Fantastic experience: Staff were friendly and informative. Experience was about 30 minutes in the water, and costly. But worth it!

Fantastic experience: One of my best tourist experiences ever, anywhere. Informative, kind, and fun. Super memorable. Splurge on the picture package because it is so worth it!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we can not recommend. The only reason we gave 2 stars is due to the knowledge and care by the trainers. We watched an encounter earlier in the day that was wonderful and if we would have had the same encounter, we would have provide 5 stars. The encounter we watch, multiple trainers took part, and groups were divided up into the package you purchased they purchased. Also the encounter we watched, involved multiple dolphins. The encounter we took part in that afternoon, right at the start, during our briefing, they were not aware of how many people were even taking part in the encounter. It appeared that our session was grouped all togather, they only 2 trainers trying to run the session for the same number of people as earlier, in which they used 5 trainers. Only 1 dolphin was used for everyone, when earlier 3 dolphins were used during the encounter. Based on the cost, we received around 5 minutes of interaction, which cost around $200 per person. We visited the keys twice a year for a week, but based on our experience we would not do this again and we would not recommend. We felt that something was miscommunicated to staff, which resulted in a poor experience for all that took part in our session. We heard others in our session feel they receive they same experience as we did. This also resulted in us not wanting to buy or spend anything from gift store, as this is not an experience that we feel is memorable.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing! The trainers love the dolphins so much, and they are very personal and informative. The dolphins are sweet and gentle!! The signature swim includes belly rubs, kisses, and one dolphin “ride”! Truly an amazing experience. I hope to go back one day!!!

Fantastic experience: Jackie and her team were amazing! For our daughter's big double digit Birthday fun this year, we had a Dolphin encounter experience at the Dolphins Plus Marine Mammal Responder Center in Key Largo. It was AMAZING for all of us. We were educated about what their non for profit organization does, how they are researching to gain a deeper understanding of how dolphins communicate differently with their siblings, and parents, versus other dolphins. We also learned that they are fundraising to build an emergency room in Islamorada in order to prevent long travel times when they encounter severely injured mammals, as they currently have to travel to Tampa or Orlando for intensive care. The 2 dolphins we had the honor of playing and swimming with were BB, a 13 year old girl, and her sibling Jet, an 8 years old boy. They were both born in captivity, and are very well taken care of by their caregivers, and researchers. It felt so surreal to be in their presence, and to engage, and interact with them. ❤️️

Fantastic experience: Excellent and fun experience for my children during our vacation to Key Largo. The trainers provided great information and were wonderful helping with the dolphin interaction. The dolphins were in their natural habitat and were having a lot of fun and happy. Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: We had such a fun time at Dolphins Plus! Swimming with the dolphins was an unforgettable experience — they were amazing to interact with and the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout. The only thing we would have liked was a little more time actually in the water with the dolphins, as it felt like it went by a bit quickly. But overall, everything else was great and well-organized. Definitely a unique and memorable experience!

Negative experience: I went there and the dolphins were clearly being exploders for money.many people I know called it a rescue even though only 2 of their many many dolphins were rescue the rest were all born in captivity.i honestly felt sick seeing that and i do not recommend don’t help them use more dolphins for money.just don’t go there. And I am upset with my school for taking us there.SP. OT GOOD PLS DONT GO THIS IS NOT A RESCUE.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing and a must do for tourists and locals alike! Any encounter with the dolphins is a magical experience. You can spend a fortune in the gift shop buying all the cool paintings the dolphins create.

Positive experience: Super disappointed with the photo package. If it's a once in a lifetime experience, hopefully you have a family member that can come as a spectator and video and take pics for your experience. Def not worth the extra money.

