🗣️ Great Lakes Aquarium: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Amazing the touch pools are great and don't forget to look up. Take your time going through and see things you missed the first lap around. Fantastic staff to boot
Fantastic experience: Lots of very interesting marine life from local species to sea animals from all over the world.
Positive experience: Great Lakes Aquarium is a great place to stop if you're visiting Duluth on other business. Parking for 5 hours is $10 and you can visit the local shore walk while visiting. There is no waiting to get into the aquarium and it does have nice features such as areas where you can touch small sharks, sturgeon, and even jellyfish. The only reason it's 3 stars is that it's a little pricey ($20) per person and you can walk through and see everything in 30-45 minutes. If you're visiting Duluth, I would recommend going to the aquarium if you're already going to the waterfront. However, I wouldn't make the trip to Duluth just for the aquarium.
Positive experience: Prices are a bit steep for admission, as the aquarium is quite small, but still a fairly fun time to have with younger children. Would not return for a second time. Way too boring for adults only. We had a 3 year old so we managed to stay for 1.5 hours, but this place doesn’t even come close to the many aquariums we’ve been to in the past throughout the USA, where we’ve stayed up to 8 hours, as so much to do and see for all ages.
Fantastic experience: Perfect rainy dat activity. Couple exhibits where you can interact
Fantastic experience: Such a fun place to visit! Really excited that they have horseshoe crabs!!
Fantastic experience: been to aquariums in a lot of places. this was a great experience and the family loved it.
Fantastic experience: Very cool, lots of activities for kids! They also have a bald eagle!!
Negative experience: My sister had bought tickets for me and her friends while we were staying at Duluth for her birthday, she wanted all of us to go to experience the jellyfish touch tanks they offered(she adores jellyfish).Nothing was stated that they closed that part of the aquarium down, not online(I will post photos what was on their website, day of), even when we got there and ASKED someone at the front desk, they only said that a small part of the aquarium was closed. (It was a lot more than a small part??) Anyways I emailed a while back and got no response, one of my sisters friends called too and was sent to another number who didn’t even end up answering or calling back. My sister spent around 90$ for tickets and parking just to be disappointed and very upset. I feel like this was very unprofessional and it should atleast have been stated online what parts aren’t available because it just ended up feeling like a scam. I don’t normally do reviews and didn’t really want to make a bad one but this was just really disappointing especially when it really upset your sister in the end.
Fantastic experience: We come here every time we visit the area.
Positive experience: A few of the residents were on vacation, but it was still an enjoyable morning.
Positive experience: definitely smaller than expected but cool
Fantastic experience: A very fun aquarium showcasing the wildlife in the Great Lakes with a little extra!
Fantastic experience: This is a great place to bring the family. There are many different animals to see, as well as great views of the lift bridge and surrounding area.
Fantastic experience: This place is amazing but the price can be prohibitive. With parking it costs $100 for a family of 4...unless you have a Medicaid or Medicare card. Why can't we offer a reasonably priced opportunity for families to spend quality time with their family? With that being said, there is so much here for kids, families, and adults to enjoy. It is interactive, informative, and fun for everyone!
Fantastic experience: What a fun and informative aquarium! Reasonably priced and great for all ages. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: Lots of great exhibits and information both global and regional. Went with a second grade school group but would have spent more time reading the exhibits if I was not a chaperone. The kids had a great time too
Fantastic experience: Lovely aquarium. Lots of interactive things for the kids to to
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed this place, and so did the kids. Went with a school group, and the exhibits kept them all engaged.
Negative experience: The fish were cool, but it absolutely broke my heart to see the non-aquatic animals pacing in their enclosures. Their enclosures are also much too small for the animals. They have a crow that doesnt have a partner - they are social animals and do best in pairs. The poor bald eagle was just staring out the window. There also should not be animals in the kids play area. Children were banging on the otter enclosure. As a exotic animal veterinarian, I am appalled at the treatment of these animals. I will not be returning, as I feel this facility is not equipped for non-aquatic animals.
Fantastic experience: Total awesomeness for the whole family!!
Fantastic experience: Great Lakes aquarium, like most other aquariums in the country. Really cool fish like the sturgeon and walleye.
Fantastic experience: A nice for about an hour or 2. Stuff for the little ones to do and a few touch exhibits. Nice setup.
