🗣️ Barcelona Aquarium: Reviews
Positive experience: Sea tunnel -- opportunity to see Sharks -- is main chartistic of this aquarium. Besides this I see that it is relatively small with high ticket prices compared to other aquariums in Europe.
Fantastic experience: very nice selection of fish, the big tank with tunnels is a show stopper. I was a bit dissappointed by the size of the museum, was expecting it to be much bigger, i was also hoping to see jellyfish but there weren't any :( the souvenir store is very cute, with a lot of nice souvenirs. overall i was happy with the tour.
It's wonderful to hear you enjoyed our fish selection and the impressive big tank with tunnels, Esperanza! We understand your expectation about the museum's size and the jellyfish, and we appreciate your feedback. Delighted you found our souvenir store cute with its variety of nice items. Thanks for visiting and leaving us such a lovely review!
Fantastic experience: I love to visit this Aquarium it’s so pretty and everything is perfect, I just don’t like the thought of the animals being captured from their natural habbit…
Negative experience: The staff at the entrance were extremely impolite. We had to wait 30 minutes just to pay a €10 difference because, due to an error, our tickets were in different categories. Instead of trying to understand the situation, they threatened to call security and said they wouldn’t let us in, even though we had already paid €200. It’s outrageous that people who are supposed to work with the public can treat customers with such an attitude.
Fantastic experience: Treat for a fans of aquatic life. High quality of fishes and other sea creatures. Visit is going to take 1.5hour and is worth taking a time
Romul, your words truly underline the magic that the underwater world holds for many of our visitors. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed both the variety and quality of our marine creatures. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and recommend a visit.
Fantastic experience: We go here almost every year with the kids. They love it. They made the entrance part sooo great now with the monitors which cover the entire floor and simulate the ocean and beach. Also some educational elements inside to teach children about pollution and conservation.