Fantastic experience: I have actually lost count of our visits but it doesn't matter because we will keep coming back Absolutely love our time here and learning everything from the amazing staff and of course the beautiful dolphins. Fantastic experience: This was absolutely amazing we watch people interact with the dolphins play with the dolphins, the dolphins jumping up in the air and enjoying their time with the public. The public getting kisses from the Dolphins and the trainers explaining how they live. Definitely definitely go here this is not a place that you want to miss if you're in Key Largo.

Negative experience: My review isn't about a visit - I've never been there. But I did try my hardest to spend almost $2,000 for the private family experience. The customer service person (Stephanie) was RUDE and not helpful in the slightest. I guess the family package they offer that claims it's made for families with different ages, and different swimming abilities, isn't that at all - and, it's not offered during the month or March? (That seems weird) - and there was no option for my family of 4 (kids 3 and 7) - the minimum age requirements per the website... to enjoy this experience together. So, I guess I saved myself $2,000!

Positive experience: Would be 5 stars, but Stephanie at the front desk was quite rude in the 3 interactions we had, getting worse each time. Backstory: I never wanted to do this. My husband surprised me, as I am normally an adrenaline junkie, but not when it comes to invading space of another mammal. I respect the animals and felt no need to interfere in their natural habitat. I didn't want to exploit the dolphins trained for the tourists. I had a full on panic attack yesterday when he booked it for me. I called and spoke with Stephanie. I knew she wasn't going to refund my money, but I did ask and was fine with her response as my husband already told me it was non-refundable (since it was the next morning). Once I looked over the website to find it is a non-profit Conservancy and they allowed me to come in an hour early to watch others and get comfortable, I saw how happy and healthy the dolphins appear. Definitely seem to be living their best lives! It was a fantastic, beautiful, emotional experience. Caroline and all the trainers were impeccable and truly love what they are doing. Too bad the experience was tainted with a really bad attitude after spending almost $500! ETA: Upon arriving, Stephanie was at the front and directed me where to go. No smile, definitely felt like I was inconveniencing her. I did say "sorry about yesterday". After my time with the dolphins, I stopped in to make sure they had my email to receive the photos taken. She was far from "happy to help". She verified my email and told me he set it up under his email. ??? So I asked which email the pics will go to, and in a negative, sarcastic tone, she said that he set it up under HIS email, so it goes to Him! Stephanie's vibe does not match anything going on here.

Fantastic experience: Our family had a wonderful time swimming with the dolphins. It was the experience of a lifetime and I highly recommend it. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. The dolphins are treated with the utmost care and respect. We did the signature swim as a family. I highly recommend doing this, it is worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience! They do great work here, are super friendly, and so willing to talk with you and answer any curious questions you have. Our daughter did one of the dolphin experiences and had a great time and the price here was totally reasonable- well worth the price!!. The staff were great with her. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this tour enough! They are very upfront that this is an educational tour of the Everglades and John Penneycamp state park, as well as the beautiful manatees! Our guide was very knowledgeable and a joy to be with—he knew our desire to see manatees and took us to his favorite spot where we saw 9-10 manatees with 3 swimming right up to the boat. It was truly amazing! Next we went into the parks where we learned about the waterways, Florida’s hurricane history, and the mangrove tree. All of our questions were answered and we had some incredible views of the islands and its ecosystem! It we are interested in a laid back, beautiful island tour with lots of amazing information, sign up!! This tour was worth every penny!!

Fantastic experience: Meeting Leo the dolphin was the highlight of my trip to the Keys, is was an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic experience: We have done dolphin experiences in the past. This was the best by far. The dolphins seemed happy and well cared for. The trainers are very invested in the health and well being of all six of the dolphins who live here. We did not feel rushed at any point. Felt we had adequate opportunity to touch and interact with the dolphins, though is there ever really enough time when playing with dolphins? I could have stayed in the water with them all day. We did the shallow water experience as one of our kids is only 3. We saw people doing the signature swim package and I think that’s the one to book if kids are appropriate ages. The shallow water experience was still great, but the signature package looked even better.

