Positive experience: The aquarium was neat, but very small, and there were not many exhibits or varieties of marine life. I personally felt it was overpriced for the size, and the number of exhibits.

Denise Caban 2 months ago

Positive experience: Very small place, very nice. It's a little pricey but I understand they need to feed and care for the marine life.

Fantastic experience: I will say I feel like it is pretty pricey but I think it is on par with other aquariums. I will say I have not seen a beaver at any other aquariums and I was very impressed with the dolphin show so would say it is very it. The fish tank was the largest I’ve ever seen and it is super cool to see it from all different levels. They have a parking garage that you have to pay but only 5 bucks for 2 hours or 11 over 2 hours. There is free street parking around.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome and the dolphin experience is amazing and educational! Plus they have cool frogs!

Fantastic experience: We had never been before but we saw the billboard "We have beavers too!" which is a play on the new Buc-ee's that opened recently. I looked up their website and saw that they have experiences at reasonable prices. We booked the Trainer For A Day as a birthday surprise for my 13 year old. He spent the day with the animal trainers. He helped to feed the otters and the dolphins. He participated in the dolphin show so we could see him at work and take pictures from the audience side. While our teen was behind the scene as a trainer, the rest of us walked around the exhibits. I had also booked the SeaTrek experience for my husband and 11 year old. They got suited up in wetsuits and donned the helmets. I watched from the top floor near the 'touch' pools as they climbed into the water. Then I took the elevator down to the 1st floor so I could watch them while they were in the tank and snap some photos. They had so much fun surrounded by fish, stingrays, turtles, and sharks. They got to feed the fish which attracted them all for some great pics. Every single staff member we came in contact with was SO friendly and helpful. I worked for Walt Disney World & Marriott International previously, and I can definitely say that I am impressed with the staff's hospitality skills. Working food service in these high temperatures can raise the temper of anyone....but the staff at the Pelican Pointe Cafe were some of the friendliest! Overall, we had a great day. Not one complaint.

Positive experience: Loved the animals and the venue. Disappointed that a handicap person has to walk so far before wheelchair was available. Expensive even at senior rate and military discounts.

Samantha 2 months ago

Negative experience: It was heartbreaking to see how small and inadequate the enclosures were throughout the aquarium. The sloth looked out of place in a space far too small for its needs. The octopus was confined with barely any room to explore, and the dolphins were swimming in circles in a tank that felt more like a cage than a home. Even the frogs seemed crammed into tiny displays. These animals deserve so much better.

Matthew McCamey 2 months ago

Fantastic experience: I took my two boys here while we were in town visiting family and we all enjoyed it very much! They have little holes and tunnels that the kids can go into to make it seem that they are in the enclosure with the fish and sharks and the shallow tank that allows you to touch and pet the rays and the smaller sharks absolutely made the boys day! A little pricey but overall it was a great experience!

Negative experience: THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE JUNK FEES AND NOT THE wildlife, employees or displays. We visited and enjoyed all the animal exhibits except for the aviary (under construction) and the grounds are nice and specimens as well. But the "TICKETING FEE" they charge is stupid. I didn't even get my receipt until I asked for it, there are no physical tickets so why do you charge these fees?! It's unacceptable. I walked up to your counter, the employee was there and I paid ... didn't realize the fee until I got home and checked my receipts. Display ALL junk fees upfront as you should and refund this amount. It's not how much it is... it's the principle.

Fantastic experience: Small aquarium with inside and outside parts. It’s new and has some cool features. I wish we had more time to spend there. The employees were very nice. Gift shop was expensive, but very well stocked.

Fantastic experience: For years I didn’t like aquariums. They just gave me anxiety with the dim lights and tight spaces. However, this aquarium was great! No anxiety or stress whatsoever. Beautiful and I even got to pet a dolphin!!

Positive experience: The is an awesome aquarium for such a little place. They price of admission was fair. They had alot of exhibits both indoor and outdoor. They has a awesome touch pool a d a wonder deep aquarium. There were animals they didn't not have information about, but it was an amazing trip and I would go back!

Fantastic experience: incredible aquarium and place to visit. there is local wildlife and wildlife from the gulf, along with experiences you can purchase such as an underwater expedition and a dolphin encounter!

Positive experience: Got a chance to visit the Aquarium for the first time.It was very nice.I enjoyed myself very much

Fantastic experience: The kids loved it! The aquarium itself is somewhat small, but make sure you start on the third floor! The staff were all extraordinarily knowledgeable on all animal species and loved answering questions. My kids also loved finding the post stamps around the aquarium!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! The dolphins were my favorite part, but the extremely knowledgeable staff made every part of the aquarium amazing!

