Fantastic experience: L'aquarium est vraiment super beau avec des poissons, animaux marins etc.

Fantastic experience: A visiter lors des jours avec moins de fréquentation, sinon très vite invivable. Le bâtiment a été entièrement aménagé et son cabinet des curiosité est intéressant.

Negative experience: Absolutely atrocious and a HUGE stain on Pairi Daiza, which is otherwise a fantastic zoo with excellent animal welfare. The aquarium is built into an old house type build and is extremely claustrophobic. After waiting 20 minutes in the full sun to get in, we were pushed through a series of cramped corridors with no space to stand/ move, no airconditioning, no crowd control, and no outside air. The lighting was bad and the tanks hard to view due to to the tiny corridors with hundreds of people crammed in. If you have anxiety, claustrophobia, or care about animal welfare do not go in here! The building needs to be knocked down and a new aquarium built as the space is outdated and inappropriate for both people an animals. The enclosures themselves are mixed. The axolotls (in the final room of the aquarium) are clearly very loved and have a beautiful planted tank. This is the only good habitat in the whole aquarium except for a tropical tank which can be viewed from above on the stairs and the coral propagation tanks. The sea turtles and sharks are very large and old but live in an absolutely shockingly small tank: think Sea World. For the best zoo in Europe this is extremely disappointed and needs to be updated. The worst of all are the "rescued" terrapins; apparently these are abandoned pets rescued by the zoo but there are so many of them in both the outdoor ponds (in front of the aquarium) and the indoor enclosure that they have to fight for space on the basking logs. This is unbelievable abuse and was shocking to see. Please make your voice heard on behalf of these animals in the hope that they will be rehoused to a more appropriate enclosure in the new tropical greenhouse building now under construction.

Fantastic experience: Mooi en uniek. De ramen aan de voorkant zijn een "digitaal" aquarium, knap gedaan! De wandelpaden binnen zijn wel wat moeilijk zichtbaar door de donkerte.

Positive experience: Aquarium op zich top. Heel mooie aquarium verzorgd veel te zien. Het pad om door te lopen is echter wel heel donker, claustrofobisch en erg warm. Alles loopt in 1 richting wat op zich niet slecht is maar er is geen nooduitgang aanwezig. Wij hadden het geluk dat het erg kalm was maar ook voor ons was het al onaangenaam van de warmte zonder iets van frisse lucht nog binnen te krijgen. Sommige aquariums behoorde precies niet bij de juiste diersoort. De ene was te klein en de ander dan veel te groot. Voor de rest wel een aangename ervaring gehad.

Fantastic experience: Prachtig aquarium met een prachtige indeling en aankleding. Sommige verblijven zijn een beetje te klein voor bijvoorbeeld de schildpadden. Echter is de rest prachtig en ruim.

Negative experience: Le bâtiment est devenu trop exigu et plus adapté à la fréquentation du parc.

Fantastic experience: Magnifique

Negative experience: Small corridors cause congestion, making it difficult to watch fish in peace. No airconditioning makes it very hot. The fish itself and scenery were nice though.

Negative experience: PAS POUR CLAUSTROPHOBES! L'aquarium est peut être sympa, mais a absolument visiter quand il y a peu de monde : c'est très étroit (2 personnes de largeur), petit et très très sombre. Avec le monde c'est un cauchemar, il n'y qu'un flot de déplacement, aucun moyen de sortir ou de rebrousser chemin. J'ai passé un très mauvais moment et ai ignoré la fin de la visite pour sortir au plus vite

Negative experience: Would not recommend for people who don't like closed spaces. The tunnels are very narrow and ventilation is very bad. I had a panic attack inside and couldn't leave because there were so many people and there are no short routes.

Fantastic experience: Cette aquarium est très beau ils y'a des centaines de poissons partout même dans les toilettes il y'en a au dessus de nous

Positive experience: It's a decent aquarium. It does feel a bit cramped. It's a cool fact that the toilet also has an aquarium theme and feel in it.

Fantastic experience: Místo, které mě moc pozitivně překvapilo nečekaným konceptem a unikátním uspořádáním. Návštěva cca v 16 hodin beze spěchu, v klidu, je dobré si na expozici vyhradit alespoň hodinu a číst popisy... ty vysvětlí i to, proč jsou žraloci ve zdánlivě stísněném prostoru, což se v recenzích vyskytuje mezi negativy, přitom jde o přirozenou aktivitu. Za mě super.

Positive experience: Er zijn hier veel verschillende soorten vissen en kwallen. Openingstijden zijn een half uur of een uur korter dan aangegeven op de website. De haaien zitten krap in het aquarium. De arme schildpadden hebben het koud in de vijver voor de ingang. De vijver ligt de hele dag in de schaduw. Op de stokken (eilanden) in het midden van de vijver hebben ze niet genoeg ruimte. De zwakken worden in het koude water geduwd en ze proberen zich op te warmen en zwemmen naar een klein hoekje dat een beetje zon krijgt.

Positive experience: De aquariums zijn interessanter dan de meeste andere plaatsen in Pairi Daiza.

Positive experience: Dans l’ensemble, très beau aquarium grand si je puis dire. Nous y découvrons de nombreuses variétés de poissons, fruits de mers, crustacés et même les requins. Je suis d’accord pour dire qu’avec le temps, les requins sont de moins en moins actifs! L’aquarium devient petit car ils ont grandit. Pour le reste, je le trouve bien fait même s’il manque un audio-guide pour expliquer les espèces. Il y a trop de monde pour prendre le temps de lire les cartels qui deviennent parfois illisibles. Rafraîchir le Nautilus ne serait pas un luxe!

Fantastic experience: Incroyable v

Negative experience: Beetje teleurgesteld in de organisatie. Het aquarium zou 30 minuten voor sluitingstijd van het park sluiten. Wij gaan 1u voor sluitingstijd naar binnen en worden door de medewerkster opgejaagd doorheen het aquarium tot we buiten waren. Echt jammer dat we niet optimaal van de faciliteit konden genieten.

Negative experience: mooi aquarium alleen het haaienaquarium was gewoon veelste klein, minstens 4 haaien en 1 schildpad in een aquarium waar eigenlijk ruimte was voor 1 kleine haai. je zag ook dat de haaien niks anders konden doen dan liggen (wat voor rifhaaien niet heel goed is)
