🗣️ Layton Aquarium & Wildlife: Reviews
Fantastic experience: This was a super fun experience. We had individuals from ages 6-62 and everyone had a really great time. The staff was awesome with the kids and the interactive components were delightful. We swam with the sting rays and really enjoyed it. We also got to feed and interact with some of the animals. I would 100% go back.
Negative experience: The staff was amazing and very friendly & care. But this whole place needs to be updated. All the plexiglass needs to be changed. And numerous tanks and exhibits need to be updated and refreshed. Most of the animals are in too small of spaces & need much better habitats. The place is very outdated & gloomy. You can't do anything... we couldn't go in and see any of the exhibits or the birds to go inside. The 2 large sharks in the tank on the exit is cruel. They have nowhere to go need a bigger space or they need to move them to a different aquarium. Very disappointed and won't be back until we hear this place has been redone and refreshed.
Negative experience: I'm happy for aquariums to just have fish. That's completely fine with me. You can even have bugs in there too. What we don’t need is mammals, birds, or large reptiles squeezed into a mall space. Trying to include them here does more harm than good. There's just not enough space, and it doesn’t feel ethical or well thought out. One of the biggest concerns was the feeding setup. Every ticket bundle includes animal food, and it’s clearly central to their business model. But letting visitors feed animals constantly causes stress and chaos. The koi pond is a clear example. It’s overcrowded, and the fish have been conditioned to swarm toward people. They're fighting for position, clearly overfed, and some appear injured. Koi are supposed to be peaceful, but here they seem desperate. It’s eye-catching at first, but the longer you watch, the more uncomfortable it becomes. These fish need to be rehomed, possibly to a larger aquarium like the Living Planet Aquarium in Salt Lake City. The numbers need to strictly reduced and kept lower. The same applies to stingrays and other species. Feeding should be limited, supervised, and purposeful. Aquariums should feel calming and educational. This one felt overstimulating and commercial. The bug enclosures were also troubling. Tarantulas were displayed in tiny boxes, far smaller than even the minimum pet care standard of a 5–10 gallon tank. Even if you don’t like spiders, they still deserve proper treatment. These setups felt rushed and cheap. Tank size was another major issue. Only about half looked adequately sized or peaceful. Some appeared dirty, and in a few cases, I couldn’t tell if the water was supposed to be murky or if it was just poorly maintained. For example, the stingray tank had green water, it's possible that this was intentional, but with no signage or habitat explanation, it felt like guesswork. In contrast, the Salt Lake City aquarium clearly labels habitat types, making it easy to understand what's natural and what isn't. Overall, the experience left me feeling sad and uneasy — and guilty for paying to support it. I love aquariums. I go to relax and appreciate the beauty of aquatic life. Instead, I left stressed, much like the animals appeared to be. The mammals and birds shouldn’t be there at all. The pigs looked miserable and the reptiles didn’t have enough room to stretch or move. I even saw a fish that looked close to dying, but there were no signs telling visitors what to do, and I couldn’t find any nearby staff. The few I saw seemed quite young, and likely untrained for animal care situations. That said, I don’t think the staff are careless. One man mentioned they were delaying bringing in a new reptile until the tank conditions were right, which shows some responsibility. But even that tank looked small. It feels like they’ve grown used to low standards. The “wow” factor is clearly prioritized over animal welfare. It doesn't seem malicious on the staff or owners, it just feels like they're pushing the boundaries in such a small space. Everyone is just doing there job without real responsibility. There was a sign about the sharks being rehomed, which is good, but it didn’t explain why. More transparency would help build trust. Were the tanks too small? Were they only meant to be temporary? Visitors deserve to know. I understand that many families enjoy this place — especially those with young children — and that regulations may differ between the U.S. and the U.K., where I’m from. But I think people deserve a higher standard, even in small aquariums. With a focus on fish and bugs, better care, and a peaceful atmosphere, this place could be truly special. Fish care is comparatively manageable, and a calm, well-designed space could attract return visitors. No one expects a full zoo in a shopping mall. They might even benefit from a tiered annual pass instead of pushing feeding so hard. As it is now, I wouldn’t go back or recommend it. It made me feel worse, not better, and that’s the exact opposite of what an aquarium should do.
Negative experience: My babysitter drove almost an hour to take my kids to sea quest. The lady at the front was insufferable and wouldn’t let the sweet girl in. She claimed it was because she was too young to come in, yet the tickets were already purchased and nowhere on the website did it say that 16 year olds could not enter. Because of her, money was wasted and children were disappointed. Would not recommended because of the rude and inconsiderate staff:
Fantastic experience: We came here from Oklahoma and had a great experience. Q was very kind to us and helped us have a great experience at the aquarium. Thank you!!