Fantastic experience: The Mississippi Aquarium is small yes. But what the have to offer, makes up for it.

Fantastic experience: Loved all the animals, especially the dolphins

Creig Speed 3 months ago

Positive experience: The aquarium has its good points. It is very small and can be gone through in about 2-3 hours. It's quite expensive also for such a small aquarium. However, some of the admission price goes to help preserve marine life. Anything out of a vending machine cost $8.50. The gift shop is equally expensive. I'm glad we went though and it was a pleasant day outing as we came from Pensacola 125 miles away.

Ray Bogusz 3 months ago

Fantastic experience: This was a great place to come for a while. If I had young children I'd absolutely bring them. Highlights: 1. Many of their animals come because they are deemed unable to survive on their own in the wild, which in and of itself is awesome. 2. Staff was very welcoming and engaging. 3. Variety of exhibits was good. 4. Parking was very easy. I think it cost $5 or $10 at the garage. Having paid for parking in Chicago, Boston, New Orleans, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, complaints about that price are unreasonable. Low Lights: 1. It's definitely small. Personally that wasn't super bothersome, but it's definitely not one of those full day excursions.

Kailey Rhodes 3 months ago

Positive experience: The aquarium was clean and set up well. Several inside exhibits to look at to escape the heat. Staff was nice during presentations but did not speak to you outside of those. Very overpriced for what you get and for overall size in opinion.

JP BananaPhone 3 months ago

Positive experience: The Aquarium itself is pretty great. Being right next to the "ocean", you'd hope that would be true. But how long is it going to take public places to realize that one-ply toilet paper is absolute garbage?! Everyone I know (brave enough to discuss bathroom habits) says they take three times as much and folds for a better experience anyway. It's disrespectful is what it really is. Also, bathroom doors should be PULL to enter and PUSH to exit. So many people don't wash their hands and I don't want to touch the door handle AFTER cleaning mine. Shout-out to the tarantula lady. She was polite, patient with children, knowledgeable, and even stayed a few minutes extra for some inquisitive people.

Em Me 3 months ago

Negative experience: As a parent and longtime supporter of animal welfare and marine conservation, I was really hoping the Mississippi Aquarium would reflect those values. While the facility is clean, and the staff were friendly, I left feeling disappointed and honestly a little misled. My biggest concern is the lack of transparency about the dolphins. Nowhere in the exhibit or on the website does it mention that all four dolphins were born and trained at SeaWorld — not rescues, not rehabbed, but bred specifically for captivity and performance. That information is something I found out after the visit. The dolphin pool is noticeably small, and during our time there, there were no enrichment activities (toys or signs of stimulation beyond people standing nearby). For an animal as intelligent and socially complex as a dolphin, that felt deeply wrong. The aquarium’s signage makes it sound like they prioritize animal welfare and enrichment, but I didn’t see evidence of that. Add to that the high cost of admission, and the experience felt underwhelming overall. The exhibits are limited, and for the price, I expected more both in terms of content and ethics. If you’re going for a quick family outing, it may be fine on the surface. But if you care about authentic conservation, transparency, and animal welfare, I would suggest doing your homework first. Right now, the Mississippi Aquarium’s messaging and reality don’t quite match.

Cody Boner 3 months ago

Positive experience: It was fun to be able to touch creatures but very pricey and not much to do. Bathrooms are hard to find.

Kyle 3 months ago

Positive experience: I had a lot of fun here. There are many exhibits inside, so if you just look at the ones outside, you'll be disappointed. Though otters are the best, cute and majestic swimmers. But the ones inside are a lot of fun. I definitely recommend the garden eels. It was a little overpriced for the experience I think, but it's not a letdown.

Jenipher Kigerl 3 months ago

Positive experience: Limited to no handicap access. Got there about an hour before closing in Memorial Day 2025. Hard to find parking and had to walk alot to get to the front and only entrance. Nowhere to sit and recover. No ramps for alternative pathways. The good news is that it is a small campus. The exhibits that were there were good, bathrooms were clean, staff were friendly but it was all what is to be expected. We did not go into the smaller exhibit hall so there may have been other better impressive stuff there. It was a nice way to spend an hour overall.

