Fantastic experience: I previously purchased a new lighting unit for my Juwel aquarium from iQuatics, but last week broke one of the flaps, I remembered that they sold replacement flaps, and ordered a new set. The order was dispatched very fast, and order received well packaged. Great service, great prices! Much cheaper than Juwel branded parts, and in my opinion, better made too!

Fantastic experience: The team are so knowledgable - they make Google seem short on resources. Delivery is fast and safe with incredibly careful packaging for fragile lightbulbs and earlier this year I even sent in a unit I bought years ago for servicing - price was low and the work was completed while I waited. My fish only had to go a couple of hours without lighting! Would highly recommend over anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I bought a 180 light for my tank which holds a little over 180 ltrs. This light is extendable so it fitted easily into my tank. It does not have a light switch but I use a plug in timer for the lights anyway so no probs with that. I also bought the extra flaps as mine no longer fit this unit. Bit of adjusting the size to fit as they are wider and longer than the original unit I had. Easily done. They look fine. All I need to do now is fit my automatic feeder. On the whole. Well happy with it.

They had an issue with a machine they contacted me to make me aware which was appreciated we discussed a few options , and agreed on existing order with a minor adjustment of some flats instead of just rocks , unfortunately no flats arrived so now I’ve had to pay to have the rocks cut myself , but I do repeat flats not part of original order just phone conversation after order so maybe it didn’t get relayed only reason for 4 stars otherwise very pleased

Fantastic experience: I got fed up paying through the nose for salt. It seems to be getting more expensive every month. So I decided to give IQuatics salt a go. It's at least a third cheaper than my normal salt and I honestly cannot tell the difference between IQuatics and the much more expensive reef salt that I normally use. More importantly, my corals seem to like it too.

Negative experience: Still didn’t receive the items slowest delivery ever so bad I had to purchase another at another store so I could continue my project in time will never buy from this place again best to avoid The shipping was meant to be with a courier instead they chose a cheaper option which takes longer Shipping said Hermes which has been evri over 12 months now but sent with Royal Mail which can not be tracked until it’s attempted to be delivered so useless Had it been sent with the specified courier there would have been status updates and useable tracking numbers so now it’s somewhere no one knows where with Royal Mail and has now cost me twice as much money having to source an alternative You can’t blame the couriers for you not sticking to what was stated upon purchase

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service. I ordered the wrong lighting unit. So I called the shop they asked me to send over photos of my tank via email, so I did and they was able to identify what tank I had and I ordered another light and received it next day and it is the correct light! So I sent the wrong light back. Will definitely use this shop in the future.

Negative experience: Bought new 120 lighting unit plus bulbs Unfortunately in the few months we had it it's filled with water and tripping our electrics We have un installed it from our tank and have called for a return and diagnostics, will update review once we have rectified our lighting, **** update **** After speaking with amazon we have been issued a full refund, leaving us able to purchase a new unit without any waiting around.. Very happy at the CS provided by amazon, un happy with light lasting so little time before becoming faulty, wasn't filled with confidence speaking to manufacturers

Fantastic experience: AMAZING customer service! Can't do enough to help you. I bought a light unit from them a couple of years ago and it recently stopped working. I talked through with them on the phone what happened and they suggested it was a ballast issue, I purchased one from them and they fitted it for me for free. Took them 15 mins to do and I was back on my way with a fully functioning tank light again along with all new seals, washers and some new screws. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, due to the current climate I had a problem with my local courier depot. This was no fault of iquatics whatsoever but the efforts made by shawn to resolve these issues in particularly trying circumstances was utterly first class. Always in contact, whether off his own back or just replying to my messages swiftly. Sometimes a companys true colours can come out during difficulties and these guys really excelled. Onto the product. I purchased the t5 aqualumi universal to replace my failing led unit. Was unsure whether to go back to T5s but looking at my aquarium now I am so glad I did. The unit arrived incredibly well packaged and was easy to assemble. I only installed it today so will take a week or 2 to see how my plant growth benefits. What I can say is that the light has penetrated every corner of my tank, something the leds never managed to do. The light colour is fantastic and has really made my cardinals colour pop. Build quality of the unit is superb too. Overall, super happy with the product and will definitely be using iquatics again.

Fantastic experience: Had water damage on my back four connectors for my lights for jewl 260,found out I was about 5 months out of warranty but was informed by the guys at iquatics if I payed the postage and return they would fix for free! sent on Wednesday morning and received my lights back Friday morning all fixed and they even replaced the other 4 connectors,, excellent work and service everyone at iquatics and excellent turn around.. Fantastic experience: Amazing, I ordered a new light from iQuatics to replace a faulty Jewel 240 ltr unit, I was very impressed with the build quality and the helpfulness of the staff. I recently upgraded my tank to another 4ft juwel tank and assumed this light would fit with the same width, however once purchased a 260ltr bow front I had issues with the flaps and how it all sat. iQuatics have been very helpful and helped me to measure for a set of custom flaps to insure correct coverage of the new tank. I am so happy with the result and very satisfied with the help and advice I recieved, i really would reccomend iQuatics to anyone looking for a good quality product that will last the test of time. Fantastic experience: Bit of a hick up to start, but they were brilliant and very quick sort out. Very pleased with the tropical tubes. Ideal for a south american set-up. Hopefully will help with some plant growth. 2 pictures below, Low light running 2 x 54w, High light running the additional iQuatics 2 x 54w. Programmed to run either individually or together through-out the day.

Fantastic experience: I ordered alot of dry rock from iquatics, it came quickly and in perfect condition, the boxes they use are really robust and ensure the rock arrives in the condition it left them. Will definitely use them for any of my marine tank needs in the future
