Fantastic experience: Great service, great products. I am using their 55 Watt UV Sterilizer and needed a new bulb. Their team knows their stuff and explained how to keep the bulb sealed water tight and gave me a few extra parts to help with upgrading to a new version on the water seal. I really appreciate the great support.

Negative experience: Bought the 22 gallon aquarium kit, arrived without the filter, thermometer, and scrubber. No customer service support. Won’t buy again from them

Negative experience: I purchased a 7.5g aquarium in December of 2023 on Amazon for a kitchen countertop build. It is level using the supplied mat and within a year the left hand corner seam is leaking. I contacted Lifegard who told me to contact Amazon as they handle the returns. After contacting Amazon(who sets the standard for client service) I was told they have a 60 day return window but I asked regardless. Then after recontacting Lifegard letting them know Amazon isn’t responsible after 60 days I sent photos of the problem and my receipt yet they refused to warranty the tank and emailed me a coupon code for 15% off a new tank. I didn’t hear back so I sent another email to be told that they don’t take in used tanks, does anyone actually read emails? So why would I buy a new tank when you’re refusing to warranty the one I’ve already purchased(well within warranty term). Absolutely the worst customer service I have come across in a very long time.

Negative experience: 75 days after buying a $750 iv the bulb goes out reached out to see if they can do anything for me since it didn’t last at all. Was told to buy a new $100 bulb. Way to stand behind the product.

Fantastic experience: Bought about 55lbs of dragon rock, everyone there was super caring and understanding. They had a wide variety of dragon rock and river rock. Nothing but nice things to say about them!!!!

Fantastic experience: I met a representative for this company at Aquashella, I think it was in May this year in Dallas. I have waited to leave a review so I can authentically rate the products I purchased. I give it 5 stars. The guy was SO nice and cared a lot. You could tell he was just a genuine person that had kids and enjoyed aquarium things. I bought aqua scaping supplies, a 7.43 gallon low iron, rimless, all-in-one aquarium. I LOVE it. It came with everything it needed and has been running smoothly. The only thing I would recommend is better instructions because they were very confusing and didn't explain much when I had never used the type of media it came with. Once I did research, I got it but it would be nice to have more info in the box! Otherwise I can attest to the products being high quality, the aquascaping rocks were amazing quality. 10/10 happy and recommend this company. I regret ever wasting my time on Fluval products.

Negative experience: This company is a total mess. As evidence by the tons of bad reviews. It seems they mean well but make lots of mistakes with orders and sizes, They are just not equipped to handle customer service or processing of their products. Their website is misleading. I’m willing to except that they are accidentally committing fraud and don’t intend to commit crimes. But it appears to be a bait and switch operation. Meaning they simply mail you some thing they have in hopes you won’t send it back. Or they tell you they have something so that you pay for it in hopes that they can keep the money.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to get low iron rimless aquariums, driftwood, dragon stones, seiryu stones, and other equipment.