Fantastic experience: We’ve visited the Great Lakes Aquarium multiple times—both on our own and during school field trips—and it’s always a fun and educational experience. Our most recent visit in May 2025 was a little chaotic due to the number of schools attending and the ongoing renovations, but the kids still had a great time! While we were sad to see the touch pools closed and more than half the upstairs under construction, the kids absolutely loved the water play area, exploring the animal exhibits, and playing in the indoor playground. The sturgeon tank was a big favorite, though I’d recommend having an extra staff member stationed there during busy field trip days. The staff on the platform do their best, but it’s tough to manage large groups from that position alone. Overall, the aquarium remains a wonderful place to explore and learn. We’re looking forward to the escalator and upstairs exhibits reopening—especially the touch pool and that beautiful view of the lift bridge. It’s always been a highlight during stormy days or when ships are coming in! Highly recommend visiting.
Fantastic experience: Great Lakes Aquarium exceeded my expectations!!!! I was expected only fish that were found in the Great Lakes, however they had much more than that! They had an area where you could pet jellyfish and sturgeon. They also had an Ocean section. Along with fish, they had some semi aquatic animals (otters, ducks, turtles, snakes) and even possums and skunks. Admission was $20 and we spent about 2 hours here. They occasionally teach lessons and they had a kids area with a slide and lots of educational posters. Their gift shop was also very aesthetic and had a lot of good finds! Staff is also super friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. Overall wonderful experience! I’ll list as many animals as I could think of: sunnies, jellyfish, horseshoe crab, isopod, possum, skunk, trout, ducks, painting turtles, snapping turtle, corn snake, ball python, lion fish, eels, bald eagle, starfish, octopus, sturgeon, muskies, walleye, gar, otters, catfish, seahorse
Positive experience: Handicapped access is good. Lots of things underconstruction today with many new attractions coming. Staff very kind and helpful.
Fantastic experience: A great place for kids, with a huge park near by. Great chance to see marine life and learn about Lake Superior. Also you get to touch sturgeons!
Fantastic experience: Appreciated learning about water. Loved seeing fish I would never see in the wild from the Great Lakes, Amazon, and coral reefs. And a snapping turtle that has grown to 61# without predators. Excellent hands on resources for kids. A bit pricey entrance and parking fee but worth the admission cost if you’re into learning.
Positive experience: Nice place to go on a date or as a family trip! Parking can be paid online via QR code, and you don't have to buy tickets beforehand either ($20). Tickets are for the whole day and you can leave/enter the building as much as you want. I've been to a few aquariums already, but this one had a lot of cool creatures I'd never seen before! There are a good number of interactive activities for children, as well as a touching pad for sturgeon. You can also get a pretty good view of the aerial lift bridge!
Fantastic experience: Kids loved petting the sturgeon and jellyfish, our Husky really enjoyed checking out all the animals she never knew existed as well
Fantastic experience: Loved it, very fun well kept aquarium. A few school groups were there, so it was busy, but we still were able to see all the exhibits. There were beautiful paintings for sale, and the top floor had an opossum, a squirrel, a chipmunk, and a crow for some reason, but that only added to the experience We learned so much ❤️
Fantastic experience: I've had to drive over 2 hours to the aquarium in Minneapolis at the mall of America, and I can honestly say aside from them having sharks...they don't even come close to how amazing this aquarium. It's personalized and intimate. You can take your time and there is soo much to see even animals that are not fish. I always like with my kids and say you wanna go pet some dinosaurs? They have an area where if your patient you can pet a sturgeon. They have absolutely gorgeous views of lake superior and the lift bridge, they have a life size statue of a moose so you can see how tall they are compared to you. My fiance is 6'1" and this moose could easily trample him like a mouse if it was real. My all time favorite though would have to be their eagle. I'm obsessed every time I see it. At first I was sad but then realized that the eagle had been injured which is why it's in the aquariums care because it can no longer fly. Another thing that the Great Lakes Aquarium has is an absolute dream of a gift shop! When i tell you they really put a lot of thought into their gift shop and the prices. They have something for everyone here and especially gift ideas as well as Minnesota merchandise. Even if you don't have a lot to spend and just want a memento they have little things there like charms or post cards that are decently priced for anyone to be able to afford.
