Fantastic experience: I have a soon to be 2 year old niece and 6 year old nephew who love going to the Aquarium. We have met Traci on multiple occasions and she always treats the kids very nicely. At this point i don’t know if the kids go to see the fish or just to meet Traci because they are more excited to meet her than the fish . Thanks for always being so amazing, you are the best!

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem! We were in town for pickleball and I found Blue Zoo to bring my youngest to in between matches! Lundyn was awesome at answering all my questions! Next time we are in Baton Rouge we will for sure be back!

Fantastic experience: I took my grand daughter to the Blue Zoo this week and it was a great experience. There were so many opportunities to learn, touch and feed. What made this experience absolutely memorable was the staff. All were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions. Kamryn really stood out. She was amazing. Fantastic experience: this place is sooo cute and fun! my family and i came to see the aquarium, the employees were very helpful and friendly. they had a great selection of animals to see along with feeding/petting the rays. we came at around 12 so they weren’t busy at all so we were able to do a lot of stuff without feeling like we were in anyone’s way. although, it is pretty spaced out which is nice.

Positive experience: This aquarium is fairly small when compared to the Dallas aquarium or the Oklahoma aquarium. It is a bit overpriced for the small space. It would definitely entertain small children for an hour or so. Make sure to pay the extra money to feed the birds so they actually come up to you in the bird room. The room does smell strongly of urine.

Positive experience: I had a blast at the zoo today! Seeing all the animals up close was amazing. My favorite part was definitely the monkey exhibit , they were so playful. The lions were sleeping the whole time though, guess they weren't feeling the zoo vibes. Definitely worth the trip, even if it was a little crowded. #zooadventures #animallover

Fantastic experience: Blue Zoo has become a waypoint on every road trip through I-10. I have never seen such a hands-on, toddler friendly aquarium. Pavan was extremely kind and helpful, quick to answer any and all questions. I will continue to visit as often as we go through Baton Rouge.

Positive experience: Visited today and it was okay. Definitely not worth the price but I did get discount tickets on Groupon. We had an uncomfortable time with the worker who was at the bird room. Our boy was having a hard time transitioning from the water tables to the bird room so he started to cry. She told us there’s a “no crying” policy so we couldn’t enter the bird room until he stopped. We tried to calm him down and she was just staring at us so we left. The staff were not the friendliest. Other than that it was nice, but way too expensive for the small aquariums.

Negative experience: We waited in line for the birds for 15 minutes (for a 2- minute experience.) No big deal. The attendant explained it’s ok to be frightened but you’ll have to leave. What she didn’t explain is it’d be over for EVERYONE! The child was spooked by the landing of the bird and dropped his dish. ALL of the birds scattered! He wanted out. She walked him out, swept the seed up and told us our time was ended. We just started when the boy dropped the dish!!!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful visit yesterday. Pavan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful— we felt very welcome upon entering. The zoo was the perfect size for my two little ones and they enjoyed the opportunities to interact with the animals. The water table and play area was a lot of fun and they didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic experience: There’s so many different kind of fish and different animals to see and interact with. The employees were really nice especially the lady named Lundyn. She really helped make the experience fun and unforgettable for my wife, kids, and myself. 1000/10 recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: We took our 2 year old for the first time. It was a wonderful experience. Lundyn was super knowledgeable about the animals especially the tortoise. Fantastic experience: I have never had such an amazing experience at an aquarium. Lundyn was absolutely terrific. She helped my family and I the whole time. I have 3 kids and she helped guide them throughout the whole tour. Absolutely incredible. I will be coming back and bringing the rest of the family because of Lundyn!!!

Negative experience: The bird lady was a jerk and she did not let no one get up, or even take pictures by the birds. Over all the other people were nice and wonderful people but she was a jerk.

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem! Definitely the most fun I've ever had at an aquarium, and in a fairly small space. We loved petting the stingrays, and letting the fish nibble at our hands!! Brennan was very helpful & knowledgeable of all the animals, as well as the other young lady. Amazing staff. Incredible creatures! I don't know who had more fun - my 2 yr. old son, or my 75 yr old dad - both were in heaven!! Never thought I'd be looking at sea animals in the same spot I bought my first pair of overpriced jeans 25 yrs ago (Abercrombie in the mall)!! Can't wait to go back next time we're in BR!!! Oh and can't forget how cool it was to go into the room with the parakeet birds & feed them!!!

Positive experience: My family and I loved this place. I just wish it would have more things to do for $20.00 for adults. The front desk lady was sweet. The technology wasn't working so we had the lady had to take pictures of the tickets online. It was mother's Day so mother's were supposed to get in free and SOME of them did . But overall good experience

Positive experience: 2 adults for $50, The ticket cost is necessary to take care of all the animals which there are a lot of! The Stingray show and bird feeding was a nice experience, especially for something you find in a mall.

Fantastic experience: First time here and it was amazing. My grandson enjoyed it and couldn’t get enough. The only downside was we eventually had to leave. The staff and our personal favorite Victoria were amazing at assisting.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience, the staff is so friendly and they are very informative. And they will answer any questions you might have, it's an easy process to get in and DNae helped us get in with no problem. I definitely recommend coming for Spring Break and for the summer and bring a friend or your family you won't be disappointed
