Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure

Fantastic experience: We could spend hours (or all day) in this small, but beautifully designed aquarium. Its vibrant, its fun, the friendly staff intermingle (like docents) and are available to answer questions. One thing I loved as a photographer was that all the exhibit glass were all clean allowing clear viewing & photos especially of the brilliant "coral" and vertical tanks. Lots of activities for kids. There us also a decent sized & well equipped birthday party/events room. We were lucky to visit on one of the returning Mermaids days. Kids got to meet a couple of mermaids. The touch tanks & interactive exhibits are pure fun. Parking is plentiful and tickets are reasonable. The gift shop is evolving, but has really cool things to drop $$$$ on. There is a "kind of" pop up limited food corner, but honestly, save your bucks and enjoy the aquarium then go have a good meal. Highly recommend and will absolutely return with visitors.

Fantastic experience: Had a great second visit to this aquarium. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to assist. All of the animals appear happy and healthy and well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: They have so many animals. There is alot of sea creatures you can safely touch. They have different shows throughout the day. It was beautiful and the entire family had a good time. Also, they have a sangria there that tastes like caprisun!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I enjoyed this place. We wandered around for about 2 hours. Highlights are the large tank with sharks, jellyfish, the little animal show where they bring out a few reptiles and talk about them, stingray touch tank. It looks like they are still adding some stuff. All in all a good way to spend a few hours

Positive experience: I feel like they are a bit too expensive for what they currently are. The customer is footing the bill for all the exhibits they are trying to build. Also, refusing to sell a single photo and forcing me to buy the same photo with 3 different backgrounds as a "package" is really stupid.

Fantastic experience: We went here and wow. What a great experience. As an avid fish keeper myself I couldn't help but notice how healthy the fish look. It's not like most places where they are riddled with diseases, half dead. The tanks were beautiful and mimicked their natural habitat. The same goes for the terrariums for the reptiles. Close to nature, well built and maintained. The string ray tank was amazing. I told my husband they were the most social rays I've seen. Coming around multiple times to pet and say hello. And we didn't even have food!! My only "complaint" was the rainforest area. This is new so I'm hoping it's far from its final product. The lights were dimmed assuming to let the animals rest. These habitats seem a bit more bare and did not mimic the animals homes as much as I'd hoped to see. Although I was happy to see the large sizes for the animals. One animal(not sure the name) paced obsessively in front of the window seemingly needing more. The otters seemed very happy and played together. In all I will be back. Yes the price is high and yes you can get in done in an hour and a half walking slowly and really taking it in. But the money it takes to keep animals well fed and happy and maintained make it worth it!

Fantastic experience: Not the biggest Aquarium but definitely worth it and fun for the whole family. Great variety of animals and activities. They also have educational shows and feeding times throughout the day. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: What a Great time we had. I Brought My Husband and Mom to the Aquarium today and we all had a Wonderful Day. The place is Amazing and the layout is great. There are many benches to sit down which is important to know if your a Senior Citizen or have Back Problems like me. The staff members are Friendly and helpful. The photo area staff were so helpful and so cute as they are very new. Such a caring team. Tom who handles Ariel the Octopus was Such a proud Papa and showed us a video of what his mornings look like caring for her. You can tell he LOVES his job The owners are private owners not a huge corporation that's greedy. They poured their ❤️ and soul into designing and setting up this Aquarium and it shows. Their names are ingraved in the fake tree just as you enter the rain forest exhibit. How cool is that . Go visit you won't be disappointed

Positive experience: You can’t get discounts if you buy tickets online so wait until you get there. Discounts for veterans, Fl residents et.., you can feed the stingrays for an additional $5.00. You are given a small paper cup of smelt (4 to 5) pieces. Perfect for sharing and then moving on to the next area. Very interesting fish and reptiles to see in amazement. Rainforest opens tomorrow July 3rd. We went a day too soon. Looking forward to going again. I thought it was a little pricey.

Negative experience: I drove 3 hours to get here. I asked to use the restroom when we walked in as it was a long drive. The front desk worker, Katrina, refused to let my 6 year old use the restroom without first purchasing a ticket, even through the restrooms are right up front. We had to run across the parking lot to the health clinic to use their restroom. We left the Daytona Aquarium and went to the beach instead. I refuse to spend even a penny in this place.