Positive experience: We brought my son here for his first birthday. He enjoyed all the fish swimming and seeing the dolphins jumping around. Of course we came end of May and it was HOT! I tried to bring my tumbler in and they said no outside drinks were allowed besides like sippy cups for children. We was there for almost 3 hours of course it was busy. My son ran out of juice keep in mind being 87 degrees we was pouring sweat standing and walking around. We put in a $10 bill to try and get 2 waters as they were $4.50 for 1 bottled drink... I ended up losing my $10 bill bc the machine was down and they didn't have any sign or coverage to show it wasn't not working. We got the manager over to us and all she said was " we don't have access to these machines but I'll call and let them know it needs to be fixed" I asked her "what about my $10" and she said " I'm sorry I can't help you, call the number on the machine and tell them what happened." So I just paid $75 for this place and then lose $10 and I'm hot and sweaty. My baby crying ready to leave bc he's hot and has no drink. We sat inside to cool off and I found a fountain and of course the water didn't look clear like it was drinkable water. We enjoyed the view and what they had to offer but expect to leave very thirsty.

Fantastic experience: This place is beautiful! It's right across from the beach so we were able to enjoy the beach while we waited for it to open. You can get a slight discount on your tickets if you preorder your tickets 24 hours in advance. This aquarium is different than a the others one we've been to because it has an area where you can actually put your hands in the water and touch the fish. The tunnel was absolutely amazing. It was so cool. There are lots of photo opportunities. They do have a reasonably priced cafe if you get hungry or thirsty. They have an area where you get to go in the area with birds and they just walk and fly around you. It was overall a lot of fun and worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: First experience here, and this aquarium has quickly become one of our favorites. The kids absolutely loved it. We’re from the New Orleans area, but we prefer this aquarium over the one in NOLA. Although smaller, the Mississippi Aquarium is cleaner and less crowded than NOLA… and there is still plenty to do and see. The exhibits are really well done. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic experience: This is so much more than an aquarium. Be prepared for interactive exhibits inside but a lot outside as well!! We had a blast and will definitely visit again!

Fantastic experience: It was not very big but was still worth the trip. Great for taking small kiddos. It wasn't overly crowded on a Sunday afternoon.

Positive experience: This is a great little aquarium, but experience for what it is. Bring your wallet if you want souvenirs, they are crazy priced, parking is a bit too.

Saila Sanderson 4 months ago

Positive experience: It’s nice to let mothers in free on Mother’s Day but I swear they must’ve jacked the other prices up to compensate because we spent $67 on just my fiancé and 3 year old.. I was STUNNED. Then on top of that we could’ve walked to entire place in less than an hour. The dolphin show sound system was down so we left the show early for lack of excitement. The one in Navarre at least had stadium seating and a real show. The food is also insanely overpriced and underwhelming. Not enough dining tables for the amount of visitors so some had to stand. It was just a let down overall.. wish we could get our money back and put it towards a better aquarium. I put 3 stars bc my toddler enjoyed herself and didn’t know the difference.

Fantastic experience: Had the absolute best time during the dolphin encounter. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable . Special thanks to Lisa in the ticketing office for helping us so much this morning. And an even bigger shout out to Axl the dolphin for being the sweetest mammal.

Fantastic experience: We bought our tickets online and got to skip line and walk right in. The dolphin tank was an amazing view. All the aquariums had very nice viewing areas.

kay MIHELICH 4 months ago

Positive experience: Comparatively speaking, the Aquarian is way over priced. Had this not been a gloriously beautiful day, with loads of happy kids just enjoying being outdoors, the low key activities were underwhelming. Food was unforgivingly expensive. The staff with whom I interacted, though, were charming and enthusiastic which was delightful. Thanks to Keesler Credit Union I did get a 20% discount which was a redeeming perk.

Fantastic experience: It was great to visit along the coast. I took my granddaughter, and she loved it! We had a wonderful day out together. The exhibits are well done and reflect the amazing creatures that live there!

Fantastic experience: Great place! Workers friendly. Husband and I had a good time. Worth every dollar we spent. Clean and all animals were well taken care of. Would go again.

Godsgirl84 4 months ago

Negative experience: Mostly enjoyable but be advised, if you pay for a child to experience petting a dolphin, they don't get an individual picture with the dolphin as advertised. The picture is with strangers and the pictures are not very good and to top it off they don't really allow you to take your own pictures either. The staff move the people that will have the experience of petting a dolphin to a pool on the farthest side where beams and staff members block you from seeing or taking pics and there is no where to sit in full sun while you wait for your child to come back. It was very disappointing. I would understand more about them not wanting you to take pictures if the pics they take were really good but for subpar photos and a high cost of purchasing whatever pictures they took, it's not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful little aquarium. Handicap accessible which was great!! Staff was extremely friendly too! Definitely recommend.

