Fantastic experience: Jellyfish Art’s customer service has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to issues! When changing tanks for my jellies, I ran into several problems. I emailed their customer service line and Natalie was more than happy to help me through my issues. She was so quick to respond, and very informative to every question I had. Her professionalism, knowledge, and compassion for her job and jellyfish was exceptional and quite admirable! She goes above and beyond in helping with her customers and I am very grateful for her and the jellyfish art team. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done and taught me to help raise my jellies and give them a happy life :)

Fantastic experience: I had a JellyfishArt Nano 2 gallon tank. This is a GREAT tank. The quality of the Jellyfish from JellyfishArt is fantastic. Mine lived almost 2 years in that tank which is great because Jellyfish in the wild typically only live for 6 months. The customer service for this company is FANTASTIC. If you follow the care directions for their tanks, you can totally have success raising these amazing creatures. The customer support team is very helpful with any problem solving.

Fantastic experience: I received a jellyfish tank as a birthday gift from my boyfriend almost two years ago, and my jellyfish have been cute and healthy ever since. Recently, I moved from New York to Florida and needed assistance moving my jellyfish. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, guiding me on how to pack my jellyfish and get them through TSA customs to fly with me (JetBlue). They also provided detailed instructions on how to pack my tank. Especially thank Lee for his exceptional help.

Negative experience: I received this tank as a gift and it was something I had wanted for a long time. To put it simply it just isn't a great product. I was really excited to get this. I really wanted to like it, but the tank and the bacterial starters that come with it are poorly made for what they are charging for them. There isn't any good competition out there for them either which is why I think they are as successful as they are. My opinion is save your hard earned cash.

Fantastic experience: Anyone who is on the fence about purchasing one of these. I would highly recommend that you get one. I have been 100% satisfied from start to finish. Great company, very informative and helpful. All you have to do is ask and they respond quickly with an answer. There will probably be another tank in my future.

Fantastic experience: Wow... just wow, this place is so amazing, I brought my son here because he's doing a project on jelly fish and I wanted him to get a full experience of learning in person. Joline was so amazing and welcoming, she was so happy to help and give so much information, this experience was more than I could've expected and I'm so appreciative. We went there for information and and left there wanting to start our own tank because of how beautiful and amazing they are.

Fantastic experience: Awesome company, I went through 2 rounds of 3 jellyfish over about 3 years (in office) with the equipment and supplies they sell. It’s fairly simple, and worth it. They are easy to maintain and always a conversation piece. Just a warning as a Jellyfish parent. The first 2 weeks you’ll probably think you did something wrong. I’ve had jellyfish that develop soft tissue, get ragged, and look like they don’t move for 8 hours, but they regenerate quickly and will be fine. Don’t panic. Also do the live brine shrimp. The bagged food is fine but only as a supplement between live bate. It’s stupid simple, and easier to clean bc live food doesn’t settle on the bottom, trust me.

Fantastic experience: I love my jellyfish and two tanks. I'm so greatful to have such beautiful, artistic, peaceful pets in Seattle. Customer Service has been amazing throughout the years.

Positive experience: Excellent customer service, but we were given the excuse that all the jellyfish shrank and eventually died getting sucked into the filter because it was too warm. We wouldn't buy these if you're supposed to keep your house or tank 70 degrees or cooler throughout the summer. The salt wouldn't completely dissolve in water no matter how much it was shaken and left out. We think that had a play in it and did our best to regulate salinity levels. Jellyfish Art tried their best to help us figure out the jellyfish shrinking/dying problem, but to no avail. The fish only lasted about 6 months, so to us it's not worth it to get more.

Negative experience: This product is not well design. I bought it few months ago and my jellyfish die because they kept getting stuck in the filter, and they were damaging their tissue until they eventually die. It doesn't matter how slow or fast you adjust the flow, they will get stuck. I honestly do not recommend top buy it, it's expensive and you can get a better designed aquarium at cubic aquarium. This place is OK for selling the live stock but only that. The rest of the products you can find them on amazon for less money. Additionally, they don't post all reviews in their website, only the good ones. Just giving you the heads up.

