Fantastic experience: This aquarium is absolutely incredible!! If you go after dark, you get a discount, and even more so if you're a local in the surrounding counties! The staff are super helpful and friendly. And there's so many cool fish to see! I enjoyed my experience and can't recommend this place enough. You could go by yourself or your family! <3

Positive experience: Was fun for family. Would necessarily recommend if going alone. Lots of interactive kids stations. Little pricey unless, taking advantage of the Fiver'R deal.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great time visiting this aquarium! It was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of sea life to explore. The exhibits were not only beautiful but also very educational. I especially loved the interactive areas where you could get up close with some of the animals. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s a perfect place for families, couples, or anyone who enjoys marine life. I would definitely recommend this aquarium and can’t wait to go back!

Positive experience: We initially were underwhelmed by the first little room you reach BEFORE the Submarine Adventure, but the Submarine Adventure completely changed our view. That little 4D adventure was cool and the rest of the aquarium that followed was pretty cool. We really enjoyed the place!

Positive experience: The experience was very neat and our children loved it. However, it was a pricey excursion for our family and only took about 30 minutes to walk through. For that price we were expecting it to take a bit longer to go through.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly family-friendly immersive experience! We loved the jellyfish climbing maze and the mirror room! My daughter had a blast locating all the hidden Aquarius octopi! I personally loved learning about the sea turtle, Ms. Archie! Wonderful staff, loved petting some of the stingrays, sharks, urchins and starfish, too! Definitely worth the visit!

Negative experience: $90 for 2 adults and a child for a 30 minute walk through. This place was pretty small and anti-climactic. Only redeeming factor was the rescue sea turtle. Very meh. We won’t come back next time we’re here.

Fantastic experience: Me and my 4 year old had a great time here. The coolest Aquarium I have ever been to. Highly recommend the 5 pass for a great deal on the other attractions near by. Lots of fun!!

Positive experience: It was super fun for my son. It was dirty though...the place needs a thorough scrub! The price is a bit high for what it is compared to other aquariums, but it's a tourist attraction. 1 theater was broken when we where there so the entry line was very long. Overall with a bit of sprucing up/cleaning it could be perfect.

Fantastic experience: We had a blast we’ve been to several aquariums but we loved how involved this one was for the kids. My son is big into pic searches and word searches right now so the octopus scavenger hunt was right up his alley.

Fantastic experience: Normal fish tanks were very good. Not the best I’ve seen, but I’ve been to a few. Touch tanks were top notch. Cold tank with star fish and anemone was a first for me. We all enjoyed coloring our fish (on a coloring sheet) and sending it into their digital fish tanks. Lastly, the jellyfish room was cool giving a house of mirrors feel.

Fantastic experience: Wow! This was one of the best aquariums I've been to in a long time plus the fact that it's open late is an awesome activity to end the day with. The staff were very friendly, that play area was fun, and you get to touch many different sea creatures. I definitely recommend going.

Negative experience: Nice facility. Have some cool displays. No big sharks, maybe medium-sized. Not worth the money. Only took 35 minutes to go through it and 15 minutes of it was a 5D ride.

Fantastic experience: My in-laws and wife visited here while in Branson. Tickets are on the pricey side, but we had a great time. Lots of aquatic animals and educational information about them. Would also be a great place to take kids.

Fantastic experience: This aquarium was SO fun! I went to an after dark time and let me tell you, it was amazing. Arica was very friendly and informative when walking through touch pool rules! Jeremy was knowledgeable and an overall pleasant person to converse with. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often! I definitely recommend this aquarium! :)

Fantastic experience: Very clean and bright. Nicely designed with some very neat rooms. Scavenger hunt was a nice free addition. Great gift shop. Was somewhat small for price, but I find that pretty standard.

Positive experience: The aquarium itself was very clean and had nice, consistent theming. Some of the tanks seemed a bit small, and the admission fee was a bit high for the size of the exhibits. We encountered one fish that had sadly passed away in the tank. Upon entering the aquarium, they make you get on a virtual reality type of ride. When we entered the line, the employees seemed a bit stressed and frazzled, but we eventually got on and off, and entered the rest of the aquarium. They do let you pet the stingrays and sea anemones, they seemed chill. A little bit of a money grab, but not the worst tourist trap here.

