Fantastic experience: Very welcoming place, friendly & passionate staff especially the young lad with the red bandanna his name alludes me but he was very understanding of my 9 month old baby & went out of his was to be friendly & explain about what sea life had to offer how they help to local environment & animals was really touching to see someone so passionate about their job a real credit to sea life he absolutely made our day taking the time to really share his knowledge & promote all the positive things sea life do when I attended with my little family if he was my son I’d be very proud.

Positive experience: I’m a huge lover of aquariums and so are the family, however the children are still too young to be entertained for hours by fish in a tank. However sea life can be a great day with the family, and you did used to get in cheap when the tickets was on the back of cereals. Unfortunately we could not find any discount sites except the 20% off they offer you for pre booking. It cost £114 for 6 of us to enter with full price being charged for our 2 year olds…. Which is ridiculous. That was with 20% off. This is obviously done to price gouge the tourists who come down for the week or day, kids want to go in and see some fishes, they get to the till and WHAM your spending £80 for a family of 4 to look at some fishes. I understand they don’t have tourists all year, I understand that this needs to make money in order to facilitate charity work that they do. However charging such an extortionate amount means that you limit accessibility to most family’s. We can afford it, but we don’t want to pay £100+ for 6 of us to get in sea life for a couple hours the place is not the biggest either, it’s not like the deep in hull (which ironically is far cheaper especially if you pre book). I will leave 4 stars however as the staff there was lovely, really put in some effort. All the tanks seemed very clean and fish all looked healthy. The ticket allows you to visit as many times in a day as you like, so we went off for a walk on the beach and returned later to try feel like we got our moneys worth All in all a great little sea life centre but the price is ridiculous, and I’m pretty positive they aren’t paying their workers huge amounts

Fantastic experience: A fantastic centre, celebrating local conservation projects and putting on lots in the summer holidays for families. A special mention to Chloe, who made our daughter's day at the colouring station, entertaining her no end! Wonderful, friendly staff throughout really made this experience.

Fantastic experience: I revisited Sea Life Hunstanton today with my family. The staff were welcoming and friendly. There are a lot of good side fish tanks with a large variety of fish to look at as well as penguins, seals and Asian otters. We saw them feed the otters and the seals. Both were present well with lots of good information on the species and the individual animal. As well as all the exhibits a pirate captain read the book pirates love underpants. He read the whole story in a pirate accent, which was impressive. My daughter enjoyed every minute of our trip and will definitely go again.

Fantastic experience: A lovely atmosphere with very caring, knowledgeable and inviting employees in all areas. I learned a lot from my day here- all of the talks were incredibly informative, it was clear that Matt and Jordana knew each of the animals they were talking about as individuals and it was very cool to get an insight into the lives of all of the animals. Would highly recommend visiting, I will certainly be coming back again!

Positive experience: Would highly recommend booking at least a day prior to the visit as the price goes up when buying the tickets during the visit. ️ It's fun 2 ish hours looking around a decent selection of aquatic life. Otters were unfortunately asleep when we visited but there was a lovely overhead tunnel and an outdoor area with penguin enclosure. I really enjoyed the seal feeding which happens twice a day (I might be remembering wrong). The staff were friendly and helpful and there is a starfish area as well. The best bit was the bug room where the ant display was elaborately set up!

Fantastic experience: Amazing little sea life when purchasing a ticket you can go in and out as much as you want it's next to the beach ️

Positive experience: Perfect for babies ! Little one loved every moment, not too big for her to get over stimulated and the attached coffee shop is just what you need to sit and feed yourself and your babies. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Only downside would be the prices for the gifts and photos, slightly pricy.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place and view of the sea! You just need cold beer and fish and chips

Positive experience: They fed adult and baby penguins during our visit and it was a first to see the fish in the walk through aquarium fed. Fantastic to see the turtle and Guitar Sharks eating the shrimps close up. Staff helpful and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: It should say somewhere that last admission is at 4pm as we just got here at 3 minutes past 4 and we were refused entry and the sale of tickets because we were expecting it to be open until 5pm as it says online. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I visited on Sunday and had an amazing time. We got to hear a penguin talk from Summer who was accompanied by Ethan. She was very informative and charismatic. Summer then stood by the baby penguins after and pointed out which baby was which and was happy to answer any questions. Staff over all were very friendly and created such a nice and educational environment. Centre wasnt too busy which meant we got to take our time at each area before moving on. We spent a good half an hour at the big fish tank at the end just watching them. It was lovely, I can't wait to return in the future

