Negative experience: lack of care, lack of communication skills, tank delivered in wrong dimension and not as requested. Defensive not willing to support, i don’t recommend. i dont recommend to pay full amount before delivery that seems to keep hold of him.
About the mistake of size, it is not a production problem. It's because of the size of your handwriting that is misleading. We usually provide sketch confirmation before production. This is known to everyone, I don't need to explain more, and we have been very happy to work together each other for 10 years. This is the first time an error , I hope you will not use handwritten information in the future and confirm it carefully next time. Of course we also need carefully about this mistake no more next time.
Negative experience: This is a petshop that has fish. It is not an aquarium..
Fantastic experience: The best person to make custom made tank/pond is Vinoos... Amazing work..never compromise with the quality..but does compromise with your budget..so if you have wish they will fulfill, like they did with mine... Thanks to the perfectionist