Kenyata Mattocks 4 months ago

Positive experience: It’s a nice and newer facility but not much. It was more like a big tank that spanned 3 floors so the same animals you saw on the top floor were the same ones you saw on the bottom floor. It was a bit disappointing and it was over $30 pp. we stayed probably 30 minutes or less bc there wasn’t much to see.

Emily K Christensen 5 months ago

Fantastic experience: My kids (5 & 7 yo) had a blast. Lots of activities with the animals to keep them engaged. We were visiting from out of town, and stayed for just over 4 hours. I wish we would have known about the discount price for buying tickets in advance online. But still worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Bastian Teichmann 5 months ago

Positive experience: Exotic animals, all of them looked well taken care of. However it seemed that the dolphins probably could use more room. Only 4 ⭐️ due to the high ticket prices, even though I understand, that taking care of animals just isn’t cheap.

Fantastic experience: This place is worth every single penny! I can not say enough about this place. Apparently, this place has been updated. Make sure the littles stay on the concrete areas at all times. Upon entering, you'll be greeted with an alligator exhibit with 3 alligators. They offer 2 indoor buildings. One building, you will experience seeing reptile type species. The other you'll witness several sea life species. They also have an outside bird enclosure with several beautiful species. You see some on the ground, in the trees, and some flying through the air. You will also visit their 2-story dolphin exhibit. This is my favorite. The below view is where you can watch dolphins swimming and playing under water. The top story is for viewing the dolphins playing with toys, blowing through their blow holes, and showing off special tricks. This magical place offers a dolphin training session at 4 p.m., which is closing time. You get a chance to see the trainers and staff training the dolphins for different things. During the training session we attended, the spokesperson was friendly, compassionate about working with dolphins, and answered visitors' questions. I've never been so close to Dolphins until I visit this place. If you stand at the top story, you will hear the.thud sounds from the.dolphins closing their mouths above the water! Be sure to stop by the arts and crafts station in the sea life area. Kids can color 4 water species, scan it, and watch their drawing come to life on the big screen above you. Photo below. Instructions are located on the counter. This was a huge hit and so much fun to do with the grandkids!

Fantastic experience: I love this aquarium so dearly, and every time I visit my Parents in Biloxi I stop by here. I usually visit in January during the less busy season, and I just love the layout and design of it all. Last time I came in they let me meet Pelé the Armadillo and actually feed/pet him, it made my entire week. The staff is super kind and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Pretty impressive for a smaller aquarium. Plenty of interesting and entertaining exhibits. Nice place to spend a couple hours with the family.

Positive experience: This is a nice aquarium but it is expensive to visit. Unfortunately, my youngest just turned 3 and was basically the same price as the adults. However, the aquarium was well kept and my kids enjoyed it! Keep in mind that a lot of the attractions (beavers/gators/aviary/ dolphins) are outside so this isn’t an activity for rainy days.

Jennifer Kendrick 5 months ago

Positive experience: It is definitely not worth it for the very expensive price of the tickets. It's very small and the shows are very boring. I was really looking forward to letting my daughter see the otter and dolphin shows, but I was very disappointed. It's definitely not a place that you want to go back to.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed the aquarium. The albino tiger shark was our favorite.

Positive experience: My family of four enjoyed our time here. However, it was very overpriced. We walked through the entire aquarium within 30 minutes. Hopefully, they will add to it in the future.

Fantastic experience: Had the dolphin experience, it is great for kids and adults. Lots of information and a behind the scenes look at all the work that goes into caring for dolphins. Make sure you can kneel on your knees for a little while though. The photo booth you cannot! Forget. This is one of my favorite aquariums. Buy your tickets 24hrs in advance though. There is a discount.

Positive experience: The aquarium was well managed and very magical. My family and I were delighted to see how well-kept all the critters were the guides were extremely helpful and the signs were informative. You will kill your wallet getting in but all in all, it's a worthy destination on your Biloxi beach trip.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this aquarium three times and I would love to go back again. This last time, I spent a lot of time watching the beavers, there are 3, and Luna. This is a nice, clean, and well-kept aquarium that also offers a unique underwater experience. Be sure to check this place out when you're in the area!

