Fantastic experience: It's also Andy's Pet Shop and I was there looking at parakeets. They have a bunch and also 3 very knowledgeable staff members that have a wide variety of experience with their own pet birds. When it am ready to buy it will be getting my new parakeet from them.

Fantastic experience: Aquarium Guy, thank you so much for assisting me with my new tank issues. We spoke on the phone on June 4th around 2:30PM and i was truly grateful that you took the time to fully explain and even repeat things to me so that iI could understand them. I appreciate the help you have offered and i highly recommend to anyone that if you need aquarium assistance DO give this fella a call, you will not be disappointed. To the person that left the comment about not getting good service while the aquarium guy was at the store with his family…when i was on the phone with him his daughter was there with him and I had great respect for the fact that his daughter came first, he does this job to care of his family and they should come first. His care for his daughter while on the phone with me had no bearing on the high quality of service he provided for me. Again, thank you Aquarium Guy.

Negative experience: I am highly disappointed in the less than service that I have received from The Aquarium Guy, LLC. During my initial call about a week ago, I spoke with Brian to see if they could repair my leaking aquarium that I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. Brian was kind enough to explain the process that an Aquarium goes through and why they do not repair them. However, he had an Aquarium that would fit the stand that I purchased for $60. I explained to Brian that I was in Disability and could pay for the stand at the end of the month. The conversation became so emotional that I broke down in tears explaining to Brian how this Beautiful project that I started for me and my Grandson is starting to drain me. I told Brian that I am in a knee brace and have a torn rotator cuff and I would ask one of my neighbors to go with me to pick up the Aquarium. Brian asked where I lived and said that his partners Mom lived near me and for me to text him my address (which I did including phone numbers) and he would text his partner. Well, I text Brian and he never got back to me. On Friday I texted to say that I have the money for the Aquarium and he didn't respond to that either. So I decided to call and talk to Brian again. When I spoke with him he wasn't as pleasant as our initial conversation. As a matter of fact he said that he didn't get my text but he got others and didn't know if the Aquarium was still available. Very nasty attitude and he would text his partner again. Well again I haven't heard back from Brian and decided to post my comments to see if someone else had a better experience than mine??? So disappointed. But I will not be calling them again.

Fantastic experience: Best food in the state! Excellent selection of exotic dishes from all around the world. Really loved the experience. Dessert was my favorite though.
