Fantastic experience: Such an amazing shop with the kindest & most knowledgeable staff. Our first time here & we were greeted by Peanut with the biggest smile! He gave us a tour of their incredible facility, fully stocked with absolutely everything you could ever want from Koi to nano fish & aquatic plants. Peanut was so great with my kids & definitely helped instill a love for fish. I was able to find a wishlist plant and will be back for more! Thank you Koi Smart team, you rock Peanut!

Fantastic experience: Aqua Alex is the man! He’s the reason I keep coming back every week and keep ordering fish! As pure hobbyist and fish keeper it’s great to be able to feel welcomed and deal with someone who shares the same passion and has so much heart! Alex is the ONLY person who has pulled through for my orders and props to this establishment with people who have heart like him!

Fantastic experience: I stopped in about a month ago just to see some of the koi and goldfish! The young gentlemen who helped guide me through the store were very kind and respectful and this place is very well kept! You can tell the staff here love tropical fish and are super knowledgeable. I thought it wasn't open to the public, but the man with the glasses on the computer screen assured me it was and even told me to come back on Thursdays for new fish arrivals. I ended up purchasing some koi and they worked together to bag my koi and answered all my questions even though I had plenty and they never once seemed bothered. Stores need more people with this level of enthusiasm. I felt more like I was at a public aquarium than a pond and aquarium store. I believe one was named Peanut and the other was Aqua Alex, Andrew (?) or something I forget but I remember the big smile and passion . They have pond fish and tropical fish and all the fish looked great I didn't see anything sick or dead.

Fantastic experience: Amazing tropical fish and Koi pond store! They have everything you need for your pond and aquarium! The Manager Johnny loves helping customers and it's a great team of coworkers! I'm happy to be part of the new staff at KoiSmart and the Aqua Box. Our tropical fish department can get any fish you want and we do a good job in caring for the fish! I highly recommend checking out KoiSmart and the Aqua Box! Fantastic experience: Finally found a good store carrying many options of freshwater fish and that are great quality! Great selection of African cichlids like Mbuna and Peacocks and haps. Also, many SA and CA cichlids. Raphael is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm driving from Port saint lucie to stock up my tanks here. A must go !

Fantastic experience: This place is definitely a hidden gem!! We took our 3 & 1 year old daughters here to pick out fish for our pond. Everyone was SO friendly and knowledgeable. They have a stunning selection to choose from and we had so much fun picking out which ones we liked best. Rafael was so kind and was more than happy to answer any questions we had!! Andy was a great help as well. We even ended up getting a beautiful lotus flower plant to add to the pond too. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Amazing fish store. Googled "assassin snails" and this store came up. Looking around the fish were healthy and thriving. Raphael was friendly, personable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Lived in this area over 20 years and never knew there was this gem right in my back yard. Anyone in the hobby should definitely check them out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was having a real problem with the algae in my fish pond. the salesman was very knowledgeable and told me to try some natural remedies including shade cloth. in a week my pond is clear again. can't thank you enough for solving my issues.

Fantastic experience: Just found this shop this morning and was excited to see a new local fish store. I was not prepared for how amazing a shop can be! This place has indoor and outdoor koi ponds, aquariums galore, supplies and accessories, etc etc etc! All at reasonable prices! Raphael gave my wife and I a thorough tour, and showed us all the possibilities for our aquatic life! My new favorite place, and I’m 1000% satisfied with my new Queen of Siam Lily pad and new Butterfly Koi. I can’t wait to go back!

I have gone ALL over FL to find a place to that specialized in good fish. Koi smart is just that. This place is the creme de la creme of places for fish. Also their fish are in the best health and a lot of them are breed there so you know your getting good quality. Ask for Raphael he is BEYONDDDD knowledgeable and honest. He can answer any and ALL questions you have about you fish and their needs. This guy is INCREDIBLE and for that I never go anywhere else to get my fish. Fantastic experience: Great service. I came in late one day, right at 5pm when they were locking the doors for the day. The owner opened up, let me in and made sure I had everything I wanted to purchase and needed for my Koi pond. He took the time and did not rush me out the door. I appreciate him and his sales person making the effort to stay late and allow me to purchase the supplies I needed and not making me come back the next day.

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience here yesterday. Andy was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed us all the ponds on the property, explained the differences between the fish and all the different aquatic plants. He was very patient as we selected our plants, taking great care to pick excellent ones and wrap them up and he even put them in our car. Our young daughters were delighted that he took the time to help them select the fish they wanted. When we went inside to pay, he took special time to help us select the right food and water treatment options, and even offered to write down all the plants we had purchased for our reference. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we will be customers for life.