Fantastic experience: Loved the frogs, alligator, lizards, and all the other cool aquatic creatures. Fish, sharks, axolotl! The kids had a blast. Face painting. Mermaids wandering around. Feed stingrays! Touch the starfish and let the shrimp nibble on your fingers. Great activity for a stormy florida day

Negative experience: Wonderful time, although it was a short amount of time the Stingrays are absolutely beautiful. However the price reflects the rainforest adventure as well so if you only have half of your place open to the public then you should be charging half the price I spent $191. Fed the stingrays, and did the virtual reality with the kids,I was very disappointed with the rainforest part not being open that was the part I was looking forward too You should have a sign at the front letting people know coming in that half of your exhibits are closed so they can decide whether center or not to go in seaworld doesn’t cost much more than this. I probably would’ve chose them if I had known that your rainforest was closed

Positive experience: For the price we paid I wish it was bigger. Other than that, it was nice. Took about an hour to see all exhibits and even color a fish to put into the virtual aquarium.

Fantastic experience: Rainforest Adventure refers to the exhibits about reptiles. The Aquarium part is larger with exhibits about a variety of sea creatures and a fantastic coral exhibit. The entire walk through will take about 90 minutes, more if you attend a shark or Ray feeding.

Fantastic experience: This aquarium was quite the surprise, meaning two things. Thank you for Father's Day and a ticket . The specimen(s) of frogs, fish, reptiles, and others were extremely fascinating. They also had shows good for everyone, especially kids up close. It is certainly worth returning, as I understand shortly much more extended on.

Fantastic experience: Our first visit and everyone (kids, teens, adults) had a great time! It is so clean and all the animal habitats are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the reptile show and loved feeding the stingrays. We spent around 3 hours because we stopped at every display and enjoyed reading all the facts posted on the screens. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We will definitely come back when the rainforest opens!

Negative experience: This place is a complete waste of money. They charge the same in the rainforest isn’t even open. The other interaction table where you can touch a starfish is almost always closed. It’s literally one hallway with 2 other hallways that branch off and wrap around to the same hallways and a stingray tank. Honestly, just take your kids to Bass Pro or Petco. Petco is more interactive than this place and they have more animals and fish tanks lol. If you want to see big fish in the tank, go to Bass Pro shop. All this place is, is fish tanks on the wall. And I bet petco has more tanks than this place. And trust me, I wish I wash joking bc this place is expensive! Do not waste your money.

Fantastic experience: Our family loves the Daytona Aquarium—especially our toddler! While I’ve seen some negative reviews, I’d encourage people to temper their expectations. This isn’t a massive theme-park aquarium, but it is a beautifully maintained facility that’s impeccably clean, staffed by knowledgeable and friendly team members, and home to a nice variety of fish and marine life. It may be a shorter visit for older kids or adults, but for young families, it’s perfect—especially on a hot summer day or when it’s raining and you need a fun, indoor activity. Our little one could spend all day watching the fish and exploring. We’ve been several times and will absolutely keep coming back!

Fantastic experience: This is a Fun and Fabulous place to bring Friends and Family They have several interactive areas for children. The Staff are Very Helpful and Knowledgeable Several staff members went Above and Beyond to help my apprehensive Grands Overcome Fear of Feeding and Petting the Stingray. They made it a Joyful Occasion my Grands will Always Remember. They were so Happy to be Brave and Pet the Stingrays. The Location is Convenient. Negative experience: The tanks are small..the prices are high and the humane society should not let the reptiles be in such small areas...these folks should be ashamed..and didn't that building used to be a Michael's or a Walmart?.. not acceptable..I feel ripped off

Negative experience: Good place for kids but i think is to expensive i pay almost $84 dollars in 1 hr that I was there with my wife and my two years old daughter plus the name is daytona aquarium and (RAINFOREST) but they have a machine blocking the entrance to the Rainforest part without saying anything about it upfront so i pay for something that wasn’t even open for the people