Positive experience: Quite pricey but children do love to visit. Staff very friendly and chatty. Sea life are well looked after. Seem to walk round in 1-2hours

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed this sea life. It takes about 40-90 minutes to get round depending on how fast you go. We got to stroke some starfish and sea anemone. Plenty of fish, reptiles, jellyfish, otters, seals, ants, penguins etc. some adorable baby penguins too. Didn't try the cafe as we were in a rush. Massive car park on the field over the road, with pay by meter.

Positive experience: Had a lovely time, bit smaller than some other sea life centres, but definitely worth a visit. It's great that the ticket lasts all day so you can come and go as you please. Staff were very informative and helpful. Shop is expensive, as is usual at these places.

Negative experience: Not worth the money, took 30 minutes for me and my daughter to get round and suddenly your in the over priced gift shop and they don't take cash

Fantastic experience: We took our family including two autistic boys they were absolutely blown away, the staff could not be more helpful, explaining things to them, pointing out interesting fact, the entire place was immaculate and you could tell the marine life was extremely well looked after. Thank you Amber!

Positive experience: We really enjoyed visiting Sea Life Hunstanton. It isn't cheap but we realise that the money is required to look after all the wonderful creatures that are there. These include injured and sick seals , some who need care for a long time which costs money. We were mesmerised by the aquariums and the beautiful fish, seahorses and jellyfish. The rainforest was fun too. Would return.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with this place, there are so many wonderful creatures to observe, we spent ages in there, great value for money, will visit again when I am next in the area. Not too busy as it is early in the season.

Negative experience: 20 minutes walk looking at some interesting fish but at MASSIVE expense. I appreciate seals need a place to recover, but the price of seeing them at £22 is silly for each adult.

Fantastic experience: Booked online for 12pm but staff let us enter an early. Wasn't overly busy so was able to get around easy. This centre isn't the biggest, however they have made use of the space they have. Kept very clean and tidy. Staff were informative and notified visitors of any talks or feeding that were about to happen. Great selection of fish, even had seals, penguins and otters! All in all, a great little find and kept us busy for about an hour. Bonus of we could come and go all day of we wanted to.

Fantastic experience: Visited on the 10/03/25, fantastic place for all ages. We booked ahead as its much cheaper than paying on the day. On arrival we were greeted with very friendly staff who explained everything we needed to know. The venue itself isn't huge but they certainly made use of the space. We walked around it for roughly an hour. Great family day out. Bonus points as they have a Costa coffee on site as well.

Positive experience: A good place for small children, not very big but does have most of fish that children want to see. It's does have penguins, otters and seals which most don't have. It's not cheap and only too about 1.5 hours to look round.

Positive experience: Not as big as some down south, but definitely a fun (and educational) day out for the family. They're also a local seal hospital! Would recommend a visit if in the area. Booking in advance online is advisable - especially during peak times/school holidays.

Fantastic experience: Fun little aquarium right by the sea. Good variety of sealife and more, seals (they rescue and rehabilitate them), otters, lizards, insects, seahorses, jellyfish, caimans, axolotl, a humongous lobster and of course lots of fish. There are lots of little "bubbles" and tunnels so that the children can see the inside view of exhibits. They can touch starfish, dig for treasure and walk through an ocean tunnel. The staff do talks several times a day. Plenty of places to sit. Attached cafe has ice creams, Costa coffee, toasties etc. Cute little shop. Use Tesco clubcard vouchers to help with the cost. Toilets clean. Parking lot is separate, run by council. It isn't particularly cheap, and no discount for blue badge holders. Plenty to do after, fairground rides and the beach!