Positive experience: We liked the jellyfish section, it’s something you don’t find in any other place. My kids enjoyed the little scavenger hunt. This aquarium is bit small and good for an hour or two. Overall we liked the experience.

Positive experience: Do you like strollers and feeling like cattle? You'll love this place. The aquarium is okay, and the lady who took our picture is really nice. Initially, I gave this one star and was a little snarky. In retrospect, it was fine. I just finished my experience being hot and grumpy. It is a bit expensive, though.

Positive experience: The best part of the aquarium was definitely the jellyfish mirror exhibit — neon lights, mirrors, and jellyfish combined for a totally mind-altering experience! But honestly, the price was steep for what you get. We were in and out in under 50 minutes. Not quite worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: We visited this aquarium first then the “us best” aquarium in springfield, we have also visited several bass pro museums in other states. I would say that this aquarium has a better fish collection, joyful experience. I really enjoyed the peaceful, quiet, and private vibe here. The “best” aquarium is mostly for fishing fans and shows a lot of fish market fish, and super crowded and noisy. BTW i am an adult but i love the 7d theater so much. This aquarium does not have the best fish collection but I had my best aquarium experience here. This aquarium cares about their fish so much, they asked you to clean your hands and touch the fish gently. The staff at the “best”aquarium allows anyone to put their dirty hands into the water and touch the fish whatever they want and all the fish to be played with crowded in a small tank

Fantastic experience: Loved this place, did not want to go, family had to drag me along, and I'll admit it was so much more fun than I ever thought. The design of the aquarium is amazing, allows for a really interactive experience. Being able to walk through the aquarium was a sight. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Well themed and in great condition. Staff was friendly. Has some unique features we haven’t seen in other aquariums like a moon jelly mirror room and a large climbing feature for kids. Fish were easy to see. They have discounts for coming later in the day or combining with the wax museum that made the price reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful and unique experience with enough interactive pieces to keep even toddlers moving along. The little ride to start your trip is also such a nice touch. Friendly sharks and stingrays and they had a beautiful sea turtle in one exhibit. You can tell the people who made and designed this place genuinely love art, fish, and truly have made an experience we will talk about forever. Especially the jelly fish!@

Fantastic experience: I've been to many aquariums. This so far is the best one. It's clean and interesting. I really enjoyed it.

Negative experience: This place is a SCAM. I don’t usually write reviews but had to for this. Paid $80 something dollars for two adults for a 15 minute walk through to see barely any fish. The most they should charge is $15-20 per adult. The jellyfish room was the only cool experience about the whole thing. Definitely don’t go if it’s just adults. Even if you bring kids, they shouldn’t be charging $40/ticket for adults. Feel so scammed and disappointed!!! Went there at the end of the day after an anniversary dinner. I expected way longer of a walk through with things to see, but there was barely anything there and then you reach the gift shop. Wish I had read the low reviews before going. I went to see the “Haygoods” concert for about this much money and this doesn’t even compare to what you get at the concert!!! Want a refund.

Fantastic experience: I thought it was geared more to children which is perfectly fine and it was really cool and had a lot of fun activities to do! The ride was quick and short but fun. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience: This was our 2nd visit to this aquarium and it was just as fun as the first. Super clean and well laid out! This took my husband and I about 2 hours to walk through with our 12 year old son. Keep in mind we read a lot of the info on the sea animals as it was an educational trip for end of the homeschool year. Staff were friendly and were available for questions along the way.

Fantastic experience: BUY THE ALL ACCESS PASS! WELL WORTH THE MONEY! The pass included 5 attractions and did not disappoint! The aquarium and wax museum were our favorites! We selected the “after dark” ticket to the aquarium to save $10 a person. This gave us 1 hour and 15 minutes to walk through. We regretted not having more time! We ended up staying until they closed! This is a highly interactive attraction! We had 3 adults and 7 children, ages 6 to 13 years old in our group and we all had the best time! We could’ve easily spent a couple of hours walking through! The staff were AMAZING and did not make us feel rushed at all! They were very patient in teaching our children at the touch pool and completed an educational experience, mixed in with so much fun!