Fantastic experience: I am so confused at the reviews saying it was not worth it. Yes, it's smaller than some aquariums but honestly perfect for younger kids. My 5 and 7 year old loved it and we stayed almost 3 hours. The exhibits are well done and the animals are all easy to spot and look so healthy and well cared for. There is so much variety, the frogs and reptiles are my daughter's favorite and my son loves fish. We spent a lot of time walking through and really seeing everything and I loved that it wasn't a giant spread out place. Not to mention, the sting rays were the best experience we have ever had. We have been to Tampa and Atlanta aquariums and my kids said this sting ray experience was more fun than any they have had. They were all so friendly and active and the kids had an absolute blast. On top of that every member of the staff was kind and attentive. We didn't do the virtual experience and had a real great afternoon even without any extras. Maybe if you're used to theme parks or video games this wouldn't thrill you but my kids had a great time going through slowly and enjoying all the animals. We aren't local but if we were I could see the year long pass being such a great option for something to do in the AC on a hot day!

Fantastic experience: This was an incredible aquarium and that's coming from someone who has gone to the Baltimore aquarium multiple times. This one felt more interactive, and I spent about 2 hours with my wife here. We loved petting the sea life and learning new things. We would definitely come back in the future!

Fantastic experience: We are from Illinois and enjoyed this aquarium more than Shedd's in Chicago. It is a beautiful, museum grade quality facility with several interactive features for all ages. We look forward to seeing the rainforest next time we visit.

Positive experience: My family visited while on vacation. We had a great time. I definitely feel that the aquarium was small and not worth the price, compared to other aquariums I've visited.

Positive experience: Ah man, I really wanted to rate this place higher but the experience was definitely lacking. The exhibits were beautiful but my family did the whole adventure in 20min and didn't find it worth the price. Kids tickets alone is $25 then they charge a "transaction fee." We expected more for the price and was unfortunately not impressed.

Fantastic experience: The wife and I took our grandson here to see some amazing things beautiful fish and aquatic animals he loved it oh and it was his second birthday

Fantastic experience: We had friends visiting us from Indiana and we're looking for an indoor activity due to the extreme heat. We had heard great things about the aquarium since its opening. Our group of 4 adults was quickly accommodated as we entered. The entire experience was wonderful. Each exhibit was well-spaced and the animals all seemed very happy and taken care of. We watched the live alligator feeding and also purchased food for hand-feeding the rays. It was unique and fun. The hand wash stations were available throughout, so sanitation is an important aspect. The overall time spent was roughly 2 1/2 hours. I highly recommend cutting out the coupon from the travel book that is sitting atop the counter as you enter. There is a free coupon for Ray food. It will save you $5 if I recall. We hope the starfish exhibit will be completed by the time we visit again

Positive experience: Super small and the admission is crazy expensive for the size of the facility. It’s clean and the sting ray feeding was cool but for $5 you get a super tiny amount of food to feed them, not even whole fish, they’re chopped up. The sand exhibit is super cool but I wish it was at the end, because we got stuck there for ages since my toddler loved it.

Fantastic experience: Went in and had no line, they told us they where still bringing in more animals, but they had a decent assortment! You can pet / feed stingrays and oh my goodness they are so adorable! The Gator was cool too, but when I said "Open your mouth if you wanna eat us!" As a joke, the kids around me laughed... but the Gator actually did. So that's fun the VR was fun too! The Rollercoaster one was my favorite!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved this place!! Very quiet atmosphere!! Alots of different things to look at. Also had a very cool virtual ride!! Game room. Gift shop. Definitely recommend if you’re in town!!

Negative experience: I’m from out of town and we took my daughter today. It was super small and only took 15 mins to even walk through. I was really upset. This is not worth the money at all. We would’ve never went if we knew it was a rip off! 120 down the drain for a 15 min tour. We fed the sting rays and also did the virtual reality but it was still not worth the price at all! I’m from Northern Kentucky and our aquarium is so much better. I figured since we were in Florida by the ocean it would be pretty awesome. It’s a waste of 120 bucks!

Fantastic experience: A diverse selection of fauna and beautiful tanks. The staff are really friendly and will tell you about feedings. Got to pet rays and a baby gator. The puffer fish are very active and curious.

