Negative experience: I just had to hop on here and say that the fish are kept in poor conditions and they're heavily pushing plastic plants and such! If a legit quarium shop is trying to sell you plastic plants over live plants, than there is something very wrong. Please do more research on how to mantain an aquarium if you plan to go here and get fish!

Fantastic experience: Great location in Queens next to 7 line for all your aquarium needs! I recently purchased a few GloFish and a new heater, and the experience was exceptional. Gustavo is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, providing great advice and ensuring I found exactly what I needed. The store is well-stocked with a variety of products and healthy fish, making it a one-stop shop for aquarium enthusiasts. Highly recommend this place for both beginners and seasoned hobbyists!

Fantastic experience: Best Fish store ever!! Gustavo is really nice!!!

Negative experience: Not a good place to buy fishes. It's inside a mall and there is a counter blocking. You cannot pass through to get inside. You have to look from behind the counter to choose the few fishes they have. The prices are expensive there. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get a tank, and the shop owner Gustavo was very kind and his customer service was great. Was in and out, very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic experience: I called the vet when I noticed my 5 Glofish were dying one by one, and I was struggling to cope emotionally and mentally. The vet went out of his way to add me on WhatsApp and asked for pictures of the tank so he could identify the cause of their deaths. Thanks to his kindness and compassion, one of my fish survived. I don't know how I would have handled this drastic situation without his help. I'm incredibly grateful for his support during this challenging time.

Fantastic experience: Found My new favorite fish store! I bought couple of fishes (glofish, iridescent baby shark, small neon fishes!) and they all are healthy and Gustavo is very patient and attentive to all my questions . Really know his stuff. And just came back today and he recommended me this Peculiar fish its called Betta Koi i fell inlove the moment he showed me the fish! Now im so excited to see it in my tank!

Positive experience: Tiny aquarium. Decided to take the trek and the store seems nice and nicely maintained. Good place for supplies.

Negative experience: Went to support a small fish Business, but was rudely greeted by one of the ladies. I saw many reviews saying its was a positive experience so i went to check it out, the prices are crazy expensive which was unexpected. On top of that i heard the lady cussing which is totally unprofessional. I don’t mind supporting a small business even when the prices are a bit high but as soon as I heard her cussing i automatically felt unwelcome into the store and left empty handed. Im not sure if she was cursing about me on the phone but to have that when a customer is present isn’t right for business.

They were not just helpful, but genuinely passionate about their work. They took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial, and shared tips on fish care that only experts would know.

Fantastic experience: It's inside the roosavelt shopping center on the first floor. I've been looking for fancy goldfish and they had them in abundance. The man helping me was really nice. Cash only so come prepared.

Went to get my daughter's first fish and and was highly assisted in terms of needs, knowledge and education. The owner was also not just trying to make a sale he made sure I was aware of what I needed, Educated me on how to use each item and made recommendations whether I bought at his store or not. Highly recommend! would def be coming again.

Fantastic experience: Bought the fishes for the first time from here today for Christmas gifts. Small store, nice and kind owner. I recommend this place if you’re buying fish for the first time as he gives very clear instructions and so calm with dealing all kinds of questions as a first time buyer. Definitely returning back to this store **bonus- owner also gave my baby a small fish as a Christmas gift how nice n sweet**

Fantastic experience: I work in the circus so I travel a lot and I’ve been to meany meany meany pet and fish stores and I have never came a cross a fish store like This one. This fish store takes very well care of their fish. The staff is very helpful and answered every question I had. The guy there gave me perfectly well instruction and explained everything step by step and if you don’t know but of fishes after he walks you through you will feel like an expert jeje. The staff is also super friendly! (And the guy there is pretty cute too jaja) 100% recommended
