And to top it all off the staff there were so helpful and friendly! I can’t wait to get my fish there soon and I will definitely be going to them for all my fish needs. Negative experience: Customer service rep was busy with other customers the whole time, so we decided to go do some other shopping for a while and come back for our product, to keep it feesh. As we walked out the door employee came out asking what we put in our pockets cuz he was watching the cameras the whole time and noticed we put "something in our pockets." Told him to call someone to search us. Horrible experience!

Fantastic experience: We decided to get back into salt Water & the guys @ Epic Coral we extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. They truly care about your tanks success & that you feel comfortable with your setup. Their pricing is as good or better then anywhere we found online. Our tank and supplies showed up 2 days early and they worked hard to get it all setup with even staying an hour after closing, just because they knew how excited we were! Once our tank was setup we had a tiny leak and they were fast to rush to our home 25 miles away on Sunday morning to ensure that it's fixed. We will recommend them to Everyone interested. Way to go Ethan & Marty for bringing a high quality LFS to Twin Falls!! Nick & Ashley Moretti

Negative experience: the store looks good but dont be fooled everything is overpriced they dont want to do anything to help unless it means a dollar going as far as selling sample products that companys like red sea give out for free and are specifically labled as not for resale and furthermore i cant stand hearing the constant trash talk everytime i visit about their competitors this is not the place to go if you want any sort of peaceful shopping or service after the sale