Fantastic experience: Pre-booked tickets which we didn't realise gave access all day so we were free to go and come back. Looks quite small from outside, but inside is packed with lots to see. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Positive experience: Small Collection of sea life creatures....good for kids quick tour during the beach side visit or on a caravan holiday but feel too pricey as I feel adult cost £22. Where you can cover the area within 15 min

Fantastic experience: No matter what you personally think of zoos and sealife, this one was well maintained, clean and the staff clearly very much cares for the animals and the sea. Summer was a lovely, upbeat, knowledgeable and very humble :) when she gave us both a penguin- and pacu talk. While the state of the sea generally and the fact that some animals will never be released into the wild again made me sad, that's obviously not their responsibility. I was very excited to learn so much about sea creatures and a lot of new things - and I got to see penguins, which is always a win. It's a relatively small SEA life with a lot of extra things for kids, so more of a family activity I'd say. Buying tickets online is £6 cheaper than buying them there, which was a bit of a surprise.

Fantastic experience: We booked to feed the seals yesterday at Sea Life Hunstanton. What an experience the rangers are fabulous, especially Katie, who really took her time to talk about the seals to us and their conservation efforts at sealife. We'll worth the time and money as it will go back into the cebtre to help care for the seals and others. BRIANNA AND FIADH XX

Fantastic experience: Amazing outing on a weekend away, plenty of things to look at and do. Very helpful staff and and great to see a rescue area for the seals and otter (when we went) would definitely recommend

Positive experience: Sea life has come under lots of pressure over the last few years for its small enclosures and although they were on the slightly small size all the animals seemed to be happy enough. This location had a large variety of animals from all over the globe in tanks and enclosures both inside and outside. My family and I had a wonderful time in front of the large tank seeing the large variety of fish, rays and sharks. The staff were very knowledgeable about everything. I would recommend buying tickets as I would with any day out. In Conclusion, A wonderful day out for all the family when the weather doesn’t play ball.

Positive experience: It's a teeny tiny sealife centre. You can go and come back again should you want to check out different talks. I do like that they have a sealion hospital. However, the price for how small it is seems crazy to me. The staff are always lovely, never had a bad interaction with any of them.

Fantastic experience: We love it here, lots of things to see, the seals and penguins particularly are fab. Took a one year old and he had an absolute blast. Very sensory/baby friendly.

Fantastic experience: We visit often and the fish are always looking so happy, clean and healthy. The team are wonderful. They have such passion and love for all the creatures. They have recently acquired a younger otter friend for their resident old male otter to have companionship. They rescue baby seals along the shoreline and rehabilitate them. Every single animal looks well and happy. Many of the fish will play with you, swimming up to look at you and chase you. What a wonderful place ran by dedicated people <3

Negative experience: Apparently cashless now, really disappointed children who'd saved their pocket money, so they spent it at the fair instead.. you need a mortgage for a drink. Dirty disabled/ baby changing station. Cute seals. Cheaper to buy tickets online but then online seems to be what they're promoting.

Negative experience: Some nice things to see, but flabbergasted by the price. Quite run down in some places, giving more of a feel of a free community centre than a place you spend £100 for a trip that takes no more than 1.5 hours. I think 50% of the price would feel fair. Sign of the terrible inflation in the UK i guess …

Positive experience: The exhibits were very interesting and varied, making time to watch the seals being fed was worthwhile

Fantastic experience: Visited 1st February, so well out of season and as a result the place wasn't everso busy... but that means more freedom and space to look at the animals. Our 5 year old loved it all. Was in the right place at the right time for the Otter feeding talk, which didn't quite go to plan as the otter was sulking, despite best efforts of the young ladies presenting the talk to coax him out of hiding - thanks to them for trying. Went back outside later on for the Penguin feeding time, they were much more co-operative. The Ocean section was particularly good, the tunnel beneath the tank and the huge glass wall to observe from... the massive turtle was laying against the glass for some time, so was able to have a good look. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful, we booked tickets the day before and saved a few quid, so would recommend doing so.

Fantastic experience: We had the most incredible trip to the sea life centre today. Quick to get in, Pixie, Laura, Katie and Daisy were so attentive and helpful. Especially with my neurodiverse boy who's obsessed with sea life. It was easy to know when the feedings were happening and I couldn't fault a single thing from our trip!