Fantastic experience: Love the Duluth Aquarium. Clean. Really informative. Nice displays
Positive experience: We heard so many amazing things with this aquarium and unfortunately were a bit disappointed. Maybe our kids are just too active but they were only interested in the little play areas and could have cared less about most of the animals. We fortunately knew someone who had a relative work there and got us tickets and we also decided to walk a couple of miles from our hotel to avoid paying for parking... I know the fees are for a good cause so we did donate but if we would have paid $80 for us I would have been really disappointed. We only stayed a couple of hours before our kids were bored.
Fantastic experience: Had a great time this weekend celebrating the otters birthday. They always seem to have something fun going on whenever we go.
Fantastic experience: An amazing place for the kids. It is a great learning experience for them and a treat for us all
Fantastic experience: So much to do and see. Fun for adults and kids and within waking distance from the hotels in Canal Park.
Fantastic experience: We enjoyed learning about the animals native to the area. It was our first time touching a sturgeon at the interactive display. The aquarium was very child friendly with plenty of interactive displays.
Positive experience: Very pleased with the experience - they had a beautiful salt water exhibit this time. The octopus was magnificent. We were there for one of the fish feedings, and the presenter was exceptional. So much detail to supplement the hands-on demonstration. The gift shop was nice, too - even for browsing. There were many interactive exhibits to enhance one's experience as well.
Positive experience: A lot of the displays didn't have visible animals, or they were closed. Lots of hands-on stuff for the kids to do. Would definitely visit again. Easy to get through in 2 hours or less.
Negative experience: My visit here was overall just boring. None of the animals were out and it wasn’t even really an aquarium. If you think aquarium it was nothing close to it. There was a bunch of leaky pipes dripping everywhere resulting in restricting areas. Myself and my two children came out here and drove an extra two and are extremely disappointed. A conclusion to this review is Do NOT come here. It’s also extremely sketchy.
Fantastic experience: Great place to visit, was our first time and had a great time, the staff was awesome, there also a new exhibit opening this summer so we'll definitely be back to check that out. Thank you Great Lakes Aquarium for a great time...
Positive experience: My wife and I took our twin 13 year olds and had a good time. The otters are highly entertaining, the sturgeon touch pool is a must! We all had a good time and got to touch a couple sturgeon. We hung around on the second floor until about 5 when they fed the trout. This was a bunch of fun and the kids enjoyed being able to throw in food for the trout. The staff was friendly and got all kids involved. If you haven’t been here before it is definitely worth the trip. They do have a new exhibit opening this summer which will add to the experience.
Fantastic experience: Kid’s really loved seeing the animals and the hands-on activities they have available.
Negative experience: For 2 adults and 2 kids under 3, it costs $50 with parking for an hour's worth of entertainment. In some displays the animals weren't even on display such the otters, octopus, and other animals. A lot of the aquariums in the cities are around $30 for a lot more displays and experience
Fantastic experience: Spent over 3 hours at the aquarium with my toddler and had such a great time! I really love that they have a water play area and a little playground area. Staff was super friendly, too!
Fantastic experience: We always enjoy the aquarium. I feel like every time we go we see something new! Can’t wait for the new exhibit to be finished.
Positive experience: As adults this aquarium was very underwhelming compared to others we’ve been to. However, if you have children this would be a great spot as there is tons to occupy kids and keep them entertained for a long time.
Fantastic experience: Great small aquarium with lots to see. It has many educational exhibits and is great for all ages.
Fantastic experience: (July2024 trip review) Might have to walk around a few times to see all the animals (had to go around the aquarium 4 times in order to finally get to see the octopus was new on exhibit I get it shy☺️, skunk on leashes went for a walk or they were coming back from an educational program) It cost so much, ugh . Yes it is expensive, but if you get a aquarium membership and use it enough, that it worth getting, then it’s not so bad, I’m more of a fan of the zoo (I have zoo membership) so I get like half off admission (last time I went last summer it was still an option) the money I save on admission; I end up spending in gift shop anyway, usually above my budget what I say I was going to spend; but they have such cute amazing stuff and gift shop is well organized, and staff has always been friendly.
Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly spectacularly surprised that the Great Lakes Aquarium was amazing! The salt water aquariums were especially amazing. Octopus, Star fish, seahorses, coral and sea anemone etc. They have all the bases covered!