Positive experience: I was expecting a lot more for what I paid for entry. The educational show was pretty cool. However, I didn't realize that we were only getting the aquarium part because the rainforest wasn't open, yet we paid for it. I might go back once the rainforest opens, but for now, it's just not worth it for me.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed the habitats. For a minute I thought I was looking at an empty one, and the noticed “the rock”, had an eyeball. The educational presentation was excellent. enjoyed the tropical birds. Feeding and touching the stingray was great. Love the jellyfish!

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time this week! Thought it was very nice n educational! Perfect thing for Daytona especially on a cold or rainy day! I would highly recommend!

Positive experience: Somewhat disappointed because all displays was like a picture framed displayed. The aquarium is in a shopping mall space, not open aired as most aquariums are, and it's a bit over priced for what's offered.

Fantastic experience: We loved the Daytona Aquarium! All the animals were very active and there was plenty to see and do! The stingrays would come right up to you to pet. There is an interactive experience with parrots. There is an educational show where they brought out three animals and you learned interesting facts. There is also a Virtual Reality experience and arcade games. All the staff were great, especially Sara who went above and beyond!

Positive experience: Advertised as aquarium and rainforest, however, the rainforest was not opened yet and may not be open for another month or so, therefore the price was high for what was offered. Visit it in mid-may 2025. The price should have been lower since the rainforest was not available although it is advertised on their building and truck in the parking lot.

Positive experience: Nice place to go to get out of the heat! All inside, roomy...It's not Seaworld by any means, but they do have a nice assortment of exhibits. We took our time, fed the Stingrays and took just a little over an hour. I felt bad for some of the animals as their tanks or exhibits seemed very small to live in 24/7. Lots of frogs, and more frogs, a few snakes...a shark tank, the typical things you would expect from an aquarium. The Octopus was hidden as were some of the eels while we were there. My heart couldn't help feel sorry for some of these once wild creatures now stuck in there. They offered 2 very nice party rooms for birthdays, a VR Experience for another $8.00 and of course the stingrays for $5 per cup of food which basically was about 5 - half pieces of small bait fish. lol The stingray interaction was the best part of the experience. It's okay, a little pricey for what it is. I gave them 4 stars for trying, but unfortunately living near Seaworld, Epcot Living Seas, Sea-Life Aquarium in Icon Park, it's just a bit short of making the mark for the price.

Positive experience: It was a fun rainy day activity for my two toddlers. They loved looking at all the fish, sharks, and reptiles. The education shows were good, but a little over their heads, would be good for older kids though.

Negative experience: I took my kids here worst place in Daytona.Their claw machine is such a scam you will never get anything. Everything is expensive but some arcade games were fun but they took my credit and still didn’t let me play.

Fantastic experience: Feeding stingrays was the highlight! The education center show was a little too chaotic for my adult family, we left it. The gift shop is cute and there are plenty of cool fish and frogs to check out.

Positive experience: We found the Aquarium & Rainforest quite expensive for what we saw. The Rainforest was not yet completed. It took us about 30 minutes to tour the Aquarium. Cost of this adventure for two seniors and one adult was just shy of $100. We will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful place to spend your day. Rain or shine. Kids or no kids. There are hands on experiences like feeding the rays and touching starfish. Exotic birds were there on the day we went. Virtual Reality add ons. An arcade and a gift shop. There are snax and drinx. But you can get a hand stamp to exit for lunch and come back in. A definite "Go See" when u r in Daytona Beach ⛱️

Positive experience: The Daytona Beach Aquarium Museum has a few beautiful species, but overall, it's overpriced for what it offers. The experience is quite superficial — just a quick walk-through to see some animals, with little else to engage visitors. The facilities and ambiance are underwhelming. Not worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: It is relatively small compared to other aquariums, but my kids loved it. The staff at the gift shop went above and beyond helping my kid find a specific stuff animal. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Positive experience: My daughter and I loved going here! It's very clean and we even got to feed stingrays! The only part I was a little disappointed about was the rainforest part is under construction but we will definitely come back to see it!