Positive experience: Visited during the week with a service user after 180 mile round trip. Place was lovely but they do need to update their Google badly. Says close at 4pm but actually close at 3pm and take last admissions at 2pm. Had I not got there early this would have been a wasted trip and a disappointment disabled service user with mental health learning disabilities to entertain. The admission prices are wrong too. These aside, aquatic life really well looked after, design of the space is excellent, the addition of leaf cutting ants is awesome and these were fascinating. Parking at car park nearby. Disabled access pretty good, just a little tricky to get the main door open with a wheelchair user. Staff helpful and really enjoyed our 45 minute visit. Loved the seals as well and the fact that whilst they have an empty enclosure they have given them the extra space to use which shows caring and dedicated welfare towards their animals

Fantastic experience: Strange that I couldn't decide what score to give. It's not the best sealife centre you will go to but. Really helpful engaging staff very happy to talk through the exhibits. Two large tanks with big fish and a wonderful green turtle. It has a seal rescue/recovery area, though nobody in it is present. As a family group of adults, we had a fantastic 2.5hrs just watching and learning. Shop has good selection and coffee and cake in cafe afterwards.

Fantastic experience: My scout group had an overnight trip to the Hunstanton sea life centre over the last weekend and it was absolutely delightful. To start, the staff were extremely welcoming and gave every single one of us lot a hot drink upon arrival from their Costa bar area in the entrance. After that, we were taken on an a lovely tour around the aquarium to see all of the creatures which were beautiful, I especially loved the otter named Twix. At the end of the sea creatures there was the Amazon room which contained many insects including some glorious stick bugs which were given the opportunity to hold and it was incredible. Finally, the sleeping area was wonderful as we had the choice of 3 different areas which we bounced around with one having a delightful overhead view of all the aquatic animals (and an absolutely massive turtle), the second having a full glass wall to see into the same tank and a simple are with 4 sofas and a television. All around was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend that you do so aswell!!

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sea Life in Hunstanton. The highlight of our visit was definitely seeing the resident seals but we also enjoyed seeing all the other marine life they had here. They had a very wide variety of fish and other animals here, including penguins. All of the tanks and exhibits were accompanied by very detailed information screens or boards which provided more information about the animals. There was also an interactive element which I'm sure many of the younger visitors would enjoy. We parked at a nearby car park and had a short (but wet and windy) walk through the funfair and along the promenade. Despite the weather, we had a very warm welcome here and every member of staff we spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. After visiting the aquarium, we enjoyed a hot drink in the Costa located in the main entrance.

Positive experience: Good staff and happy animals in the exhibits but we went round it in less than an hour, and it cost us £20 each. So I wouldn't say good value for money.

Fantastic experience: Been visiting for nearly 30 years now and never been disappointed. If it wasn't for lockdown we would have gone every other weekend all year. Still regularly visiting, varied enough to warrant a season pass.

Fantastic experience: I went with my partner to see the baby seals mainly. It was lovely to see them out playing together. And there were a good lot of different sea creatures and other animals to see too. The sealife centre does timed talks which you can go to too like penguin feeding time etc. And you can feed the Pacu fish that was really fun! There's a Costa in there too and your ticket allows you reentry as well so if you need to pop out you can. The gift shop was great as always!

Fantastic experience: We went on the last Sunday of simmer holidays, there were no crowds at all. My son is obsessed with sharks and marine life, this being his first time seeing them in real life he was next level excited. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The animals are beautiful and clearly well cared for. We saw 3 little seal pups who had recently been rescued and they were just beautiful. The centre is literally right on the beach front, along the promenade from a fun fair (seasonal) and shops and stalls. Once you get your entry you can come and go from the centre as you please which we found really useful. We came in early, left for a nice fish and chip lunch ok the beach, then came back for another round. The centre isn't huge but it has a big selection of wildlife to see and its absolutely worth the visit. Parking was ample and cheap. Definitely bring cash with you to this area though as its needed for a lot of things other than the centre. We will be back

Positive experience: We decided to take a look around Sealife Hunstanton. As it was a last minute trip to the seaside, it wasn't pre- booked so we paid more on the day. I have to say it's not the largest Sealife Centre that we have visited, but this one does includes a seal sanctuary. The day ticket means you can visit as many times as you want during that day and it was open 10-4pm If you don't rush the visit it can take about and hour or hour & a half. Containing the usual exhibits, walk through tunnel, penguins and seals.