Fantastic experience: Every morning I wake up and the first thing I do is check on Moe, Luigi and Brutus. This is how I start my day and I could not be happier. How does one express in a review how three little Moon Jellyfish can change their life? I will try... 3 years ago I put the Jellyfish Art Cylinder Nano on my Christmas list and finally after 3 years, I received one. I was so excited and nervous and apprehensive and thought... Now what? Of course the instructions are easy enough to understand, but I needed more then that, so I called JFA (Jellyfish Art) and spoke to JC, who is one of the talented Jellyfish experts at JFA. JC pretty much walked me through the setup and then over the next weeks while my tank was cycling. When we were sure my water was perfect, we ordered our Jelly's and they were delivered the next day by Fedex. I am a bit neurotic and so called JC again and we went through the (easy) process of acclimating our babies and releasing them into their new tank. WOW... Admittedly, I cried. I could not believe these magnificent little beings were in my home. My experience with the tank and with Jellyfish Art as a company and of course my personal mentor, JC has been nothing but perfect and pleasurable. Don't get me wrong, these are living beings and we are responsible for them and with that, this takes work. After I say good morning to them, I test their water to be sure everything is good. In the beginning there might be weekly water changes, this is easy and takes no more then 15 minutes. All I can say is (as if I haven't said enough already). If you want to get Moon Jellyfish, be sure you get them from people who understand them and love them. These babies are bred by them in Florida and they are as invested emotionally at keeping them healthy as you will be. The best gift ever and a gift that keeps on giving... Every single day. Thanks to JFA, Staff and especially to JC.

Fantastic experience: Order and replacement part(s) were sent/received promptly; Jellies were/are healthy; staff has been wonderful answering questions and addressing any concerns... I called on a Saturday (not realizing they were closed) but someone was there and answered the phone anyway, then taking all the time needed to help.

Negative experience: I ordered the Nano kit from Jellyfish art. They shipped to me over a weekend when a storm hit in the mid-Atlantic region and the Jellyfish did not arrive until 5 days after they were shipped. The jellies arrived torn and inactive. I contacted Jellyfish Art who encouraged me to try to acclimatize them anyway and eventually they started to show signs of life, but became inverted and ultimately died. Despite assurances from the company that because of the shipping situation and general poor health on arrival, the "arrive alive" guarantee would apply, but that they needed me to keep the jellies for "2 weeks" to be sure. When the fish ultimately died, I contacted the company for the guarantee form. Submitted and never received any contact. When I reached out for follow-up to the same address I had used to communicate with the company previously, nobody responded. All of my water chemistry and cycling was done in accordance with Jellyfish art instructions. I am going to replace my jellies, but from another supplier. I'm disappointed with the customer service and the company overall.

Fantastic experience: If I could give these guys 5000 stars I would. Never have I met people that take so much pride in what they do. They are knowledgeable about their passion to no other. I can't say enough good things about them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service for a beautiful product that adds so much value to our lives. Peaceful, tranquil and just plain ole pretty! The tank requires maintenance, these are living beings and their habitat needs continuous attention. Don't go into this without expecting to provide a clean environment for the animals. Jellyfish Art will walk you through every single step of the way. They provide step by step videos on their website and I cannot say enough about their pleasant, knowledgeable, customer service on the phone.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Nano tank kit through Groupon. The kit arrived well packaged, it clearly stated the steps on how to set up the tank and order the jellies. I was in need of assistance a couple of times and received prompt replies from staff and once they even took a call after business hours! This is a legit business that is passionate about the success of their clients (and jellies). ***Jellyfish care is not easy, you have to commit, so if you don’t have extra hours in your week to dedicate to the care of these beautiful, intriguing creatures, this may not be something for you to invest in. They sure are worth it if you you do though, and I wouldn’t recommend another business to go through for your jellyfish needs. Jellyfish Art is the place you can trust.

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with Jellyfish Art. As a first time aquarium owner I've had many questions. They respond promptly, and offer a lot of help! I'd recommend their tanks and services to anyone looking for some jellies, first timers or those with significant experience.

Positive experience: Great product. Super amazing item to have in your house and people are always amazed. Customer service is decent but is still a small company so sometimes the person who you were emailing drops off and you need to call. Items are pricy but its not a cheap hobby. I have bought a tank, food and 3 orders of jellies.

Negative experience: Horrible bad bad customer service, I spend close to 400 for a scratched up tank. I told them the next day when I got the shipment and I waited two month and still have got the new one in, it took all the excitement and fun out it, I want it to show it to friends family and co workers but I couldn't because my new product looks like its been used and its embarrassing. never buy from them they will take your money and laugh at you.

Fantastic experience: Got the Nano as a gift via the initial IndieGogo campaign and it's still in great shape over a year later. The instructions at Jellyfish Art for actually taking care of the jellyfish - for instance, how to identify health issues and how to resolve those issues - are, in my experience, woefully inadequate. However, it needs to be said that they are no worse than almost every other single-source of information about how to care for jellyfish. Water chemistry is far more complicated than what businesses like Jellyfish Art market them as. If you want to spend the effort to really understand how laminar flows work, what causes a jellyfish to become inverted, and what causes the tentacles on a jellyfish to ball up, then Jellyfish Art is a great company to purchase your tank and your jellyfish from.

