The place was lovely with a lot of variety and the man behind the counter was so friendly, approachable and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone. And we’ll definitely be going back there to get our tank setup when we’re ready.

Negative experience: It's a shame as I thought they had good reviews but although the lady gave me a bit of advice... she did sound a bit uninterested...

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I visited Marine fish shop in Holbeach today as we would like to get into marine fish keeping. So glad we did, the wealth of knowledge was unbelievable. We are complete novices and every question we could think to ask they could answer, from choosing a tank, size, equipment, explaining different types of corals and food they require. Stocking of the tank and the types of fish required to do different jobs within the aquarium. We really appreciated all the assistance you gave us and we will definitely be visiting you again soon, hopefully to purchase fish and corals! Give them a visit, it's a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us!

Fantastic experience: The cleanest shop I have ever been to friendly people but pricing is all over the place in this shop I asked the price on a coral was £45 while I'm still in the shop someone else asked the price and was told £25 for the same coral things need clearly marking as it gets annoying quick having to ask the price on every thing. also pvc pipe is extremely expensive I only bought 4ft of 1" pipe and cost over £20 my fault should have asked how much it was before I took it but probably the reason things are not priced. I bought other things at the same time so didn't realise at 1st how much I payed for it

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service from Howard and Helen, the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have had the pleasure to meet. I’ve been keeping Marine Fish for over 20 years and haven’t come across another retailer who could hold a candle to the both of them. Their livestock and premises are ultra clean and you really won’t find better quality anywhere. My go to place for everything Marine and Reef, you really MUST visit and they have a great online service too!

Fantastic experience: This was the 3rd marine shop I visited in as many weeks... Had a huge headache listening to a very well know business(I have been asked not to mention the company name) that I had spent a small fortune with and I didn't even have a marine tank crazy..... Popped into marine fish shop I spoke with Helen who was very polite, I think she could see the pain on my face lol... Helen called Howard over to help me while dealing with other customers, l showed Howard some pictures and gave a quick run down.... His reply was the same as the other 2 shops but was explained in far more detail with reasons that could be understood, But Howard was the only one that had the solution. Yes I had to wait a week but oh boy this business loaned all the equipment I needed at no cost to transfer water and live rock over including a heater so he could work on the tank... Howard returned the following night to transfer water and rock back over making it look so easy.... The equipment I purchased was all fitted by Howard at no extra cost... Absolute stress free.Helen and Howard are a great team that have a library of knowledge that they have a great way of explaining so it can be understood.... Within a matter of weeks I'm up and running with fish ground crew and corrals. Definitely would recommend. Your on the Christmas card list lol Again thanks.

Fantastic experience: just had a waterbox reef delivered by Howard. Outstanding service they pre assembled the base brought the tank fully in and placed on stand. so glad I bought from them and not from some of the other very well known online retailers. Most other retailers just do kerbside delivery and leave you scratching your head with 150kg of tank sat on your drive. Howard unboxed all the tank took away all the packing. Don't think about buying your tank from anywhere else. Many thanks to all of you that were involved in getting my waterbox delivered.

Fantastic experience: Love this shop, well laid out clean tanks, very large stock of corals and fish and will order in if they dont have it. All livestock i have purchased have been very healthy and thrived. Knowledgeable staff that have patiently answered all my begineer questions and many more besides, which was important getting into this hobby.

Positive experience: Visited yesterday and purchased a green mushroom tanks are are all clean bar a couple of corals which had aptasia on. Staff are friendly but not all corals and fish are clearly labelled, not a bug problem as when asked prices were given quickly. Will be buying again from, one of the best shops around for coral chalice. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Went to go get a tang and coral. The fish was the most healthiest tang I’ve ever seen and I bought it home and in a couple of mins it was swimming around happy as a can be. Also the people know a lot about the hobby and are very easy to talk to.

I've been visiting since buying a marine set-up last year and have found they are always helpful, offering advice on fish and best practice.