Fantastic experience: My kids did trainer for a half day with Rhiannon who is super knowledgeable and fantastic with kids. It was an amazing experience for them to be behind the scenes learning all about food, health, anatomy of dolphins and other sea creatures plus they got a shallow water experience too which they loved. It was pricey but sooooo worth it!

Positive experience: Our most recent visit to Dolphins Plus Bayside was for a community event that was held after hours. It was fun with a fabulous Florida Keys sunset that evening. Great location for after hours events.

Positive experience: We chose this place because it had the most interactive experience with the dolphins out of all the choices. We planned on a 9am time slot to allow us time to visit other destinations as we drove to KW. When we arrived at 8;40 they informed us the 9am was cancelled but 12pm was open. So we decided to explore nearby stops while we waited. The experience was nice but felt for the cost we should have been able to choose which deep water activities we could participate in. The photo package also arrived quicker than was promised. Our only issue with that was it was the wrong people in the photos. Once we contacted the facility it was corrected. Overall, it was a good experience. The showers and changing rooms onsite make it perfect for an early morning experience before exploring more sights afterward.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time here and spent Thanksgiving day of 2022 swimming with the dolphins. It was remarkable how they felt and what they could do for being so young was fantastic. We got the picture package and once we could figure out how to get them downloaded, it was easier. Met some amazing women from Europe that day. Grateful.

Negative experience: Beware - Stay away !Total Rip off ! Never felt so scammed in my life ! . So we paid around 175$ per person for dock side activity/interaction with dolphins . AT the time of booking we were told it would be a 90 min activity with lots of interaction & fun time with dolphins . But in reality the actual session lasted 15mins & interaction time with dolphin was less than 10 minutes , the trainer was barely moving a muscle and she just gave instructions to dolphins for 2-3 interactions each lasting a few seconds , most of the time she spent in giving instructions & do's/dont's to tourists . 175 $ ??? really thats a shocker ! This is audacious exploitation of tourists visiting , they should be ashamed ! Seriously ! My advice is to stay away from this place & save your hard earned money .If you have any iota of conscience/morals left - Please refund me !!!

Negative experience: We paid $596 for 3 members of my family to stand on a deck and pet the dolphins head. I was certainly disappointed and expected a bit more for my monies. Most of the time was spent on a lesson on dolphins and what not to do once on the deck. I did not pay almost $600 for a lesson on how to recycle plastics!!! The actual time spent with the dolphins was less than 20 minutes. Are you kidding me??? Where do I request a refund. I cannot express the level of disappointment my family and I felt!!!

Fantastic experience: Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the dolphins. It was very important to me that the dolphins did everything willingly and were treated well and these guys showed that. Definitely get the 90$ photo package- it’s well worth it!

Fantastic experience: This place is great! It's not a wham-Bam type of place. The kind that wants to get you in and out. They take the time to make sure you really enjoy your experience. I think it was an hour and 40 minutes that we spent watching my daughter and her cousins swim with the dolphins with a small group of other people. They did several different things with the dolphins to make the experience very enjoyable for us. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I love this place and the experience they give children, especially. The people who work with the dolphins are exceptional and they really seem to care about the kids’ experience. Amazing all around. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: We stayed at the hotel besides this place and passed by with SUPs, the pools are really small and not even close to how an animal like this should be kept - they shouldn’t be in captivity at all. If you’re animalfriendly you should consider booking a boat tour and see them in their natural habitat.

Fantastic experience: It was my first encounter with dolphins and they made look amazing. Both Nayou & Hunter enjoyed the water ride by . Memorable moments!!!!

Positive experience: It was a great place to swim with dolphins. We wish it was a little longer like 10 mins more. It said 30 mins-60. But we didn't get started to swim until about 10:30. And we finished around 10:50. So technically we only got 20 mins of swimming. They were a long wait/training that took place before swimming... It however was a pleasant swim with dolphins. I wanted to add, the pictures weren't great with the prices we paid. It was $90 for pictures a person can take with a phone. I also wish there were some coaching about looking at the camera for pictures. Overall I think we paid way too much for not so great pictures. It is sad because it was special.