Negative experience: My experience here today was so bad I’d like to call the mall management about it as well. I preferred the experience here with the previous owners much more however, I’m not gonna give them a bad rating because of the changes they’ve implemented. I understand there are reasons for those changes and although the parakeets were my favorite part, I understand that the new owners don’t allow interactions with them. I will, however, give a bad rating for the lies or misleading sales pitches. I think they owe us a refund of our annual passes, even though we got them on sale. We had come here for years and when we came back earlier this year, they couldn’t find our annual membership we subsequently bought new ones. Again, I’m fine with that. I understand that the previous owners give out a lot of free memberships to teachers, and the new owners are much stricter about that however, our first visit under the new owner ownership was very pleasant while we had to get new passes. They told us they would honor any of the guest passes we had left over as well as any feeding tokens through June They even gave us four new guest passes, which I gave to a friend and suggested they come because of the wonderful experience we had. We came back today with my parents (The grandparents) My siblings and some nieces and nephews. My daughter and I have a pass as as my sister and my nephews and my brother. I went ahead and paid for my wife’s pass and asked if the grandparents could use the guest pass and certificate of achievement passes we had. They told us no they no longer accept the guest pass, even though they had already told me they would. They then told me they would accept the certificate of achievement pass, but in our situation, they wouldn’t because it has to be redeemed by an adult and a child and my child who is seven didn’t need to redeem it since she has an annual pass. So we then asked if our nephew who brought his certificate of achievement pass could redeem it with grandpa and they told us no because he’s 15. I find that to be a little absurd because the school gave him the pass as an award so why are they saying it’s not valid because he’s too old? But also that argument doesn’t make any sense because my daughter is seven and they wouldn’t accept it for her either. Mind you they both had their own separate certificate of achievement passes. My brother has one of their newer passes, asked if he could use his free membership guest pass for one of the grandparents. They told him no because he should have said that when he checked in, but he wasn’t planning on needing to use it because we had all of our guest passes. The sign in front of us clearly stated that the annual membership allows unlimited visits for 365 days so even on a technicality, they should be able to let him have his guest pass. He can come in as many times as he wants. But also These people didn’t come in after us. Our whole family was standing there at the register talking through this, they should’ve just let grandma come in. After my sister argued with them and finally got a manager to speak with her, they let her son in with his pass however, they did not let the adults in with the other passes we have. In total, we had three older passes that should have admitted five people and one newer pass. Of the six people we should have been able to admit they only honored one. We ended up paying for three other people, but I doubt we’ll ever come back. Which is a shame because we’ve loved this place for years and we just bought 5 annual passes earlier this year. On a sidenote, I did have a problem with the cashier lady. My assumption is she just wasn’t trained well she kept asking me to stand aside while my wife filled out forms so that she could help other people however, I was trying to buy food. I also tried to book Animal experiences with my daughter who was already checked in and she just kept telling us to step aside, so I got back in line and waited till the one person behind us checked in and then asked her if I could book my animal experience.
Fantastic experience: April was our guide today to visit the porcupine, sloth and much more! She was a great guide and very knowledgeable. Q was also great he helped my boys hold Peter the tarantula and the entire staff was great! Thanks for making it a great memorable day.
Negative experience: Just sad. This used to be a fun place to visit. I didn't buy tickets today because the smell in the lobby/gift area was so disgusting I couldn't imagine how much worse it would be in the back. Poor animals, let them free!
Positive experience: Fun experience for sure! Helpful friendly staff. The sloth was so dang cute and they have lots of cool lizards. Never seen a legless one before today!
Negative experience: I had 2 admit one tickets from seaquest that I walked into new location and asked if they were going to honor them. I was told yes until June 30th. All I had to do was purchase $10 food. I went today with my 2 kids and the girl at the door told me no they were not going to honor them, even after I told her what I was told. They need to get on the same page! Update: They gave me replacement tickets and we were able to go visit. We had seaquest tokens and they took those (until june 30th) and even got an animal encounter. They really made up for the mishap. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: My son visited for a field trip he loved it there he had lots of fun! Rachel one of the employees there seems really good at her job working at the aquarium
Negative experience: The staff were very friendly but the conditions of this place are deplorable and need to be shut down. It was beyond depressing and distressing to see the conditions and spirits (or lack there of) of the animals. These poor things need to be sent to sanctuaries to have a chance to live out the rest of their lives happy and cared for. I swore the porcupine was pleading for help in its eyes. It broke my heart and I feel beyond guilty for give even a penny to this place. I do not expect enclosures to be spotless as I do understand they are animals, but they didn’t not seem well kept or properly sized. There is one tank where the poor sharks can’t even turn around. The owners need to bite the bullet on whatever money was poured into and take the moral ground. I will NEVER go back to this place and make sure that everybody I know, knows not to as well. I would rather die than be one of these poor animals.