Positive experience: Really 3.8 stars. The aquarium was smaller than I hoped and the starfish touch tank was closed. (Which was what I was most looking forward to) I do give it an A for being clean and organized. Also for the love of God please feed the sting rays! What a good time!!! Made it worth it and only cost $5.00. The rainforest add on sounds promising & I think it will have a cafe as well. Ps. Right now pack lunch/snacks or plan on going to eat if your traveling. :) String rays 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: The aquarium offers many different species of fish as well as a rainforest exhibit with reptiles and amphibians. Each exhibit was unique and showcased each species in a natural environment setting. There were several parrots there with a with one the biggest parrot rescues in Florida offering a great photo opportunity to visitors. For $5 you are able to feed sting rays, which made the trip super memorable to me.

Positive experience: Honestly it's a nice place, well laid out. Beautiful tanks and arrangements. The animals seem well taken care of and the facilities are clean and well kept. My only complaint is its way overpriced. Had a free ticket and it still cost the 4 of us $100. At a slow steady pace, it took less than an hour to stop and look at every exhibit. It's a nice place to burn an hour or try to stretch it to 2hrs in a nice cool AC facility on a hot florida day, but the price could better reflect the value of what you get.

Fantastic experience: It was a great day trip! We enjoyed looking at all the animals in their exhibit spaces and watched the reptile show where they educate the crowd about 3 critters that change each day. We probably spent about 3 hours there

Fantastic experience: Wow I'm shocked at all of the negative reviews. Personally, we think it's great. Albeit disappointing that the rainforest still isn't open. Regardless my daughter has gone twice and I went with her the second time. We spent about 2 hours. To read that folks spend an hour just shows they aren't really looking closely and probably not doing the interactive exhibits with much true interest or involvement. If you just breeze through quickly then yes, it seems expensive. But I spent about $80 total for two of us, with the extras (including the VR experience) and it met our expectations for an afternoon activity. My kiddo did the cool board that projects your coloring sheet of sea creatures with your name many times over. (I did also!) And the sand mountain/volcano is an impressive little thing! Maybe kids are just too used to being sucked into video games to get much pleasure out of real life anymore. Also, the habitats for the creatures are beautifully done! Coming from someone with a passion for botany I really admire whomever has the job of replicating each creatures habitat and adding all of the plants. Beautiful! For a brand new educational venue I think they've done well.

Positive experience: No Rainforest to see as of April 2025 ? Tickets were kinda pricey with just exhibit also before paying they should tell you price plus that there was no Rainforest??

Positive experience: The aquarium is small. If you visit with children, they will be delighted. There is a certain time for feeding the shark, water monitor lizard, river monster and allegator.

Fantastic experience: Wow, we were NOT expecting this place to be as extensive as it was! We popped in on a whim as a nightcap for our anniversary trip, and we were blown away by how amazing the displays were, the sheer variety in the fish, and the fact that they have ARAPAIMA. Now, mind you, it is NOT fair to compare this place to the Georgia Aquarium (as the people in front of us were doing). GA is the largest aquarium in the U.S.A. and this place is not trying to be that. Just go and enjoy it! Marvel at the critters! We are cooking forward to the rainforest coming soon!

Fantastic experience: We went to the Aquarium again today, we have an annual membership, the staff are always friendly and nice. We keep getting updates and sharing what we see as the changes are made all the time. We appreciate all the kindness, my wife and I feel like family

Positive experience: Lots of see monsters, and you get to feed a stingray. Kids had fun ages 8/11

Negative experience: Editing in response to the comment: As mentioned in my review, we did sting ray feeding. We also did VR, but it was not entertaining for our crew. The advertisement for the shark attraction is a bit misleading. They had baby sharks in the tank which was nice, but, the advertisement shows larger sharks, and the big shark is rather small, and not the same type of shark as advertised on the flyer picture. We did have to sit at the tank for 30 minutes hoping it would come out of hiding, which luckily it did, but it still wasn't what we were expecting. The rest of the tanks were nice, but overall, it is pretty small and there is not a lot to see. Feeding and petting the sting rays were pretty nice, which helped improve the experience. Definitely wasn't worth the price. I have been to many Zoos and Aquariums and this would be ranked at the bottom of the list unfortunately.