Fantastic experience: An amazing time was had by all. Our three granddaughters had the Signature Swim. Lasting memories for sure. Those dolphins kisses are so precious.

Positive experience: It was a great experience to be close to these amazing mammals. I reluctantly participated at the request from my girlfriend. I am generally not a fan of caged animals. The animals are well cared for, but I would feel better if there were some guidelines for nail cutting, and hand jewelry prior to interaction since holding on tightly to the dorsal fin, and stroking the animals could inadvertently scratch the animals skin.

Fantastic experience: We chose Dolphins Plus because we wanted the kids to experience the dolphins in their natural habitat, not a pool. We got exactly that! The lagoon was the perfect venue. The staff was amazing, you could see how much they loved the animals and loved sharing them with us. They were more than happy to answer questions. It truly was an experience, not a show.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. My wife and I did the Signature Swim the Sunday before Memorial Day 2024. We were able to get way closer to the dolphins than we expected... like pushing/pulling us through the water, belly rubs, kisses, and tricks with us while we were in the water. It was so cool that we absolutely purchased the pictures from their camera crew. Worth every penny. Note: Make sure to check traffic if coming from Ft. Lauderdale area. Avoid the 905A through North Key Largo route!

Negative experience: READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO! The staff was very informative. The problem is when your party is put on other side of lagoon from spectator side IE no personal pictures. This explains why the camera crew was all over near them and only one close to spectator side. $$$$ for camera crews. They have different levels of interaction so the more you pay the better your interaction with the dolphins.

Positive experience: It was a very nice experience, we took our granddaughter to experience the Dolphins, the only bad thing is that they put her far away from where we were and we were not able to take videos and pictures . Maybe they did it so we can purchase their photo package . Not sure. The Dolphins were beautiful and playful. We enjoyed.

Negative experience: I was soooo disappointed!!! Thought I paid for a Swim. Only got to pet. Even the people who paid to swim only petted. Big miss representation by this company. Don’t pay 307 dollars to pet while kneeling on one knee on the dock. NOT worth it!!!

Negative experience: This was my fourth swim adventure. The first 3 were amazing. I was so disappointed this time 2/16/2024. Instead of me and my wife having an adventure by ourselves with significant interaction with the dolphins, we were with a group and only had a couple of behaviors with the dolphins. In comparison to my previous amazing experiences this was a huge disappointment.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the most magical experiences of my life! Myself and my boyfriend traveled from rural North-Idaho where no experience like this is even remotely possible. We were met with a staff who clearly cares so much about the dolphins in their care and took everyone into account when providing our experience. Their customer service worked with me on several occasions to make sure we were able to attend our appointment when conflict scheduling arose. Genuinely loved our experience!!

Fantastic experience: The experience we had at Dolphins Plus is amazing! The booking process was really easy. When we arrived at the center, we waited for about 10-15 minutes before our tour started. The waiting area was really nice! Then we got informations about dolphins in general, about the experiences we booked and we got to know each other a little more personally which was very nice. After that, we got our swimwear and vests and were ready to go. We booked the Signature swim and it was worth every dollar! Everything is handled in a very respectful manner without that classic "tourism-flipper-vibe" what we really enjoyed! Everyone there was suuuuper nice and friendly and even if you don't speak / understand English that well, they do their very best that you can participate without limitations (a translator is necessary though) The experience with the dolphins itself last about 15-20 minutes (you are allowed to put a GoPro on a headmount too) which was absolutely great. After all, I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, since you get a very respectful experience with the animals and humans! Thanks again for the great experience!

