Negative experience: Crowding can be insane, Idiots bringing their strollers down a narrow walkway. Even in the cold people somehow find a way to smell horrible. You should avoid packing since there is no employees guiding the slow folks through

Fantastic experience: Interesting aquarium with a pool upstairs and a tunnel downstairs. The pool had a lemon shark and Australian leopard shark plus a variety of smaller sharks. The tunnel passes under a large tank and is navigated with a slow moving walkway. It contains a host of large and small sharks Plus a variety of fishes. This is a nice place to take a break from the heat outside and the long lines for the rides. There was no wait. The kids will love it.

Positive experience: Overcrowded and you have to wait for long time just to see few sharks in a small aquarium

Fantastic experience: Sam was our guide and he was nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I brought our daughters in the evening and we arrived at the shark encounter just as it was closing. Sam, rather than rush us through, gave us a tour and was quite impressive as he expertly taught our girls all about the sharks (he was also quite knowledgeable about cephalopods as well). Sam, if you ever happen to read this review: My family thanks you for your kindness and professionalism. You made this a very pleasant experience

Fantastic experience: Gotta love the Shark Encounter! Take your time going through, take it all in and appreciate the theme and decor that went into the place! Then end the walkthrough with the underwater tunnel!

Positive experience: Best part is after viewing the smaller sharks, you keep walking and end up in a Shark aquarium that even goes over your head. That was my favorite part. Totally engulfed with sharks on both sides and they swam right above your head to the other side. Best shark viewing I've ever had.