Positive experience: The smallest Sea life centres we've visited. Well maintained and entertained the children for a couple of hours max. Due to its size the talks were very crowded even though it wasn't particularly busy. I wouldn't recommend it for children with Sen who struggle with being close to people as navigation through the site was a bit cramped. I was happy to use the 50% discount and carers discount but we would have been very unimpressed of we'd paid full on the door prices.

Fantastic experience: wonderful spectacular lovely people. it was surprising that there is free parking in many parts of the town. it was good to observe the ebb and flow of the tide on the beach. you can spend a nice day with your family

Positive experience: Great place, lovely tanks set up with lots of information on the species , the conservation efforts and some back stories, loved the Seals, Crocs, Seahorses and all the different Sharks. Prebooked cost us £20 per adult and £10 per child on a special offer, probably why it was Very busy inside. A little too busy to get many good photos Only reason I wouldn't give 5* is none of the special offers on line cater for families with more than two children . We have 4 children and had to buy 3 adult tickets

Fantastic experience: Visited with my teenage Niece after not having been for many years. Penguins and rescued seals were lovely. Staff giving talks were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the new rainforest exhibit with Leaf cutter ants. Very cool. You can get really near as they are enclosed in a moat instead of glass. I really liked the funny turtles in with the crocodile, really comical. I really want to go back again and try out the shark feeding activity. Next time! I think the place is really well maintained and they keep the exhibits updated. It’s dear but worth the visit.

Positive experience: Despite its mid size, my children found it fascinating. Some members of staff were keen to talk to us about the sea animals. Would love to see more plants in most aquariums to make them look better and for animals to enjoy.

Fantastic experience: A great afternoon was spent taking photos and videos of the fish. Several school parties were in front and so it took longer to get in. We had a drink in the cafe first which gave the school kids time to get well ahead of us. We could then get close to the tanks and look at the fish. Ear defenders are available at reception. Will definitely visit again.

Positive experience: Always visit once a year when on holiday from Scotland, brilliant every visit! Must say though I'd recommend bringing your own food, selection was small and of low quality. Is what it is and we'll know for next time. Service was great on the other hand

Positive experience: Me and my family had a great few hours here. Paid via tesco vouchers, which helped as it is pretty expensive otherwise. It was a great time here. Lots of different fish to sea. My son loved that they had nemo & dory. The only downside was that I found that you could not eat here i.e no hot food served or really any lunch for anyone.

Fantastic experience: Took my son for his birthday. We all loved it! Children and adults found it very interesting, and all were amazed to see some of the sea creatures. Viewing pane after shark tunnel is so relaxing. Shop is good but could do with toys that aren't soft toys? Maybe some schleich type toy sea creatures? Would be a nice touch.

Positive experience: Excellent visit, didn't like the penguin enclosure much as it's very small and rather sparse, the young penguins just looked bored. Other than that it was a nice visit

Fantastic experience: We came here from 2.5hrs away and it was well worth the journey! We got upsold the VIP feed turtle and shark experience on the till, which we decided to take, and wow what an experience. The staff were happy to answer any questions and were very friendly. Ernie the turtle was a favourite and kept coming up to us for more food! The value for money was phenomenal - we paid only £20 per person and the experience lasted a good 30-40mins! Well worth the visit!!

Positive experience: Hunstanton Sea Life Aquarium is a captivating destination along the Norfolk coast. Positive experience: Not a bad experience at the sea life center, can be expensive at peak times and school holidays, Don't expect to spend the day there, 2 - 3 hours at the most and you'll be round it. They do have a cafe on site but it's nothing special and it's not cheap either, would recommend getting fish and chips or some donuts from the sea front.