Positive experience: Was a fun experience, but we felt it was a bit expensive considering the amount of exhibits you get to see.
Fantastic experience: We brought my 17 month old on a weekday afternoon. We were not sure the exhibits would be interactive enough to keep our very busy toddler engaged. But we were very impressed with the mix of things to see and hands on activities for her to explore. We loved the sturgeon touch pool! Another major perk- if you are a teacher, you get free admission!
Fantastic experience: Went with my client. Place is always amazing and magical, but special shout out to the gentleman working the sturgeon tank with glasses & blonde hair! He talked to my client so beautifully and it's rare to see people so inclusive. I appreciated him so much.
Positive experience: Definitely more for kids, and not really much of an aquarium... more museum like
Fantastic experience: Definitely worth coming here, lots of cool stuff on display & staff are very knowledgeable. Second floor has big windows for a great view of the lake & lift bridge. They do have a balcony but it was closed due to construction.
Fantastic experience: Cute aquarium. The octopus and crow were my favorite parts. A little sad we didn't get to see the otters though. Not a bad price to get in really. The gift shop had a lot of really cold souvenirs even if the prices are a little much.
Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time as a family! Lots of kid friendly activities, for example, when we went in October, the kids could hunt for pumpkins in the exhibits, keeping their eyes open. Then, for adults, the detailed descriptions were designed to be both beautiful and educational.
Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved visiting the aquarium. Having the touch friendly exhibits really makes up for the lack of creatures in this aquarium. Our favorite exhibit were the otters as we were able to sit up close to watch them. I really do hope that they have more area to run play and swim, as what we saw wasn't very big at all. The otters at the zoo seem to have much more space than what we saw at the aquarium. It was really cool to see the water system that makes up the great lakes and how the boats move between the lakes. Unfortunately the water system was shut down when we visited so we didn't really get the full experience, but we could still enjoy playing in the water. That was definitely a close tie with first place with the otters.
Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! I love that they ask if you’re a college student to get a discount. Plenty of things to look at, they have an awesome selection of animals. Their gift shop is reasonably priced with a fair selection.
Positive experience: This place is pretty cool, but it seems to be better with families that have children.
Fantastic experience: Nice little aquarium for kids. You don't need a stroller, but pack extra clothes for the water fun table. Plan on spending 2 hours, 3 if the kids play in the water. They do live feedings in the main tank with two staff scuba divers, who also play rock/paper/scissors with the kids. 10/10 time! Buy tickets in advance, makes it easy, and parking is paid at the lot. Get there 15 minutes early to get a decent spot. Aquarium is under construction on the second floor, looks like they're adding sharks soon.
Fantastic experience: Fun for all ages. My 16 year old to 6 year old played in the Great Lakes water table. Was great to pet a sturgeon and the exhibits were nice. It was not busy and the place had nature talks set up through too. Only need 2 hours to view whole thing. We walked from our hotel, but they did have a pay lot for parking.
Fantastic experience: By far one of my favorite aquariums! Every time we come to Duluth I make an effort to give this place a stop. It’s not as big as some other ones, but it’s very enjoyable nonetheless! There is native fish exhibits and tropical ones too! My favorite part is always the touch pool!
Negative experience: Definitely not for adults. There wasn’t enough to look at, especially for the cost. Please use the money to add more tanks.
Positive experience: If you are looking for a rain day or out of the hot sun day with your family…. This is a great option. Lots of little activities like touching the aquatic life, interactive displays, a little play ground area, and more. Variety of fish, birds, and even a skunk. Wasn’t very busy which was nice considering everywhere else in Duluth is full of people. Staff were friendly and had good suggestions. Also a nice view of the lift bridge! Only complaint was the parking situation was rather confusing. Sign in front of the main drive said “closed for construction” and so we parked in the playground lot behind the aquarium lot. Paid $15 … come to find out people drove around the “closed” sign and parked in the aquarium lot.
Fantastic experience: Nice little aquarium displays with other land/air animals. Nothing overwhelming and huge. Ideal for a family that wants a nice little air controlled indoor animal day.