Fantastic experience: My experience here was memorable. The staff was attentive and offered all sorts of facts and let us touch anemones as well as various types of starfish. Their starfish room was my second favorite. Following watching the fish feed on their beautiful sea turtle. Every room was a new adventure and it was interactive.

Fantastic experience: Great experience for the whole family. We have 2 under 2 and the staff were so amazing showing my toddler how to safely pet the star fish, and the stingrays are also super friendly. Will definitely be back next time were in town.

Fantastic experience: Went with the family. The jellyfish exhibit was super cool. At the end, the sting rays and tide pool was the best part. Paul hung out with us and taught us a lot about the sea anemone and starfish. He was amazing and took time to give us a great experience.

Fantastic experience: My family and i went to the Aquarium in Branson and it was one of the best we have been to! The exhibits were well placed, easy to see and interactive with tunnels for the kids to go into and be a part of the exhibit. The animals all looked healthy, happy and were moving as they should. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A little over priced but that is to be expected. Overall a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this attraction

Fantastic experience: It was better than we had hoped. Took 2 granddaughters 3 and 10. Both loved it and so did we. Exhibits were well taken care of and very unique. Took us about 1 1/2 hours including gift shop. Would recommend. A little expensive but worth it!! Staff were super friendly with us and the kids!!

Positive experience: It was fun, they had a lot to see and the themes were great. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It would be 5 starts, but it seemed short lived for $35 per person.

Fantastic experience: PAUL WAS SO AMAZING!! he was so kind to explain all of weird questions, I got to see EVERYTHING in the anemone/starfish tank!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had thank you!! I also cannot forget Chris in the gift shop she was a delight, so sweet! THANK YOU AQUARIUM AT THE BOARD WALK!

Fantastic experience: 3yrs ago, Aquarium at the Boardwalk pulled up on my Facebook and left me in awed. I made it my mission to visit Branson one day and get my perfect shot of the Octopus! I finally got to visit last month and this place is so much more beautiful in person. The Octopus is massive but beautifully constructed. I thought it was amazing during the day, but it truly came alive at night. I can see why the Aquarium was rated one of the most beautiful places to visit! The drive was worth it just for this big fella.

Fantastic experience: You need to buy tickets in advance to reserve a time. But this place was fun, a bit small but as two adults we loved it. Very clean and the fish are well taken care of. Clean water and a neat way to enter the aquarium but I won't spill the beans about that!! Very interactive

Fantastic experience: Quite smaller than anticipated, in and out in 30 minutes. The ride at the beginning was cool. Lots of unique fish and well done with the theme. Mirror room and other effects were great too. We went at 7:45 pm and it practically empty. Perfect time to go!

Fantastic experience: I did not have high expectations but this aquarium surpassed all my aquarium experiences. I've been to Monterey Bay Aquarium multiple times and I'm even tempted to say that the Aquarium at the Boardwalk was much more fun and exciting. Definitely a must do in Branson!

Fantastic experience: I thought this place was really impactful and very clean. It had a few unique experiences along the way like the 7D theater experience. As an adult, I would skip out on that again, but the kids would love it. The jelly fish room was like a mirror maze. I've never seen anything quite like that in an aquarium. I do wish they had larger jellies or different kinds in each tank, but they were all the same. That room can kind of mess with your eyes, but overall very unique. The tunnel was awesome to see things swimming over you. So relaxing. I totally recommend going after 7:30 for cheaper tickets if you can wait. There was also way less foot traffic when we went at 8pm on a Saturday night. It was a relatively short experience, but certainly impactful. At the end there was a really cool place for kids to climb on glowing platforms. The gift shop was great as well. Overall, I would recommend this, but like anywhere in Branson, it's a bit overpriced on tickets. Maybe make the adult tickets cheaper everywhere and they'd spend more in the gift shop or be more willing to buy more tickets.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most richly themed aquariums I've ever been to, and I appreciate that each area has its own themeing. It's an immersive aquatic walk with beautiful sculptures and tanks. Regarding their species, they don't have anything that will mesmerize aquarium-experienced visitors. However, when I last visited, they did have an area displaying embryonic sharks, which was an awesome first for me. I think the price is on the high side, but we purchased our ticket in combo with some other attractions that lessened the blow. If you are spending a vacation in Branson and plan to do multiple activities, I recommend that group ticket so you can experience this aquarium.