Positive experience: Good for kids, not for adults. It’s a good aquarium, many well cared for fish, but small. We were done in not even an hour, and paid too much.

Positive experience: Fun spot that gives Daytona visitors more options. We had a good time. Aquarium is well maintained, etc BUT it is on the pricey side; for the size and exhibitions it's a bit expensive BUT they do offer a veteran discount so thank you!

Negative experience: Everything is clean and the staff are great! They have nice exhibits and the fish are cool. The problem is the price. Way too expensive for what you get. $30 for adult and $25 for kids and we spent about an hour there. The Rainforest is not open so maybe once the rainforest part is open it will be better.

Positive experience: It was nice and it was clean. The staff was super friendly however it is very small and we walked the whole thing twice in less than an hour. I just feel like it was too much money for what they’re offering. It was almost $100 for my husband and I and our child and that’s with the Florida resident discount and 2 cups of food for stingrays. I’m just more upset about the price than anything because truly the staff was very kind. The place is just so small

Fantastic experience: This is a new aquarium in town. It has a lot of different fish. Fed stingray and touched starfish. Everyone was super nice

Negative experience: Save your money and just go to the zoo. The zoo is cheaper saving 3 dollars purchasing online tickets and you will see more animals. I was here for a whopping 45 minutes and it was absolutely NOT worth it but other than that they had pretty healthy animals. This is coming from a person who rarely and I mean RARELY leave reviews!

Fantastic experience: Visited during our stay at Christmas time and we are so glad we did! There are plenty of exhibits to enjoy along with activities inside of the facility. We fed the stingrays(one of them gave me a hickey on my thumb, quite hilarious) and took part in the VR. They have multiple options here and we chose sharks. There is also a little arcade and a great souvenir shop. The family was ready to spend all the paychecks in there! Such cute plushies and cool figures to decorate your shelves with. They also had HUGE party rooms which would be perfect for any celebration.

Fantastic experience: Very nice small Aquarium, friendly staff. My kids loved the Sting Ray petting and feeding area. I loved all the different types of reptiles and fish they had there. The gift shop wasn't to high of prices either.

Fantastic experience: Small, but very good. Kids enjoyed the sand art the most, Spent alot of time playing in that. The stingrays, exciting. Slightly pricey but worth it.

Positive experience: The aquarium was well maintained, educational, and enjoyable. There's a little bit of everything... from feeding time shows, manta ray touch zone, and VR area (has a little arcade too along with their merch store). The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 was because it's a bit expensive for a half day trip. If it was big enough to spend a whole day there, I'd understand the price, but overall, it was a great place to visit with the kiddos.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! There is so much to see! Totally a family place. The care that is put into every detail and the care of the mammals and fish etc is extraordinary!!! A must see!

Negative experience: Honestly looks big on the outside but very small on the inside. The Jelly fish were my favorite & seeing the Sharks ooh & the sand sensory box but everything else was basic. They need more Sensory things for a better experience. Oh & we were done with everything within 1hour. Visit was faster than we expected because it was so basic

Fantastic experience: Don't buy the day pass unless you're in town for a short time(still worth the experience), otherwise an annual pass is worth every penny! The stingray exhibit was awesome! We've been to numerous zoos/aquariums across the country, this exhibit alone had the most informal attendant who showed lots of care for the rays to the point of the rays racing for your fingers to "pet it". The reptile exhibit was immense and very diverse which was surprising. From your smallest geckos, to your up close view of an 8ft alligator. I know it just opened and seems a bit off location of other attractions but once inside, it's a whole other world. Definitely a well thought out business with employees who care about the animals there. I wish I had photos of the visit. Don't forget to stop and stare at the jellyfish.

Negative experience: The handicap door did not work for us Theirs wasn't no where to sit down really and enjoy the tanks The other guest walking around we're disgustingly rude even yelling "" I wanna sit down and see them too,As soon as they MOVE@@!!"" No staff for safety as I felt in the way always the whole time and a target ,with my children and best friend even.Because we we're being told so from other guests while trying to enjoy our beautiful children mostly their face and the aquarium fish there but nahhhh and then on top that ,NO staff to explain the critters our for safety our to inform of the No flash signs /rule all over the walls to people for the critters The sand table thingy for kids had no toys in it.As a family of 6 ,we can definitely afford to go to a much cheaper even safer probably place ‍♀️so we're going to pass on it next time.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to bring toddlers. You can walk through at your own pace. Touch and feed stingrays. We like to come on the weekdays it’s not crowded at all.