Positive experience: Really fun place to check out, the otters and sturgeon touch tank are great. Some coworkers and I spent about 2-3 hours here and had a lot of fun. Good for kids and aquatic organism enthusiasts alike. Only thing I was bummed about was I really wanted to get a cool GLA shirt from the gift shop, but all they had for the few styles I was interested in were in Large/XL. Not a huge problem, but would have enhanced the experience to get a shirt.
Positive experience: $10 to Park and then $20 to get in. I’d rather have free parking and pay $30. It’s the principle of the matter. Instead, I parked in Play Front Park, across from their parking lot. Kids will like it, there are some fish that you can touch. And it’s very educational. A photographers delight. And they have a huge walleye.
Positive experience: Idk. The Great Lakes Aquarium is cross between a children’s and science museum and zoo. A lot of kids were running around unsupervised by worn out parents on this rainy Saturday in Duluth. The aquarium was hosting a wedding so the long line of cars trying to park in their lot were told to turnaround and park in the Convention center parking lot for $10. Jam and Jelly, the skunks, were not on display. The otters were fun. And so was the electric eel. The place looks a little rundown. The didactic displays were so dense with words. I really question the wisdom of doing such tactics when your audience is so young
Fantastic experience: So much to look at it's crazy ! From all the types of fish too the animals and birds it is a must see spot in Duluth! You can literally pet starfish & sturgeon! So cool , it also has a great view of the lift bridge! Only negative was it was kinda hot inside .. I mean it was 90 plus outside but I was sweating a bit
Positive experience: It's pretty expensive for what you get. Parking in the lot is $10 for 5 hours (least amount you can purchase), then $20 for entry (adult). I stopped and read everything as I walked through and spent just over an hour here, including the 15 minutes otter "show". They do have a few play areas for kids, so this will take up more of your time if you bring kids along.
Positive experience: Very fun trip. I saw some very cool fish I hadn't seen before, and it was very interactive and interesting. I recommend trying it.
Positive experience: Nice way to spend a little time while in Duluth. Staff was very friendly & catered to younger kids.
Positive experience: My 2 year old absolutely loved the aquarium especially the water play area. We went on a Monday morning which was perfect not to packed.
Fantastic experience: One of Duluth's greatest attractions. We went on a Sunday as we were bored and craving something fun to do. The fee was not bad. You understood that the place has expenses to cover. This place rocked! We spent over three hours looking at everything in great detail. The fish were amazingly beautiful and well presented. I even got to touch a jellyfish!!! If you haven't seen the Great Lakes Aquarium, then it's a must !!! You won't be disappointed. They have many different fish species from here and abroad. Everything is nicely kept and very clean. Thanks, Great Lakes Aquarium, for a wonderful day!!! We can't wait to make the trip back up there one day.
Positive experience: It's okay. Took us about an hour to do the entire thing. $10 for parking and $20 per person entry fee is a bit much. It's a room full of fish tanks.
Positive experience: Covers a wide variety of animals and fish. The animals are lively and the cutest to watch run around. Most of the aquariums I have visited has a direct path but this one...you get to conveniently roam. Clean facility and nice staff. Very cool treehouse setup. Strange but be prepared to pay for parking. $10 for 5 hours.
Fantastic experience: Always worth a visit and the admission price ($20 for adults - but you’re granted all-day access). They have a wide range of animals for an aquarium of their size and location. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with
Fantastic experience: The Great Lakes Aquarium is a fantastic spot for families or just if you want to get out and do something! There are quite a few different exhibits to view. You can see everything from fish to various bird to even alligators. After walking through you can swing through their gift shop as well where they sell a variety of snacks, souvenirs and toys. It’s not a huge facility but if you take your time you can be there around 2 hours or so.
Positive experience: My kids had fun. My daughter loved getting to touch a jellyfish. And they loved the water tables and the tree house. Was a great family stop. Is on the small side for aquariums so we had plenty of time to go through and the kids play with everything in 2 hours.
Fantastic experience: This place is super nice they had the Octopus area closed for remodel other than that its a great place for family highly recommend, this place took us about 2 hrs to explore amd we took out sweet time having fun with the kids
Fantastic experience: The Great Lakes aquarium is undergoing renovation and some areas are closed as they are remodeling. The otters are always fun to watch as they play in their enclosure. Young children will enjoy the water play area and have a terrific time splashing around.