Fantastic experience: Love the customer support

Positive experience: The only reason why I have not rated them at a 5 star is because I have not yet ordered my jellyfish due to waiting for the Jellyart tank to finish cycling. Once I have placed and received my jellyfish I will update my review. However, I did rate them 4 stars because my tank shipped very fast and I received my jellyfish redemption code via email immediately. My tank arrived with no issues. So far I'm very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Jellyfish Art makes keeping jellyfish easy and their in-house educational director makes this classroom pet a vehicle for hands-on science learning. I've had a Jellyfish Art aquarium in my third grade classroom for the last 3 years and the passion that students have towards caring and studying these sea creatures has only increased with time. I couldn't be happier with this product and the amazing customer service that Jellyfish Art offers. Definitely 5 Stars!

Fantastic experience: Jellyfish Art (and Paola Espitia) have been great. I started a grant process to purchase the jellies and equipment for my science classroom in March 2015. JFA was prompt in getting me information and guiding me to the products I would need to be successful - even helping me determine the most economical way to purchase my supplies! Fortunately, my grant was approved, and the ordering process in September was seamless and flawless. They have responded promptly to emails and questions I had regarding my order and handling the jellies (sometimes I need some hand holding :-). The videos on their website are informative and most helpful. In the month that my students and I have been caring for our 3 jellies, they have doubled in size and are most mesmerizing. Student and staff stop into my classroom to gaze at the jellies. They are beautiful - and if you follow instructions - they are easy to maintain. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: our new Jellyfish are doing excellent!! I thought they would take time to acclimate and eat but man these guys are hearty and swimmers!! they started thriving almost immediately once in my new tank. We waited for about 6 hours beore their first feeding and man did they eat right away!! My son and I couldn't be happier and they are such a pleasure to care for and so hard to stop gazing at. We love your service and our Jellyfish are doing so well!! Thank you!! Excellent products and easy to care for instructions and 1 stop place to get all of your needs for the Jellies. we named the largest one "Little Benicio Del Toro" the middle sized one is "Gina Carano" and the little one is "Mr. Bouncy" I would like to see this same exact set up offered in say a 12 gallon size tank in the near future made by them. I put together an all in one summary care guide using the info from their website to post on the fridge so I know exactly the routine care to give them and when to do it. I want you guys to make a 12 gallon aquarium please! I highly recommend using this company if you want to get started into the wonderful world of Jellyfish. I have had freshwater fish before and a saltwater aquarium so large that I paid someone else to maintain it but this tank is a breeze and by far Jellyfish are the coolest things and most relaxing to watch swim!! -Anthony

Fantastic experience: From the first time I contacted their customer service, all of my questions were immediately answered and then I placed my order, the tank was received in perfect condition, well packaged. I purchased the tank with 3 Jellies. I am located close to their office and visited with questions and Paola, their Director of Education was extremely helpful and provided me with answers to all of my questions and assured me that I can take proper care of my Jellies, by simply following directions carefully. She is amazing and has a pleasant disposition! Additionally, I emailed their customer service with many questions and Jon answered every question and offered many helpful solutions, in setting up my tank properly. I am ecstatic! I adore my Jellies, they are a great source of relaxation. Watching them, helps me relax and take my mind off anything stressful! The tank is easy to maintain, as long as you follow directions, they also have several helpful instructional videos on their site. I highly recommend Jellies for anyone who wants visually stimulating creatures in a lovely tank, which is easy to maintain, with proper care! Fantastic experience: I am in love with my jellyfish. It was a gift from my fiance, and while he was on deployment it arrived. With customer service alone, they deserve 5 stars! They responded within 24 hours when I had issues redeeming my jellyfish, and helped accommodating my unique situation. Not only that, but their e-mails were also very professional and friendly. In regards to the tank, it is super cool! It was not that difficult to set up, the kit I got had the perfect amount of salt in it for the tank so that made it even easier when measuring the salinity. I also really enjoyed the magazine I got with them. They are fascinating, beautiful, and watching the process that is them eating is so cool. I honestly would suggest anyone who has Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and has the money to invest in this. They not only keep me company, but mesmerize me and calm my brain down enough. Right now, that is what I need the most. So thank you, and I absolutely love them.

Fantastic experience: I got my tank as a present a while ago and just got a chance to set up a few months ago. I used my credit for jellyfish to order the live jellies from their website really easily. The jellies arrived in the mail amazingly and I acclimated them to my tank right away. They've been doing great and I feed them twice a day. I'd highly recommend soaking your food in water for a few minutes before feeding to them and squirting it directly at their underside. That will really help them digest as much of it as possible. All in all, this has been an awesome centerpiece in my living room and I love showing it off!