Positive experience: Long line a lot of the time so membership or pre buy is best, but kids love it. Honestly, once a year was enough visits for us, but because we bought annual tickets, we came three times in a year and the 4 free guest tickets were great for visiting cousins. But even that at regular price would have cost less than we spent on 4 annual passes. So unless you plan to go more often than 3x a year, it's not worth the extra cost. Small kids love it.

Fantastic experience: First-time visitors, and we LOVED it. If our children were younger, they would have loved it too.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I visited Mississippi aquarium while we were in Gulfport Mississippi on vacation. It was absolutely amazing from the alligator exhibit to the bird exhibit. The dolphin exhibit and the aquarium itself is just absolutely stunning. The views that you get of the fish are amazing from top to bottom and even in the middle of the aquarium it’s three levels we had a great time. I really love the exhibit. The fish were stunning and if you have children a highly recommend that you take them there if you’re in Gulfport Mississippi, so interactive things for the children are pretty incredible.

Dalton G 6 months ago

Positive experience: Overall a great place to visit for adults and children. We did have one problem with the nursing room. As nice of a nursing/family bathroom as it was, the high powered hand dryer seemed a little excessive in that environment. Maybe only provide a quieter option for newborn ears. Something that doesn't sound like an F-18 taking off inside of an 8x8 tile room. Just a thought. Otherwise, a very nice venue for relaxation and nursing for new parents.

Jeremy Doyle 6 months ago

Positive experience: Took my 4yr old son.Not as big as I thought it would be. You can see it all in an hour. Very clean and the staff was great. The animals look very well taken care of. Lots of things for kids to do and see. The price is a little steep for as small as it is. But its understandable when you see what the money helps support

Michael Strawn 6 months ago

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to visit. The dolphins are amazing and very playful. The bird house was awesome and we met the sweetest staff member I have ever met in there that explained the different species. Was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Although it’s not as large as other big aquariums in the country, it’s still a nice size for the Mississippi gulf coast. It was also clean and very well kept. The employees were nice to us. Seeing my son enjoy his time there made the visit a success. Big selection of sea animals! We will go back when we come back to Mississippi. Definitely recommend!!

Jasper Tu 7 months ago

Negative experience: Look at this and tell me those animals deserve to live in a prison cell getting touched by greasy fingers everyday. Especially for the dolphins. Going from 100 Kilometers a day to a swimming pool sized aquarium, common we are not in the 90s anymore. In every other developed nation this would be illegal. Either completely or you would need a way bigger aquarium. Ask yourself if you would like to spend your life in a prison cell.

Mosley Travel 7 months ago

Positive experience: Okay aquarium but small. They have dolphins and I really enjoyed the alligators. Our favorite part were the stingrays! They were so lively and very interactive. They will splash you so be careful! Luna, the all white shark (leucistic) was amazing!! Paid parking is available and it's not far from the beach. We didn't try the food but they do have a small concession stand. If you purchase tickets in advance you will get a small discount. Overall it was a decent aquarium and most of the staff were knowledgeable. We actually learned quite a lot and enjoyed our time there. We probably will not be back, unless we bring our godson. It's a one and done type of thing but at least we crossed another aquarium off our bucket list.

Fantastic experience: The Wife and I visited the aquarium on our Honeymoon this week, and it did not disappoint. The animals all seemed to be well taken care of and loved, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. One staff member in particular, Maureen, was simply phenomenal. Her passion really shines through in how she interacts with the guests and the animals. Every exhibit we visited, if Maureen was nearby, we learned something exciting and wholesome. Whatever she(and the housekeeping department, for that matter) is being paid isn't enough for the work being done and passion being displayed. The entire facility was squeaky clean as well. Not a single smudge on the glass, speck of dust on the displays, or a crumb on the floor. Housekeeping and maintenance is on top of their game, and it made for a very inviting, cozy atmosphere. Chad the pufferfish is now one of our favorite critters in the whole world! The exhibits were all incredibly engaging and stimulating. We spent almost 4 hours at the aquarium, and could have been here longer had we not had plans we had to leave for. Well worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super nice and greeted you. The workers answered all questions with a happy attitude. The facility was clean and pretty.

tom mason 7 months ago

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing and a real surprise with the features and displays that they had. All of the people that work there were so friendly and especially some of the animal caretakers seem to pay far more attention than I've seen at zoos. The three-story display and tank full of all sorts of fish was terrific. We were able to watch the feeding at 3:00 p.m. which was totally amazing. Then they had one of the service people holding a tarantula in the lobby, then we saw that same person feeding the beavers, and then later she was with a sloth. She also held up a tiny little armadillo which seemed to like being petted, lol. It is a little expensive in that two adults for $65. But at the end of the day we were very happy that we spent about 3 hours there and really could have spent another two taking more time to see the displays. If you think watching fish swim in your home aquarium is relaxing, it's totally amazing when you're walking in a tube surrounded by fish swimming all around you. If you're in the Gulfport area and you especially have kids, you should go. But it's amazing for adults as well.

