Positive experience: Store does not exist at the fisherman's warf as listed in the address!

Positive experience: I think their store closed bc I could not find it at the pier. I asked a few other shops if they knew of a fish store and they did not.

Fantastic experience: These guys made my aquarium what it is. Lots of support almost everything in my system is from them

Negative experience: I have a couple issues with this place and I will not be returning. First, their fish and invert selection sucks. They run weekend sales on fish, but the tanks are all empty there's literally nothing to buy. Here's another thing, their prices are about 25%+ higher than their competitors because they only buy their fish from the most expensive wholesaler. With more expensive fish from a fancy expensive wholesaler you'd think you're getting a healthier fish hopefully, right? Nope. Their fish have issues just like any other place. I bought a $30 Lyretail Anthias, was dead four days later after showing signs of heavy internal parasite load (stringy feces, eats but still gets progressively skinnier.) Last issue is with customer service. The woman Lisa there is one of the most grim, unhappy seeming people I've come across shopping retail. She really should go do something else where she can manage to crack a smile at a customer or happily greet and assist them. Or just get out of retail if she hates it so much. When I spoke to her about the issue with the Anthias, her first reaction was to blame me for the death. After some explanation and refuting of her accusations, she finally agreed to give me a replacement at a discount, but would not just give me a replacement.

Negative experience: I've bought a lot of fish from Aquatic fantasy and while their prices are higher than others, it really seems like more fish from this store die within a few days than when I get fish elsewhere. It's a beautiful store but a dead fish is a dead fish.

Fantastic experience: Saltwater only. This place has a great selection of saltwater fish. Best place to find nano fish that I have seen. Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite stores around. Good prices and great selection of coral and fish. Very knowledgable staff who are always willing to help and give useful advice.