Positive experience: We've been to aquariums all over, and this one is pretty good but small. The exhibits are nice and clean. We liked the 1st part, which was a short ride. I undeserved it's a tourist attraction, and it's newer, but it takes maybe an hour to do it thoroughly, and I paid over $120 for 3 adults for just the aquarium. We already had tickets, I bought them online. The guy at the counter couldn't scan them, we had to go to a different line but how it's marked looked like the far line was for people that needed tickets and the line we were in was the line for people that already had tickets. We got to the counter, and he re-routed us to the far line. The guy who was doing pictures of each group was scanning tickets, giving the rules, and doing photos of each group. The lady is working. The touch pond was a bit snippy, letting people know 2 fingers or reminding them 2 use 2 fingers. This will be a one-time visit for my family of 3. I love aquariums and zoos, we visit them everywhere we travel, and I don't mind paying higher prices for all the touristy places but this was just a bit too much for this. Maybe like $25 per ticket would be a better price point.

Fantastic experience: We read the reviews before we went. Mostly the negative ones. We wanted to know the bad things first. Everyone kept saying they did not have anything. This place was amazing. We loved it! The people were so nice and friendly. It was not crowded. We took our time and spent about an hour and 20 minuets inside. We talked to the workers and asked questions. You get to do a 5D ride as part of your journey. This was really cool. They had so many kinds of fish, an octopus, a few small sharks, a turtle, jelly fish and a touch tank. It is small. But all the animals look very well taken care of. I think as long as you know what you are paying for, the journey is more fun, maybe? We read so many reviews that said employees were rude. No one was rude to us at any of our adventures while in town. I think you get out of people what you put in. I do recommend this aquarium. We saw fish, I did not know even existed. Such a cool place.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic little aquarium. Great things for kids to do (we do not have any kids and still had a great time). The 3D experience was so fun! I would go again just for that! The exhibits were clean & well set up, as well as the flow of the whole experience. Definitely a must when you come.

Positive experience: This aquarium was set up where you walk through it in a circle and there are lots of interactive displays for the kids. It was very clean and creatively decorated. I also like the search and find game they had for the kids and they received a free gift at the end for completing it. My only complaint was that it was a little expensive for just over an hour of exploring. The aquarium is not that large.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. Like WOW! The people are so friendly. There are plenty of fish to see and things to do. The ending area is so cool. We spent so much time there alone. I'd definitely go back.

Positive experience: It was fun but definitely not worth 40 bucks an adult. It took us 30 minutes to walk through and that was us stopping and taking pictures and doing the touch pool. Sad it ended so soon and probably wouldn’t come back until either prices drop or more is added on.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful and wonderfully laid out aquarium. It's not a long walk thru, so the little ones can stay engaged. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and stunning. Lots of cute little photo areas so you can get those adorable family pictures. The staff was friendly and were eager to educate about the animals. A little pricey for the size of the aquarium but I makes up for the size in other ways

Fantastic experience: It is a small place but oh we all had fun! ( ages 4 to 70!). A lot of interactive things for the family, elevators for easy access, scavenger hunt was so fun! And yes! You can find all of the times!. And the gentleman at the manta ray and anemone areas was so fun!.

Lots to see along with every angle of the place as a great photo spot! Perfect for kids of all ages! The jelly fish room is breathtaking that’s all I can say! Fantastic experience: This was amazing. Absolutely loved this aquarium and our visit was exceptional. We both got several photo ops, and the fish were ready for their pictures (seemingly) lol. The staff in the touch area were very knowledgeable and friendly in our experience. Absolutely can recommend for all ages. Take it slow. I noticed so many people just “running” through the attraction, but there is so much to take in. You can actually learn a lot by reading the cards. The tunnel, jelly fish and touch areas were awesome. We highly recommend booking this as apart of the package at the Wax Museum. Visit all their attractions- all of them are well worth the money!

