Fantastic experience: Amazing shop for all your aquatic needs. There is a very very large variety of fish for all tank types along with plants. The members of staff there are very friendly and super knowledgeable. I bought some cherry shrimp and they helped advise me on which of my fish could potentially have scampi for tea. Thanks to the kind ladies knowledge my shrimp are nice and safe and ready to get their clean on. This will now be our new supplier for our aquascaping hobby !!!

Fantastic experience: One of THE best fish specialist’s I’ve ever been to; the staff are absolutely amazing every one of them. ESPECIALLY Laura; her knowledge is amazing and the time she takes to speak to my little one makes such a difference (even though he can be a little crank) the place has really good stock; reasonable prices and their knowledge is just incredible. I’ve been going to them now for the best part of 18 months and I learn something new every single time. I was recommended this place by a friend of mine and I am so so glad that he did; because they really are brilliant. Anytime I have an issue with the fish; the water or anything else the staff are on hand to help. Mark (the owner) is an absolute gem as well; always makes sure that my tank is 100% can’t thank you all enough

Fantastic experience: A great find right on our doorstep. Very clean shop. Very clean tanks and a wonderful variety of tropical and cold water fish. Also a koi pond fish selection at the back of the store. All very clean. We are planning our first tank and fish and the advice we received was excellent. We left with a knowledge of water , live plants and fish for first timers like me. I shall be purchasing my fish from here when my tank is ready. 5stars from me !

Fantastic experience: I have to start by saying this has been my go to shop over the last 7 years as it’s local and I’m lucky to be so close as this is an exceptional store, from expert, friendly advice, a great range of stock from tanks, plants a plenty and great quality frozen and dry foods, lots of various rocks, bog woods etc for your aquascape, and they now sell all natural dog treats and snacks for your furry friends. In all my years I have never purchased and lost any fish from this store and I have bought lots and all are really healthy fish. One of my favourite purchases from here was a clown loach (Martha) must be around 6 years old now. Thanks from me and Martha to all staff past and present for all your hard work advice and service with a smile, it really makes a difference to your experience also not forgetting a nice show tank out the back, well worth a visit if you love your fish.

Fantastic experience: I visited Amazon Aquatics today, I've met Mark. He is friendly and knowledgeable, the shop is well stocked, and the prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Can say i enjoy poping in, helpfull staff too. Cover a good variety of tropical fish with addition of pond section in the back room. Worth a pop in. Key point ide like to make out is I dont have to look at sick and suffering fish when I pop into amazon aquatics. Unlike yesterday at daves aquarium (poor koi). I won't be going back daves again for that reason. A statement in its self when I go and visit another towns aquatics store and find my self impelled to leave a review for amazon aquatics instead for setting a example on quality of care.

Negative experience: Bought £45 worth of fish and they didn’t survive 2 days. Last time they blamed my water in an established tank. Not bothering with them again. My tank and water are fine as my other fish seem to be ok. They are selling poor fish and blaming your water. Stay well clear.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Aquatic suppliers of anything aquatic. Friendly, very knowledgeable and so helpful. They stock everything you can think of to do with Aquariums. They have a large variety of live stock, great plant selection real or plastic, spare parts or replacements and full aquarium start ups tanks filter's lights the lot basically you name it they will probably have it. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend amazon aquatics, I started using these from day 1 of owning a tropical tank, they helped me with every single little thing as I did not have any clue how to run a tropical tank nor care for the fish. Fast forward 2 years and I've bought a larger tank from them, lots of fish, accessories and little tanks. This place goes above and beyond for their customers unlike some local fish shops!! The manager and the team are always happy to help with any enquiries and reassure you if your a panicer like myself. Definitely be going back again. Always went to Wigan for my fish due to not knowing about this place but no more trips to Wigan for me and my husband! Positive experience: I like this place and do recommend them for buying fish and supplies. They have lots of choice good price and very helpful. However the store was very busy as nobody was taking any notice of the max number people in store and not wearing masks and it was not being enforced. Also a family letting their kids run round while we were there.
