Fantastic experience: Bought 2 goldfish from here fantastic addition to my tank. Super helpful staff answered all my questions.

Negative experience: Was sold two 3x Honduran red points, shipping all okay. But 2 of the Honduran red points were a yellowy colour and looked more like a hybrid convict. Emailed about this, and no reply so wouldn’t purchase from them again.

Positive experience: Very nice place to go to buy fish and aquarium related stuff. They have displayed a wide range or tropical fish and a small range of salt water fish and a fair amount of tropical live plants and huge range of maintenance and food related stuff . They also have a good amount of out door pond related stuff to purchase as well . Fair priced and friendly sale person.good packaging and dispensing of the goods. I recommend them for all the above . There is parking space in front of the shop and easy accessible .

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place, been taken over recently by new young owner, done absolutely cracking job on renewing, updating the shop/selection of products/live stock. Made it more appealing for all needs with fish and types or pond/fresh water/topical/salt water, while also haveing a better, more generous selection of all types of fish to choose from. I honestly recomend this to be better then pets at home and by far best aquarium fish supplier in Preston. The knowledgeable info they give about all species to the beginners start up tanks/advanced tanks that they also sell too

Negative experience: Sold me ill fish. Now all my fish are under quarantine. I lost 10 out of 50. When I rang they hang up the phone.I will never come back , picture that I uploaded shows the fish bought with white spots. Already 2000 people have seen it. Have a great day thank you for help. Edit 08-10-2020 Few weeks before I bought 2 silver sharks 1 had cloudy eyes.