Fantastic experience: Me and my friend went to Sea quest today (June 3rd 2025) and April was super friendly and let us know about some of the interactions we could do. Aloriannah let us pet a ball python named mushroom and was super sweet and helpful. And Q was super friendly, informed us on the animal and the name, and was part of our super fun experience of feeding the otters. He told us some otter facts in the process.
Fantastic experience: Nice little aquarium. Lots of fish and a few other animals. We went to dive with The stingrays - which was amazing. The staff was really friendly and informative. Some would even walk around with little animals occasionally that you could pet. You should dive with the stingrays.
Fantastic experience: Natalya was so kind to my son! He got to swim with sharks and stingrays and she was so helpful! Everyone in their staff was filled with knowledge and eager to help! I would recommend any party or any family gathering here! Natalya was extremely helpful and her customer service was amazing!
Fantastic experience: Our son had The BEST birthday!! Natalya and Gavian were extremely helpful, resourceful and polite! The aquarium was super clean! The price was unbeatable and the customer service was above and beyond! We got to go to all encounters, we got to swim with the sharks and stingrays and Natalya helped my kiddo every step of the way! Helping him feel safe and comfortable!
Fantastic experience: This aquarium is so much fun! So many different species of fish and animals and very interactive! Rachel was so nice friendly and knowledgeable and showed us around. She was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends
Fantastic experience: Gavin was amazing… explained everything and it’s 10000000 time cleaner and the smell is better.. Definitely will be back…. Gratin and two gals was amazing
Fantastic experience: We had so much fun! We expected it to be way more expensive. Must’ve been SeaQuest prices that we were remembering. Q and Nick were soooo awesome and extremely knowledgeable with the animals. They made our experience so much more fun!! Wish I could include videos, because we got to feed the otters and they were totally adorable. We ended up getting an annual pass so we’ll be back!!!
Positive experience: We needed a location to have my nephews birthday. We found this and he is very happy that we'd choose it. Staff was very helpful as well. We met one named Gavin who suggest the best areas to start first. Definitely coming again
Fantastic experience: My Wife, Daughter and Myself had a wonderful time. It was my daughter's first time seeing fish so close and personal. We were helped by an employee Gavin on how the Encounter's worked and we had a blast, my daughter got to touch a stingray!! Thanks a ton Gavin!
Fantastic experience: Came to Utah to visit family and decided to take the kids to the aquarium—and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. The interactive exhibits kept the little ones fully engaged, and there was so much variety to see and explore. Big shoutout to one of the staff Gavin, who was incredibly kind and helpful with the kids. He made the experience even better by guiding us and answering all their (many!) questions with patience. After the aquarium, we wandered around the mall since it’s all in the same place, grabbed a quick bite at the food court, (nothing goes wrong with the chick fil-a) and let the kids wind down a bit. It was the perfect combo of excitement and ease for a family day out. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we visit our nieces. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a fun and hands-on experience with the kids!
Fantastic experience: on my visit, the customer service was quite exceptional. it is quite enticing buying the yearly tickets for the family, we just might do that! Side note, Gavin at the front was really nice and quick to get us in! Next time you go, make sure to give him a handshake
Negative experience: This place is now a disgrace compared to the previous owners. My son and I visited for the first time since the ownership change and have had an annual pass for years but will now be renewing. The tanks and cages are disgusting. There’s barriers up on all of the tanks and cages preventing the kids from interacting with the animals. Almost no feeding stations what-so-ever. No visit scheduled for the cat or parakeet cages posted. The place was like a ghost town. Most of the fun for my son was being able to feed the animals and interact with them. Even the staff I talked to said this place is now a disaster compared to the previous owners. This place SUCKS now! Spend a little extra money and go to the aquarium in SLC. This place is no longer worth the visit. Extremely disappointed.
Fantastic experience: Layton aquarium took over this aquarium from another aquarium that was not good. I’ve gone once every week or two since the takeover and every time I go I see wonderful improvements! A lot of the other comments I see, the ones with complaints, they have been addressed as they make updates and changes from the previous owners.