Fantastic experience: Jessica was wonderful with the dolphins and guided our group through experiences that I will NEVER forget. You can tell she loves her job and loves Luna & Lyla. I saw a video about the dolphin research center 30+ years ago in my undergrad program and put it on my bucket list. It was everything I hoped for and more.

Fantastic experience: My mother and I had the most wonderful experience at Dolphins Plus. Our trainer Amanda was fantastic! We got many great photos and were able to take personal photos after our tour. We plan to swim in the deep waters next time we visit!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed the experience completely. Once we entered the building and signed up, the wait was only a little over an hour. This was no problem as we spent the wait time at a great restaurant, just down the street. This experience was on my bucket list and is now checked off as a great memory.

Positive experience: My kids did the dockside experience and loved it. However, as a business owner myself, I see so many things that could have been done differently to improve the experience overall. First, even if you’re only doing the dockside experience, you get looped into a 30 minute orientation with the groups that are swimming in the water with the dolphins. We sat there waiting for those people to be fitted with wetsuits, get instructions specific to their program, etc. Also, there was a lot of intentional time wasting…asking each group where we’re from, and “in a couple minutes, the trainers will come out and tell you more about what you’re doing.” If they skipped this whole part and just brought the dockside people to a separate area to be briefed by the specific trainer on what to do, we could have saved 20 minutes at least. The dolphin interaction itself felt extremely short for the price we paid. It was less than 10 minutes. Then, once both groups in the dockside program went, we basically just stood there and watched the trainer play with the dolphins solo for a solid 20 minutes. Either lower the price, or increase the active dolphin time. Last, luckily we did not purchase the photo package ahead of time. The day after our experience, I received an email with a link to the gallery to purchase if we want. Every. Single. Photo…..was of my kids backs and you couldn’t even see dolphins. I was surprised. My photos were a million times better than the photos we could have paid for. You can see the dolphins and our kids happy faces. That’s an easy fix. The photographer needs to strategically stand to get a better angle on the experiences. Overall, I’m not sure I’d drop almost $300 for two kids and two spectators to interact with dolphins for less than 10 minutes. Felt very overpriced. With that said, my kids did seem very happy and grateful.

Fantastic experience: We did the dockside encounter, it was so much fun. You are on a floating dock, and will get splashed. Our trainer, Marylou, was amazing. The Dolphins are not exploited and seem very healthy and happy. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Dolphins.

Fantastic experience: Happened on this place by accident on my last day in the Keys. 100% recommend it. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a unique and affordable ways to interact directly with dolphins.

Positive experience: First-time close encounter with dolphins and it was a good experience that left me wanting more. We were only two people, perhaps they could have spent a little more time with other moves. The person assigned to us is a newbie and needed help several times which took time away from us experiencing contact with the dolphins. Time went very fast. Truly a once in a lifetime experience Along with meeting the dolphins, the trainers were knowledgeable and helped me learn about dolphin anatomy and behavior, learned that is more about behavior training than about zoology or marine biology, and as a psychotherapist specializing in CBT, I appreciate it. I had the signature swim and pictures which I would recommend since the viewing area is farther away - if you have a good camera with a nice lens then skip it.

Fantastic experience: Truly a once in a lifetime experience and from what we saw every experience is different. Along with meeting the dolphins the trainers were knowledgeable and helped us learn about dolphin anatomy and behavior. We had the signature swim and pictures which I would recommend doing especially for couples who want pictures.

Fantastic experience: We bought my son who loves dolphin's the deep water dolphin experience for Christmas. I was invited to participate with him for free because I'm currently being treated for early-stage breast cancer. They invite cancer patients to interact with dolphins for therapeutic purposes. My husband also participated. We had such an amazing time. We met Samantha and Luna and had a guest appearance by Nyla. We liked how enthusiastic the trainers were with the dolphins. They incorporated lessons into the experience to make us more aware of their needs. We bought the photography package and are very happy we did. After our experience, we bought a coffee mug and Christmas ornament that were painted by the dolphins! It was an experienced to remember!