Fantastic experience: Pretty nice and clean place. There is a nice playground at the end of the parking lot. I thought it was a little bit expensive for what you get. Our family of 7 would have cost us $120 so they sold us a year family membership for $105 instead.
Positive experience: It was alright, but for the price not really sure if it was worth it between ticket cost and paying for parking. The highlight hands down is the touch tank of jellyfish. Although be aware the touch tank areas are only open intermittently.
Fantastic experience: The aquarium isn't huge but the exhibits are very nice. Nice variety of animals being showcased with plenty of information for education
Fantastic experience: We brought 6 kids ages 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, and 10. They all loved the experience. They played with the boats in the water table of the Great lakes. They loved "petting" the Jelly Fish. There were things that kept them entertained and engrossed all the way through.
Fantastic experience: I’m DJ N8X with @CompleteWeddingsAndEvents Minnesota. Had a blast DJ-ing a wedding at the aquarium back in January. Not only is this a fun place to visit animals, but also to hold Events! The Staff is extremely helpful with anything needed as a vendor.
Fantastic experience: Great Aquarium exceeded expectations! Lots of information lots of sea life and animals of all kinds. You can see otters, touch sturgeon, jellyfish and starfish. Loved the sturgeon and did not know they liked touch so much. The kids area is great minus being a little slippery. You won't be disappointed with lack of things to do and see. The electric eel to me was amazing and a must see. The otters were not out when we were there however you could smell them Would definitely go back even if it was just for the view of the water and lift bridge. Would go back definitely and almost did the following day but we were out of time on our vacation. The only con was the parking. To park you had to pay 10.00 Everytime you leave and enter. You had to pay using a QR code or a machine at the front. Even to just stop by the gift shop it would be 10.00 once you leave the parking lot. All in all a great place!
Fantastic experience: We had a great time. The view of Lake Superior is amazing! They had a variety of exhibits and the touch ponds were so neat. Also loved the kids area with the different water features for them to play with.
Fantastic experience: Got to touch moon jellyfish!!!! There was also a starfish touch pool and a sturgeon touch pool, but the sturgeon were not very interested in being touched. There was an amazing two story tank that you were able to look down though the tank or up into the top that makes you feel like your underwater. The parking lot is a paid parking lot $10 for 5 hour. $20 per person to go into the aquarium.
Positive experience: Where else can you pet a sturgeon named Dimitri and another named Rasputin?! Enjoyed this local aquarium and learned more about the Great Lakes.
Fantastic experience: My kids and I visited on a Saturday afternoon in March. We spent about 2.5 hours and saw and did everything in that amount of time. It was a little on the expensive side, but maintaining habitats for all those aquatic creatures is expensive. The electric eel they have is VERY impressive. Also have a huge frog and lots of Great Lakes fish. The Lake Bikal section was also quite cool.
Positive experience: Small aquarium with lake Superior exhibits. A few exhibits allow interactive touching of the fish. But it is quiet small and uneventful for the overpriced ticket price. For free parking, park at the playground next door. Wouldn't go again.
Fantastic experience: We love taking our little one to the aquarium! It's a great indoor activity to get out of the house in winter and it's educational! If you plan to visit 2-3 times a year then a membership might be worth it for you.
Fantastic experience: I love this place. It's small enough to get a nice walk in and see all the wonderful animals. Great for kids as they have a lot of touch activities!
Fantastic experience: We always have a great time visiting the aquarium and have been probably a dozen times. Lovely, interesting exhibits, many interactive. Informative talks, and beautiful views of the harbor, lake and city.
Fantastic experience: Great place and superb location. Loved the many floors. Great kid areas as well. Wonderful gifts hope with decent prices. Everyone was friendly and informative.
Fantastic experience: We had fun on their discount Wednesday day ($6/adult). Really interactive for kids. Nice aquariums and space was good too walk around in
Fantastic experience: Very cute and educational aquarium. Took 2 adults 45 minutes to see it all. Went during the winter, unsure if they had outdoor exhibits. Pros: lots of hands-on experiences, i.e., petting shark, jellyfish, splash area for kids. Lots of educational fun pieces about the great lakes for adults. Lots of same level parking, nice gift shop. Cons: no food or beverage allowed inside. The parking machine was misleading over heard many grumpy people that parking was 10 dollars, regardless of time you were there.