Positive experience: The staff is very eager to help here. The fish are beautiful and very interactive for a child. The have a tunnel which leads to an inner bubble the kids can stand up and be a part of the attraction! You'll have to go to see it. Yes, baby sharks are there as well. In the end, you are able to touch some of the fish and sea urchins as well. Nice gift shop. Not very big or Wow but very adequate for the littles.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time touring the aquarium. The pictures at the front are very rushed, so make sure your kids are posed how you want. We toured the place for about an hour and a half and had a blast. The pics at the end were not a bad price either, so we bought those as well.

Positive experience: We were in Branson for spring break, after having come last summer. As a family we were looking forward to going back to the big octopus place as my kids call it. We bought tickets online and on arrival we received horrible service from Jeanette. She was very rude and condescending, badgering us about how we pulled up our tickets, staying that the entrance was copywritten and we couldn't take pictures, rudely telling me I couldn't bring in a closed coffee thermos and making me take it out to the car even after I said I would keep it closed for my time in the aquarium. The final straw came when she wouldn't let us have a scavengerhunt card for my 3 yr old. She stated they were for kids 4-11 yrs old. I then told her I spent over $200 on admission and she wanted to argue with me over a piece of paper to make my 3 yr old happy? She keep referring to us as "these people" so I'm not sure what that was supposed to mean? Other than the entrance everyone else was great and very helpful and that's why I gave the visit a 3. Please encourage Jeanette to cheer up and come to work happier. This would make the whole place more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: This aquarium was awesome! It took exactly an hour for us to walk through, and it was very neat, clean, and my son was obsessed with the octopus scavenger hunt more than the actual animals. All employees were very friendly, and helpful! We enjoyed ourselves!

Fantastic experience: As has been stated the adult ticket price is the worst we've seen, coming from Minnesota, but it was my 4 year olds favorite part of our trip and he really wants to go back for all the tunnels. Plenty of photo ops yes, but some of the prettiest tanks I've ever seen. They have the tallest petal climber I've seen at the end to burn the kids energy before getting back in the car also. We forgot to turn in the booklet for the prize, so I cannot tell you what it is. We went at 4:00 on a Sunday and their was no line for buying tickets, just for getting through the first stop.

Positive experience: Lovely experience. There was a lady who let us into the theater experience who was NOT enthusiastic at all it really made what could’ve been a good experience not good at all. All other staff were great, especially Isaiah who was a friendly face to encounter! He was great when we came in and even better when we left!! He needs a raise because his friendly face definitely made me feel better about coming back. Thank you for turning my experience around Isaiah!! I do not think adults should pay such a high price because it is definitely catered to children but I would come again to make my kids happy because they had a blast.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I had a ton of fun here! There was a fun little scavenger hunt, a motion ride that was fun and tons of cool fish to see. Our favorite was getting to pet the stingrays, sharks and starfish! The staff were really knowledgeable and made it even more fun. Will be going back!

Positive experience: This was fun but not for the price. When you get there you go in through an awesome 7D movie theater which I loved. The fish was really cool but I didn’t see anything that wowed me. Also I think some of the sea horses were sadly dead. I liked that there was a small hunt to find all the camouflaged octopuses, octopi whatever lol. The picture from the beginning was a little too pricey for me and there wasn’t an option to buy it digitally like at the titanic.

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice aquarium and they take care of their animals. They make sure you wash your hands prior to touching the stingrays. They keep it clean and it was a good time. My 6-year old liked the finding the jellyfish game also!

Positive experience: I know it's a tourist destination but the price for adult admission seems a little high. Other than that our family loved the aquarium. We planned to go here on a day it was supposed to rain and we were glad we did. It was very clean, had a great theme throughout, and the staff were very friendly.

Fantastic experience: The perfect spot to go with your kids! The aquarium isn't super huge but it still has a lot to offer! Super clean, easy to explore and navigate around. If you're on the fence about going, check it out, it won't disappoint.
