleaned and back together within the day. Fantastic experience: I asked Neil if he would clean my pond as the water was very murky. As soon as he saw it he told me that the water was gin clear. He filled a glass jar with pond water and sure enough it was. He gave me advice on how to get the water clear. He could have ripped me off and charged me to clean it out but he didn't, maybe many others would have,. This company is a very reputable company and following Neil's expert and professional advice my pond is now crystal clear. Highly recommended. Thank you Neil.

Fantastic experience: A five star service , all work carried out by Neil and his superb team at Cleaner Ponds. Our pond was just a hole of dirty water and the only time you ever saw the fish was at feeding time , Cleaner Ponds came along provided a competitive quote which was accepted , Cleaner Ponds arrived on the date agreed and carried out a fantastic job in cleaning our Pond Leaving us with a crystal clear pond and once again being able to see all our fish !
