Negative experience: Lousy after sales service, they don’t even know how to talk to customers. Ordered a mobile service and I paid for it in full. The car show up without a permit to perform the service although they know the area I live. I asked for refund and they kept offering me other things which I declined and I was promised refund and never got it. Gave them business for years, but it seems that it’s not worth it.

Negative experience: The branch in MC is fine. I will return. It’s the mobile grooming that was horrible. And it’s not the staff. It’s the AC units don’t cool the van. Even after waiting some time. It’s like 26’ inside. I had to immediately stop and cancel before my 17 year old dog suffered from heat exhaustion. To the manager, get new AC’s.

Negative experience: I went few time to Motor city to groom my Maltipoo fog , everytime im coming there my dog start shaking, doesnt want to get in, but i dont have any choice its just 5 mins walk away where we live . But this will be my last time taking my dog there to do the grooming, The old man who is doing the the groom he is very aggresive and no patience , , shouting at the my dog and to the point that he is is hurting her. Poor dog.. I have few neighbors also with dog and they said theyarw not going back there because of that behavior from the groomer.

Negative experience: Been using Pet Corner for around 6 months as it’s convenient and next to where we live. I took my dog to get groomed in December and was told in the shop instead of using my loyalty card (25%) off on the wash they were running a special with entertainer buy 1 get 2 (second wash free) basically. After contacting Pet Corner to try book a grooming appointment I was told they did not redeem my buy 1 get 2 offer and that no discount was on their system. After trying to explain the situation to them as to why would I buy a full session if I had a 25% loyalty card off they keep telling me nothing was redeemed in shop. Just feel like I was sold a package in the shop that the company has not honoured. Be very careful when buying packages from them and make sure it’s all documented as now I sit with no proof as to why I paid full price.

I don’t expect much from you because you have zero empathy and customer service skills. The fact that you are a manager makes me wonder how you treat staff if you are so disrespectful to clients which is very disappointing and I really hope the owners know you treat customers with so much disrespect. Anyways, FYI my fur babies have gotten an awesome makeover from (DOOG) and unlike you who take advance payments from clients and still don’t deliver quality service they have won our hearts. Negative experience: They lack good communication skills! Their prices are high compared to others & rarely they have offers! As for service, nothing special about it, I always ask for a special cut for my dog but I always see a typical one & not like the picture I show…

Fantastic experience: I recently had the wonderful experience of having my cats groomed by Gemma & Rio, and I can't recommend them highly enough! They are truly the best pet grooming team I've found in Dubai, especially with their convenient home service. Gemma, in particular, deserves special mention as I affectionately call her the "cat whisperer." It’s incredible how calm and well-behaved my cats are during their grooming sessions with her. Normally, they can be a bit squirmy and anxious, but somehow, Gemma creates an atmosphere of trust and relaxation. I honestly couldn't believe my eyes—I've never seen my cats so at ease while being groomed! Rio complements Gemma perfectly by providing an efficient and professional service that makes the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. They both genuinely care for animals, and it shows in their work. I felt reassured and confident leaving my pets in their capable hands. The grooming results were fantastic! My cats looked amazing and their fur was so soft and shiny. The convenience of having them come to my home also made the process stress-free for both me and my pets. Negative experience: Extremely poor service. It is astounding how Motor City can be so lax in actually providing product. I have placed numerous orders which Motor City has simply disregarded and not delivered. It required numerous messages and telephone calls to obtain the product. Be careful of ordering product online if your destination is being serviced by the Motor City branch.

Fantastic experience: I want to express my sincere gratitude to Lovely for the excellent grooming service for my cat! She was very attentive to detail and showed true professionalism. My cat usually isn't fond of grooming appointments, but this time he felt calm and well cared for. The results were fantastic, and the service was outstanding! I'll definitely be coming back!

Negative experience: One star rating is too generous, this is the worst dog groomers I have ever used, our dog came back looking like she has been given a buzz cut. Then I called to speak to someone and the management wont return my call. - Awful customer service - Dirty mobile van - No skilled groomers If you love your pet avoid at all costs

Positive experience: Positive: 1. I usually order online for cat food and love that my preferred brands like orijen, carnilove, smudges, and moochie are available. 2. The staff is very accommodating and very prompt in assisting whenever I face some issues. Special mention to Sherilyn, who just now patiently assisted me. 3. Staff responds promptly Areas for improvement: 1. The website is a bit glitchy, moreso the app. The bell sound is kinda annoying. However, as i said, staff readily extend a helping hand when you message them in watsapp. 2. Fantastic experience: I encountered an issue with my online order that the store team and manager were unable to resolve. However when I reached out to customer care, Sherilyn from the back office promptly called me and resolved the issue. Although I was initially dissatisfied with my experience but Sherilyn's quick response and friendly attitude completely turned things around. I am now fully satisfied with the service.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Pet Corner mobile grooming. I specifically requested that my Pomeranian’s coat not be cut short, but they shaved her instead, leaving her fur damaged and rough. Additionally, my poodle was returned with her hair severely matted, which is unacceptable, . The quality of the grooming was far below expectations, and my Pomeranian’s coat has not been the same since. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience.

Negative experience: If there was a rating below zero, I would rate them accordingly. Unprofessional employees in dealing with customers, and they never help with any inquiries. I ordered on June 29 for two cat food products. After paying online, I received one product and was told that it was not in stock. After long discussions, I would either refund the amount for the missing product or accept that you return it to me and keep it in the application wallet, while telling me that the product will arrive in July and March until now. I call them every day, but no one answers or tells me to review the matter and contact you again. This has been the case for two months. I think it is better to file a complaint with them in the Economic Department in Dubai because they are not trustworthy. I decided to publish my rant with them because they are one of the worst stores I have ever dealt with.

Negative experience: On 22 June afternoon I visited it. I asked 1 staff for the price of some items because there were no price tags. There were 3 staff members and no customers, but they still didn't assist. As customers, we have other things to do and than wait until one of the 3 staff decided to assist. I just left without buying anything. If I was the owner I wouldn't like to lose 200 or 300 dhs due to incompetent staff.

Positive experience: UPDATE: I'm disappointed that they called me only 2 minutes before the appointment to say they would be 15 minutes late. They should have known earlier. ORIGINAL POST: I had a great experience with Pet Corner thanks to Lovely, who assisted me with my booking and timings. She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I always rely on Pet Corner for my cats, and Angus always loves them when they visit. I know grooming can be scary for cats, but Angus always comes back feeling like he owns the house and is proud! Negative experience: The phone customer service was extremely easy & friendly from Mrs. (Lovely) which facilitaed to me the booking & service process in less than 3 mins. However, the experience & professionality for handling my cat was extremely lousy, believe it or not (They couldn't handle my cat to cut his nails) & claiming that he is agressive !!! He is just a cat that is scared & use his defensive insticts to defend himself for God sake !!! That means the groomer is (unexperienced) person & cruel with handling animals & don't know how to handle animals !! Unfortunately, you lost me as a future customer!

Positive experience: Great service and prompt! Just a word of advice, check the grooming as my 2 pets when returned, the nails were not clipped at all!

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts. if we cut nails beyond a certain point, it can actually cause bleeding. trust me, the bleeding won't stop for 24 hours! Please note that nails usually take about 3-4 Days to grow back, so I apologize if we couldn't meet your expectations after 10 Days of your appointment.