Positive experience: Excited for the improvements that the new owners are making! There were new barriers going up when we went. We ended up buying a membership because the price was so good. We’ll probably be back every week. My kids love this place. They’re honoring any food tokens you have for now. If you don’t have any you can get a small bag of food for $3. The animals seem hungry- probably because they’re used to getting fed all day by people. The gift shop was half empty but they were working on getting merchandise up. ( it’s only been a month since the new owners took over). Yes, it is a small aquarium, but little kids don’t care. There is still a lot of fish and animals to look at. Sometimes mine do several loops around it.
Fantastic experience: We love visiting The Layton Aquarium! The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable. Amelia was wonderful when we went in to visit the porcupine and feed the stingrays. Q was very knowledgeable about the reptiles and shared many snake and lizard facts with us. Natalia was sweet and very helpful. The animals are well taken care of and we learned a lot about them from the employees. This is a great place to bring kids, especially on hot days or when the weather is bad. We appreciate having an aquarium so close to home!
Fantastic experience: I took a group of high school students to the Layton Aquarium and Natalia M. was our guide. She was so knowledgeable and awesome! You could tell she really loves her job and loves the animals she works with. Natalia made our experience so educational and memorable! Thanks Natalia!
Fantastic experience: I took me and a couple family members here a while back and I never thought to expect so many different types of animals in a mall of all places! I love the different themes to each room, my favorite especially is of course the Caribbean room! As we walked through there was a wonderful lady named Natalia who really connected us with some of the animals and answered any questions we had about them. She was a great help and helped us better understand more about the place up at admissions as well so we get a good feel with whats inside. It is sad though that there are only a few people working when they definitely should be having more supervision around the aquarium. Im assuming there is staffing issues which will end up being resolved eventually but for the time being, even without many staff, its still a great experience! Cant wait until these guys are able to get more staff cause its an experience people should definitely try at least once!
Fantastic experience: We visited on a Saturday afternoon and had an absolute blast! The prices were reasonable, and feeding the animals was so much fun. Q was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the aquarium, and it was truly an amazing experience! I brought my 2-year-old daughter, and we had an absolute blast. Admission was $15 for me and free for her, and we spent about $10 on food to feed the animals—totally worth it. The immersive experiences were a highlight. We got to feed fish, stingrays, and even farm animals like pigs, chickens, and goats. We stayed for almost two hours, and my daughter didn’t want to leave. I know there’s been some concern in reviews about the new management and issues with third-party ticketing, but in my experience, everything went smoothly. It felt like a great value, and overall the visit exceeded my expectations. I also got the impression that the animals are genuinely well cared for. One of the staff members—possibly the new owner—walked us through an exhibit and mentioned they’re trying to find better homes for two sharks that have outgrown their tank. That kind of transparency and care really stood out to me. In my opinion, this place is already a big step up from SeaQuest, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
Fantastic experience: My daughter (3) and I visited here today and it was awesome. Super experience with the exhibits, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and the owner and family gave us a personal tour - thank you so much for an amazing father-daughter outing!!!!
Fantastic experience: Layton Aquarium and Wildlife is an absolute gem! The exhibits are well-designed, the animals are clearly well cared for, and the whole space feels inviting and educational. Every part of the visit was thoughtfully put together. A special shoutout to Natalia, who was an incredible guide. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine love for the animals made the experience unforgettable. She brought the exhibits to life and made the visit so much more meaningful. Highly recommend you check it out!
Positive experience: Nice aquarium to check out if you are visiting the mall. It’s not very big, but still lots to see and do. We had a lot of fun being able to feed the animals, especially the stingrays! I would definitely recommend buying the food cup if you visit. My only complaint is where are all your staff? We walked through the whole thing and the only time we saw staff was at the front desk. Which was only 2 people total. We were there for about 1 hour, so I would’ve expected to see at least someone at one of the exhibits. Theres lots of easy access points for children to climb into the pools with the animals. I just wish there was more supervision at the exhibits for everyone’s safety.
Fantastic experience: We went yesterday on May 9th 2025. We had a great experience. My girls were so happy to pet the bengal cats and then the worker let us feed the turtles and the Sharks. My 7 yr old absolutely loved it! The worker named Q was super nice and informative and let my girls talk his ears off. We will be coming back for sure.