Fantastic experience: A very enjoyable outing for the family! A great variety of animals from stingrays to otters! We were happy to have used Clubcard points to enter, as it's perhaps not the best value if you're paying full price (as a few attractions were closed), but it was a memorable visit for everybody. The staff are polite and friendly, looking after a well-maintained establishment!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place to visit, so many fascinating and beautiful creatures. Really well laid out and interesting displays. Even adults can have fun crawling through the tunnels to view the domed observation areas! Staff really knowledgeable and very friendly. Can highly recommend, but take your time to have a good look at everything.

Positive experience: Best place to park is a grass car park round the back have to pay. Easy to walk to it's right on sea front. Cafe doesn't do hot food just snacks and hot drinks. Gift shop is ok , staff are friendly, young but don't seem to know much. Blue light works here and it's a good deal cheaper. Thought it would be bigger but good set up. Would swap gift shop for more fish

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience, with a vast variety from marine fish to penguins, seals and even an ant colony. clean and tidy and well run. Great interaction from the staff at the various locations. The sea tunnel is the most impressive with an immersive experience with the turtles, sharks and other fish.

Fantastic experience: It is fairly small and you really need to take advantage of discounts available in tourism booklets etc & book online in advance , as £25 is a bit overpriced for adults (we got 1/2 price). Having said that the aquariums are immaculate and if you take your time and read about the exhibits it takes around 1.5hrs in total. We found the staff manning the rockpool area very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great place for all kids loved it staff was very good lots of useful information on our sea and the wildlife very interactive inside and outside activities would recommend for a great day out .

Fantastic experience: This is are 2nd time coming here, this time our daughter a year older. She loves water and all the animals that live in it. She didn't know where to look first! Safe to say we all had a brilliant time and will definitely be back again.

Fantastic experience: I am Mexican and I think it was wonderful to be able to share moments with nature. They have a area where you can touch sea starfish and anémonas. Just outside is the place that takes you to see the seals in a boat that has tires and can navigate as well as ride on the sand, although it is not part of the place. Positive experience: Was a great afternoon of seeing all the sea creatures. The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable. But we only went as we had free tickets from kellogs as it is so expensive now for a family to go for the day... £18 for children (3 -14) and £20 for an adult... It is also now cash less even the souvenir coin making machine... Xxx

Positive experience: SO many great creatures and the outside animals were the star of the show (Especially the seals at feeding time) - the animal care team were just lovely! But some guest experience staff seemed a bit down and not very engaging except for Pixie who did fantastic animal talks when they were getting fed!

Fantastic experience: I have been here a few times with my family. It's a great place to pass a couple of hours. Interesting exhibits, well stocked gift shop and a cafe for a drink and a snack. They have kids' activities on in the school holiday. I would recommend a visit.

Positive experience: Nice little idea for a family day at Hunstanton. I must admit it seemed a bit smaller from when we last visited and it was pricey to get it for a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. But worth the family time. It was a last minute idea. I recommend to book online.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant fun to see, there's even a touch the starfish experience which we loved... They're surprisingly rough by the way.

Positive experience: For the price, I do not think this place was worth a visit. Took my 5 year old, and we were in there for around 25-30 minutes. Would be cheaper off rate times with a discount voucher. But all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and great with children.

Positive experience: This is a nice sea life centre. Definitely one of the better ones we have been too. Great starting section with tasks and hunts for children. That then opens to the main sections with the seals and otters etc. We got to see feeding of both which was great and then to the large aquarium which has a tunnel section and a large full wall where they fed sharks and turtles etc. Worth a visit and there are usually offers on if you prepare in advance.

Positive experience: Family enjoyed their visit to Sea Life centre. especially walking through the the ocean tunnel and in the ocean viewing gallery... Only one thing which annoyed me was the repetitive loud pirate music while sitting down having some refreshments in Costa coffee..

Fantastic experience: Managed to get a discounted entry with a voucher in a leaflet, purchased tickets in advance and plenty to see for an afternoon. Loved the ants of all things (LOL), it was amazing to be so close to them without any glass barriers etc.