Fantastic experience: We are seniors and needed something to do on a rainy day. It was a bit pricy but worth every penny. So enjoyable and many exhibits A couple of hours and we found out about deep water mammals and reptiles we never knew anout

Fantastic experience: When we got there, we were right on time for one of the education programs so our visit started with that. Kiddo had fun meeting animals (especially the tortoise). Then, we went to see the aquariums. There were quite many with different sea creatures in each. Also, seeing the axolotl was a nice treat! Something worth noting: No outside food or drinks allowed.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic aquarium! Small but fully loaded with fun sea creatures . LOVE the stingray petting pool. Can’t wait for the extension to be completed!!

Fantastic experience: Great day and so many new experiences. My granddaughter was able to pet stingrays. Pet a giant tortoise, starfish, etc. It's well organized and very educational

Fantastic experience: Loved it, great new attraction for Daytona !!!! It's only build up what's on offer with a rainforest exhibit under development. I would imagine a larger tank feature will come after that if they have the space. We'll worth the time to ramble around and some fab fish

Fantastic experience: We had a very nice time! Staff are friendly and very informative! We went with my parents and had a great experience with Tom! We couldn't find the Mantis Shrimp in the exhibit and he took time to get a clam and entice him out in the open. He explained all about him and then the jellyfish. Tom absolutely made our day! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our visit - was pleasantly surprised with the range of fish & animals to be seen. The aquarium was busy but staff were courteous and helpful & apologised for any delays we might have experienced (we didn't experience any). We hope to return in the future to see the Rainforest area.

Fantastic experience: We attended the Valentine's dinner and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just beautiful. There's nothing like having a casual dinner next to one of the glass tanks filled with all kinds of interesting marine life. Another plus was being able to contribute to our community by keeping our money local and part of it being a contribution to the Halifax Humane Society. Thank you for the experience.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Valentine's Dinner. It was an enchanted evening. The service was amazing, food fantastic and of course all the beautiful creatures were the stars!! Consider visiting or attending one their special events. You will no be disappointed! I'm thankful to have such a quality attraction in our town!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely gorgeous experience, and it was such a creative date idea while I'm down in Daytona for the nascar race. Adorable animals and amazing instructors. A bunch of hands-on activities loved it. I would suggest it for any age and any time of the year. Everyone can come in and they do parties for $350.

Positive experience: We had a great visit to the **Daytona Aquarium**! We saw species of fish that we’ve never seen before, which made the experience even more exciting. The exhibits were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We’re especially looking forward to returning this spring to check out the new **rainforest exhibit**. Can’t wait to see what they add next!

Positive experience: For the price we paid for admission I was expecting more. We walked really slow and checked out every exhibit and we were done in 45 minutes. About 1/4 of the exhibits were empty. We will not be returning.

Positive experience: Good time, very informative, feed stingrays, $58 for 2 with mil discount we added food for the stingrays. All in all..... Fun

Negative experience: Not great. Way overpriced for what you get. It only took my kids like 15 minutes to see all the exhibits. The only thing outstanding about this place was the staff. They were fantastic and so friendly. Feeding the sting rays was cool too.

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to visit the Daytona Aquarium last week with my almost 4 year old granddaughter. We had an amazing time! It was clean, well laid out, had a wonderful variety of exhibits, and staff was very friendly. We look forward to gathering up more family members and going back.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I really enjoyed visiting here. It was smaller but quaint and I can't wait to see the added rainforest coming soon. Staff members Jamie and Sam where super friendly and very knowledgeable about the aquarium. I liked getting to hold a baby alligator as well as feeding the sting rays. It was also great that you can leave and come back throughout the day to see the other things they offer, like feeding the sharks at different times throughout the day.

Fantastic experience: Great displays, such friendly staff. So clean and professional. This place is first class!