Negative experience: Im sure its fun. We didnt do it. But we kayaked past this place and saw their dolphins thru the prison that entraps them. This looks like Guantanamo bay for dolphins. Seeing this place ruined my and the wifes mood for the rest of the day. Very sea-world like. Eww. We saw a couple of their prisoners and they did not act like regular dolphins in the wild seemed sad.

Positive experience: It was very good experience for both my daughters. Dolphin pet was much better up close for spectator family to capture then Dolphin Swim option. For my daughters group( group of 8) they only got to do 2/5 different swim with dolphins. The group of 4 after us had very good chance and included all 5/5 swim with dolphins. We were told that dolphin chooses to do the swim. Which is not true as they just follow the commands. Over all good experience.

Positive experience: Dolphin time was a little short, but very personal. We helped train 8 yo Luna! otherwise it was absolutely amazing to touch and be around these majestic animals.

Positive experience: Had a great time. The staff was phenomenal. They were kind and willing to explain how everything worked. My wife has medical issues and they were tremendously accommodating. They even sent an extra pro in the water with my wife was to make sure that she was okay. The only two things that I can see that could be a little better is having more time with the dolphins. The actual experience itself was very quick. I would have preferred maybe, another 15 more minutes. I also have another concern. We paid extra for the photo package. The person taking the pictures was able to take some tight shots of me and my wife. Most of the other shots have the other people in my group. I find myself having to crop multiple pictures which is taking a lot of time. On a whole, this is a great place to have a wonderful experience and gain some knowledge.

Negative experience: Honestly in my opinion is overpriced, the person at the front desk was super nice. The trainer that gave us the breifing was very knowledgeable, everything was great until....my daughter and my niece were very far from us, thank God we purchased the picture package otherwise no good pictures would've been taken. The interaction with the Dolphins lasted less than 20 mins, the photographer took less than 50 pictures even though the email received says the photographer takes 50+ pictures...now out of those 46 pictures 28 pictures were just of my daughter and niece the rest had another participant included....in other words those picture were worthless.

Fantastic experience: We could've stayed there all day, if only they had let us. The encounter seemed to go by so fast, but it was wonderful. Although really expensive, I'm glad we purchased the photo package, as we will cherish these memories forever.

Negative experience: We opted for a tour including a photo package for around $50. The quality of the photos has become miserable. You are using a Canon Eos90d now the resolution is only set to 70dpi. We could see that from the metadata. There are not enough pixels for such a good camera. In addition, the children and the dolphins can never be seen in their entirety, but "cut off". I could have burned the money if I had had more of it. No response to criticism. Apparently they earn enough and are full. I can only advise you not to take the photo package, you will regret it.

Positive experience: Swimming with dolphins was amazing! They gave you a kiss and some foot pushes and pets. We truly had a blast. The only downside is the price. It's really expensive for an experience that lasts less than an hour.

Positive experience: Expensive to swim or rather interact with the dolphins. Take a camera with a zoom lens not a phone camera if you want your own pictures. They charge 90.00 for about 60 shots of your interactions with the dolphins on top of a 250.00 fee to swim.

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone. It was my first time visiting dolphins. I was really impressed. Nice place. Nice location. Big parking lot. Good prices. Friendly patient stuff. They explained me everything many times till i get everything. Always trying to help me. Nice trainer team. 7 nice dolphins. It was one of the best times i ever spent and the best emotions i ever have. Dolphins are so cute and smart. Great thank you for all your team. I wish to come back! Positive experience: It's a little confusing exactly where to go for information. Joy at the front desk was helpful, but we really need a sponsor to afford to be able to take our special needs child there, as he has to accompanied in the water, and that's 2 x the price. Almost 400 for a shallow water experience. We are working on getting some help with the cost, and hope to go soon.

