Negative experience: I just called this guy to enquire about wood work I need and he answered that he’s too busy and to not call him again. A complaint will be filled in consumer rights. This behavior is unacceptable in UAE.

Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience with this company has been quite disappointing. To begin with, I assigned them to repaint my bed and side tables, and dresser. They initially presented themselves as a professional company and asked me to attend for a color sample approval. After spending two hours choosing the color, they assured me it would match the approved sample. The unfortunate part is that they texted me that the items were ready for delivery and sent me photos while the items were already wrapped. I had a feeling something was wrong, so I visited the warehouse and found that the items were not painted well and the color was completely different from the one I had approved. When I contacted Khaled, he insisted that it matched the sample, even though he had the sample with him, and it was obvious that it didn't match at all. After a lengthy discussion, he acknowledged his mistake and agreed to repaint. I visited them several times, and eventually, they made it okay. Upon delivery, I found that they had damaged my dresser and caused many scratches. To make matters worse, after fixing my bed and paying, I called them the following day to inform them about noise coming from the bed. Khaleed's response was to check this matter with the manufacturer of the bed, as if he had not dismantled the bed and refixed it after painting. This behavior is very disappointing, and it leads me to believe they are not trustworthy. Additionally, if you text him outside of working hours, he becomes agitated and advises you not to bother him after or before working hours. This is entirely unacceptable behavior

Negative experience: I went to them for 3 small piece of wood for about a specific dimension which according to my professional knowledge should not cost more than AED 30/- in total and they quoted me AED 200/-..... Just to test them if they are playing with me I showed them a small piece of wood with specific dimension I get in other places for around AED 3 /pc for 30 pcs costing me AED 90/- and they quoted me AED 1500/-...I just left the place quietly Response : Thank you sir for the prompt response but since google review does not allow to respond to the reply I'm editing the review for a response....As expected I got the work done from other place for AED 30/- almost seven times less than what was offered to me. And for the small sample of wood, given the price hike of everything they offered me a price of AED 5/pc instead of AED 50/pc (offered by your respective representative)....so if I buy 30 pcs I can get for AED 150/- instead of AED 1,500/- (kindly keep into consideration to the fact that I literally got the sample wood so there was nothing to discuss anything about the requirement) ....if the price offered was few more bucks or even up to twice there was some scope of bargaining but if it is 7 to 10 times then I think any sane person would just leave quietly. I apologize for any inconvenience caused from my comment but wish you all the best.

One quick meeting at our house for a custom made kitchen bench that was quite large and bit complex and they nailed it and even more. The end product was just delivered and we are just astonished with the quality and the finishing of the carpentry on it. We definitely recommend them for custom work and will not hesitate twice in contacting them again for any other requirement.

Fantastic experience: I found this place on google maps and decided to go with it after reading the reviews and witnessing the professional response to customers. I contacted them via google maps and they responded right away. I needed to get the wood that goes under the mattress in my bed fixed. After discussing the details of the sizes and what needs to be replaced on the phone I was given a reasonable price which I was happy with and was told that they would come in a couple of days. Next thing I know they are calling me the next day ready for delivery which is super awesome as I needed the bed fixed asap. The installation was quick and swift. The whole process went smoothly. It is safe to say that I’ll be dealing with them should I need a carpenter from now on. Super happy with the service and quality!
