Pure Aqua

Negative experience: Came to my house, had a great meeting, and a great plan! After weeks of waiting I finally got a proposal. I immediately confirmed the order and confirmed regular service and offered to pay a deposit. He ghosted. I've emailed multiple times and he just disappeared. Such a bummer because they seem like a top notch company that are passionate about their work. Really surprised and disappointed to have them just disappear without even bothering to email back or call back. If you don't want the business that's fine, but at least write back to the customer and tell them that and/or make up a story about it to get out of it.

Fantastic experience: These guys are solid. The estimate was clear and professional. Once we agreed upon service, the rest has been incredibly simple- they show up at the agreed upon time without fail. I don’t need to do anything but pay the bill and enjoy my hot tub.

Fantastic experience: I just moved into a home with an older hot tub that needed some cleaning and servicing before I dared to use it. Pure Aqua came by to do a complete drain and clean, only to find that the spa needed some major repair work. Without charging for the 1.5 hour first visit, they helped coordinate with a local spa repair. After repairs were complete, Pure Aqua came by and helped balance the chemicals and taught me how to do ongoing maintenance. I cannot recommend Pure Aqua's services enough. I was impressed by their customer service and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I have owned salt water aquariums for over 40 years and have had some of the most beautiful and unique aquariums in my work and home throughout that time. Originally I personally maintained my aquariums but over time I got too busy and had to hire an outside service. Pure Aqua is the best service provider that I have worked with. Tony is extremely professional and reliable. Most of my experiences with outside services have been fair at best. Pure Aqua is excellent at maintaining and improving the beauty of a salt water aquarium. I highly recommend their services. We feel very lucky to have found such a dependable and trustworthy company to work with.

Positive experience: I found Pureaqua through a friend of mine who used them. I've had easily over 5 different people that have maintained the tank in a range of 4 years. Tony who is my fish guy is honest, reliable and knows his stuff like no other. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side which is why they only got 4 stars..