Fantastic experience: You are very pleased with this aquarium. We’ve been to several around the United States and this one especially considering the size of the community. It’s in was magnificent. The kids had a lot of fun, especially where they could put hands on the different creatures.

Positive experience: A nice little aquarium to visit while in Biloxi. The aquarium is not too far from the beach and has a beautiful view from the front. They are a few different animals such as fish, otters, and sharks. There is a dolphin performing area, but it wasn’t open when we went. The touch pond was a hit, you have the opportunity to touch sting rays, crabs, and snails. There is enough room for kids to roam and lots of interesting elements to keep them occupied!

Fantastic experience: Simply amazing. Well done and well presented with fabulous expert aquarium people to explain everything along with volunteers who are genuinely excited that you are there. A beautiful aquarium next to an extraordinarily bountiful part of the American seacoast.

Fantastic experience: Great visit for special pricing for the Mississippi Magic night - for 5 people it was the price of one normal weekday ticket. I would not have rated as high if we would have paid the full normal price per person. If you've been to any of the aquarium of the Americas you will be disappointed in size if venue, but the venue itself is still very nice, esp for a hometown feel. During winter, lots of exhibits closed like aviary penguins otters. However, Lots of fish, sharks, and the dolphins were worth the experience. They do have upgrades for experiences with animals which we may come back and do in the future. You are able to Pet sting rays and sharks. The Christmas wish Experience was awesome for the kids- Santa and swimming elves were a bonus.

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful day to visit the aquarium. With a nice size of the aquarium outdoors I got to enjoy the good weather. Beautiful aquarium, not very large but might take a few hours to enjoy it all depending on your pace. Very clean. If you are ever in the area stop by it is worth the admission fee.

Fantastic experience: We went for the first time in a long time. They have added alot since our last visit. Great place to enjoy a nice fall day. All of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the areas they were working in. We enjoyed watching the trainers working with the dolphins even though it was not part of a show.

Positive experience: It’s pretty pricey for how small it is but overall it’s a great experience. I really enjoyed the virtual reality experience of swimming with sharks. I also really loved being able to touch the manta rays and sharks. The animals LOVED being loved on and they would swim up to me just to be caressed! What a great experience

Positive experience: My family and I enjoyed our time at the aquarium. It was a bit pricey for the size and the number of attractions, but I understand that it takes money to maintain the place and for it to grow. Unless they add some amazing exhibits, I would not revisit this aquarium

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at the aquarium!!! My favorite experience was meeting Todd the Macaw. His handler, Chelsea, was so nice and allowed me to help him recycle paper. As a bird lover it was a special moment. The Aviary was pretty cool too. So many different types of birds. Each staff member I met was helpful and informative.

Fantastic experience: My mom got our tickets online and we arrived 15 or so minutes after they opened on a Tuesday. No line and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves with the staff and animals for about 45 minutes. At first it seems small, but there is A LOT to see. Start outside, then the 3 story building, then the small building. You can pet & feed the stingrays! And pet the smaller sharks. A tunnel through a large, 3 story aquarium full of so many fish, sharks, rays, a sea turtle, an albino shark, a porcupine fish... There's an outdoor sea otters exhibit, an aviary, dolphin tank, and beavers. There's also another building with smaller exhibits including sea horses, a sloth and poison dart frogs! The staff are super knowledgeable and all of the animals have names :)

Fantastic experience: My niece and I visited here September 1, 2024. Let me just say the aquarium is great and the staff just wonderful. Kelly at the photo desk is just so dedicated. She not only took photos but knew so much about the animals. Shoutouts also to Lisa working the 360 degree immersive experience; Mikayla in the sea trek diving experience. Also a special thank you to all the staff involved in reuniting me with my lost item. The penguin experience was also a must do and Michael the African penguin was in rare form.I encourage everyone to visit.

Positive experience: This aquarium is an inside and outside aquarium. First time I ever been to one. There was a dolphin show and a pretty cool inside section which included a petting of sting rays and a large Inside aquarium with a special tube that goes from the third floor to the first.