Fantastic experience: Wow!!! This was too cool. I got a dolphin painting ️. Hubby did a pet session. These were the happiest dolphins in the world. They just follow you and click and come right up. I'm framing my painting

Positive experience: This place was so cool. First time swimming with dolphins and it was a great experience. Only downside was, for the price, it didn't seem like long enough. We got it, pet them twice, did two pushes on our feet and then it was over. We thought by the website there would be belly rubs and such but we didn't get to do that. The staff was 10/10 though and we got to hangout for a bit after and just watch the dolphins

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience! Signature swim gets you in the water with the dolphins for an up close experience! The time goes by fast, but you’re out there for close to an hour. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The photos below were taken by me in the “spectator” section, but their photo package option gets you individual pics with the dolphins, which is worth it!

Fantastic experience: What a ride!! Literally! Although the swim with Dolphins thing was not quite what we expected, this was absolutely worth the fun and close contact with the dolphins. What made it great was being able to perform tricks with them (under direction from our trainer). The activities were unnushed and time was made for each person in the group. My personal favs were being pushed from my feet on a boogie board. Wow! The sheer power of these wonderful creatures is no understated. Next I was allowed to hold on to their dorsal fins and pulled thru the water. What a memorable experience. If you ever decide to do a dolphin swim, bite the bullet and get the package that allows for deep water swimming. I would do again.

Fantastic experience: This is a once in a life time experience. The family was visiting the keys and of course the kids wanted to see dolphins! This is the place to be, we got to get close to the dolphins in a very educational and safe way. It was amazing getting to feel a dolphin and hear the noises up close in personal. 10/10 would recommend for anyone. The staff was also terrific making the experience even more top notch.

The dolphins are in captivity but at the same time, the visit furthered my son’s interest in these amazing animals and a strong desire to protect them and their natural habitat. Staff were nothing short of excellent. Not cheap but a ‘bucket list’ event for sure.

Fantastic experience: We did the trainer for a day program and loved it!! All of the staff and trainers were super helpful and knowledgeable. They were kind, funny and truly loved the dolphins in their care. The facility was clean, the dolphins were well cared for. The interactions with the dolphins were incredible! The trainers were patient with what the dolphins were willing to do. Wonderful place, wonderful trainers, wonderful dolphins!

Fantastic experience: My family and I were visiting Key largo during summer break and we booked this place online in advance; seems like they get full quickly. -When you arrive, check in by the gift shop and expect to sit and listen to an educational session about the dolphins anatomy and safety precautions, and Q&A. Approx 15-20min. -Our trainer, named (G) was very professional and friendly. She instructed us step by step of what to do and not to do. She was patient and friendly with us. -The place was clean and very organized. Also online they offered a picture package that you can buy in advance, you can also buy it after. Since you’ll be in water with the dolphins, you can’t take your own pictures. But they have someone that is taking pictures during your interaction with the dolphin and they will email it within 72 hours. It’s been 48 hours we haven’t received ours yet, So I’ll update this review regarding the status of those pictures. Overall my family had a blast and it was truly a great experience!! -We did the shallow water interaction. Next time we will try the swimming with the dolphins in the deeper water when my son is comfortable enough to swim. For sure will be back again. It’s memories that will live on. - FYI if you live in Florida you can check their websites for 10% discounts for Florida residence. -Press thumb up if this review are helpful.

Negative experience: The Dolphins are beautiful however The disorganisation ruined the experience. They mixed our family with another party causing us to go an hr and 15 minutes after our scheduled time. Also, they charge a spectator charge and allow pictures however they dont let you take them from the dock where the pics show the kids faces. Likely because they want you to purchase the pictures from them.

Fantastic experience: Shantell and Kim were fantastic. Our family had the best time with the dolphins. The tour of the vet office and kitchen was interesting and informative. It has been owned by the same family since the 70s and you can tell by the pride they take in the operation. Finally, they keep their passion alive by a robust intern program. The interns were excellent!!
