Fantastic experience: Amazing shop, the two guys in there were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they spent time answering my questions and giving advice. Really patient with me and even gave me the orange lens when I wanted to take some photos of the corals I liked. I would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Positive experience: Im an ex Oasis long serving customer thought i would give this place a go.. On my first visit i bought a coral and a fish...both doing well and i found the prices ok, plus there was a guy working there who had previously worked at Oasis...so i came away from there quite pleased. The second time however, i bought a fish and again its doing well but i was told that there was copper in the tank and not to put the water from the bag in my tank after floating the fish...something i was not told the first time...im hoping that my corals are not damaged as water from the bag housing the first fish got in my tank, secondly i would have bought a coral if when i asked for a price there was sensible pricing...every coral was either £80 or£100 with fragments at £40 it was like the pricing was guesswork and way over what i was paying at Oasis. so, i will go again today to attempt to find a reasonably priced coral. overall though i am happy with out of the blue...lets see how it goes on my next visit. Fantastic experience: This store was recommended to me by the owner of oasis aquarium, due to that store closing down. Went to have a look today, found it well stocked, clean and the owner was friendly, knowledgeable and took an interest in my tank setup, fish and coral. There was no hard sell either.

Fantastic experience: Had my 1st trip to Out of the Blue Marines this morning because my hubby kept telling me how good and knowledgeable the staff are. It was brilliant. It was an Auction. We got some really good bargains, while having a laugh. I met some very knowledgeable customers too, who were helpful too. You have to visit here if you love Marine fish. Fantastic service. Negative experience: Bad customer service, low stock, unfriendly, these guys don't know what they are doing at all, everything looks brown, very greedy, their way of talking is absolutely inappropriate, in all honesty they are bad at dealing with customers

Fantastic experience: What’s a great experience! The best aquatic shop i have ever seen. The Staff and the owners are well experienced reefers. The best prices you can find around, all tanks are kept clean and tidy, you can’t see any pests around, nor a dirt. Lovely people, spend over an hour talking about the hobby. I drove 3 hours from Carlisle, but it is worth to drive even 6 hours. Highly recomended!

I've had nothing but a great experience there helpful staff plenty off advise as I'm quite new to it. I have bought fish corals live rock water fish food ect everything I needed and had the advice on how use it or put it in my tank. Fantastic experience: Friendly, chatty and helpful service. Vinney, Jordan and Jasmin made us feel right at home. Went to buy coral for my son whose 12th birthday it was. He loved it. They have a wide variety of coral and fish. Got lots of brilliant advice. Bought amazing coral at affordable prices. They even let him stroke a fish! He came back ecstatic. Thank you everyone.

Positive experience: Good little shop clean healthy fish and corals only reason it’s not 5 star is, no corals have price tags....so you end up saying “how much is that mate”. About 50 times and gets really annoying quick for the customer.... nobody likes constantly asking for prices The only shop in northwest where you gotta ask.... id go a “lot more” and buy more if stuff was labeled, but end up going other places that display there prices clearly! Shame as it’s a good shop apart from that

They made a fuss of my daughter and took time out to listen and explain on all my questions. I am a freshwater tropical guy but since speaking with the team I now need to get myself a marine setup. When I do I will be straight back here as first port of call. Oh yeah and the offer of a brew was an extra touch and thank you for the juice for my lil girl
