Fantastic experience: I purchased a used tank and needed it set up. Blue tide came, they were on time and very knowledgeable and super professional. Fantastic experience: Jacob and his crew have worked on my tank for the last 4 years. I have only POSITIVE things to say about this company. They come in while I’m gone to work and clean up tank. Everything is always in perfect shape and they clean tank and surrounding areas beautifully. If I could give a 10 ten star review I would. Jacob and crew are awesome.

Negative experience: Decided to but a baffle for my sump from then. Bought my tank used and have a e260 sump instead of reefer 250 sump. Look and setup are the same but appearently there about a 3 inch difference. Back to review. All went well shipping took a bit of time but is what it is. Then put it in to find it short. Emailed them and got a rude response but at the end of it it had said they could make me one just a few inches longer. Messaged several times nothing. Didnt send back not their fault i didnt know but the rudeness and lack of customer service is bad. Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Blue Tide Acrylics is super amazing. Jacob and Josh are wonderful and always there to answer questions and give suggestions. We hired them to take over our maintenance because we could not get algae and grass under control. They made our tank beautiful in no time. Very professional and easy to work with. I give them 10 stars if I could. Don’t hesitate to hire them or buy live stock or coral from them. Everything we have from them is super healthy and beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Jake is phenomenal, really cares about his clients and their animals. He runs a great crew and they helped me shut down my tank during a last-minute (like a day’s notice for him) move, then got it all set back up perfectly for me, did the transportation, set my tank back up, and is STILL weeks later babysitting my fishies for me until my tank is ready for them again! Weekly maintenance has been such a lifesaver while I’ve been busy and he’s been very patient, understanding, and flexible with my bizarre schedule. Beyond highly recommended!!!