Positive experience: It feels a little overpriced for the size, but it is 2025, and the people running it have to feed the animals somehow. I'm disappointed by the transparency. When I walked in with my friend, there were no signs indicating pricing, so we asked the employee. She said $10 but rang us up for $16 each. $10 was apparently the kid price. If two adults without any kids with them ask about pricing, why would you tell them the kid price? It took us about an hour to go through the whole thing at a slow pace. The themed displays were cool, and it was fun that they had animals in addition to fish. I was surprised they had some small sharks. That's not something you see at a mall everyday. Will I go back? Probably not, but at the time, it added a fun little side quest to our afternoon.
Fantastic experience: This wildlife aquarium was awesome plenty to do you get to feed the animals walk into rooms to interact with animals. The workers are awesome, shout out to Natalia she was super sweet and helpful, she helped me and my family understand everything and offered us plenty of different deals. My favorite part of the aquarium was at the very end they have small sharks, overall this aquarium is definitely recommended and the people here are super nice, i’ll be back soon!!
Fantastic experience: Going to this aquarium was the best thing I did this week. I went in and a staff member named Natalia, helped me out so much! It's rare nowadays having good customer service but she was the exception. I highly recommend and would definitely be going there again soon.
Fantastic experience: We had purchased an annual membership through SeaQuest but unfortunately our membership information was lost during the transition to new ownership. Aspen at customer service reached out to us after and helped us fix the issue quickly and got our membership going again. She was incredibly kind and patient with me. The front desk attendant was also very understanding of my frustration the day we tried to check-in and did all she could to help us. We are excited to see the new changes and look forward to an improved aquarium!
Fantastic experience: I recently enjoyed the wildlife here with my family and had an absolutely great time with wonderful employee Natalia Martinez! I’ve never been treated so well and it was so refreshing feeling like an employee actually cared about the experience I was having with the animals! This girl definitely deserves to receive praise. Thank you so much, Natalia! I will definitely be coming back soon!!!!!
Fantastic experience: New name, same place, even better pricing! Our kids love it here! It's not a huge facility by any means, but it's the interaction with the animals that draw my kids here...versus the big facility down south where it's mostly just looking through a glass w/ very limited interaction with any of the animals.
Fantastic experience: The Layton Aquarium was a delight! It's a smaller aquarium located inside a shopping center. Even though it's smaller that most, this a aquarium offers a good time, lots of fun animals, and even chances to interact with some really cool creatures. With a purchase of food, you can feed fish, ducks, stingrays, and even chickens! For an additional fee, and depending on daily animal comfort schedules, you can interact with porcupines, a sloth, toucans, and others. The variety of animals is impressive for the space. My girls loved feeding the porcupine, holding a lizard, and learning about the animals. Q, an animal whisperer, was particularly fun. Q was so positive, knowledgeable, and really connected with my kids. They had an awesome time! The important thing is not to compare this new aquarium to the past version. There are many new changes and cosmetic improvements in the works. My family of 4 went on a Sunday, spent 3 hours, and $115. That got us into the aquarium, 2 food bundles, and a 3 person visit with a porcupine. I will say this...we spent $45 dollars to meet the porcupine and only got to spend 5 mins. That is too steep for us, but it was my daughter's birthday. It really was a great way to spend an afternoon. I recommend visiting! It's a good time!
Negative experience: They now charge $10 per person per day to feed or interact with the animals. I just bought a sea quest annual pass which will get me into the aquarium, but the whole point was that my kids could feed and interact with them and they aren’t honoring that, or accepting the tokens that have
Fantastic experience: Such an awesome experience!!! I can't believe how much fun we had! Staff were so kind and the staff "Q" was incredible!! He was super nice and took great care of me and my family!! Honestly he couldnt have done more! 10/10 experience!
Negative experience: I didnt even want to give 1 star. I don't give this place long under the new management before it's a thing of the past. Dirty tanks, under staffed and the life that use to be there is gone, just depressing. Couldn't interact with barely any the animals (they had netting up everywhere) and they've seem to have gotten rid of most the sting rays. It's a shame. Take your money and just make the drive to Loveland
Fantastic experience: Had the most spectacular time, especially thanks to Q. He went above and beyond and went out of his way multiple times for us. Thanks for the making Eevee's birthday so special. -Sierra n Ryan
Fantastic experience: We live an hour and a half away and purchased, “snorkeling with the stingrays.” Jazlyn, at the front desk, answered all my questions and helped set us up for the most fun, with a refillable animal feeding cup. Q, spent hours with us, teaching us about the animals, answering all our questions, and letting us hold a snake. He was so friendly and helpful and made you feel like you were the only one there. Truly a great customer experience. It really is the employees who make or break the experience for you, at places like these, and the employees here are top notch. Will be returning, bc it’s definitely worth the drive!
Negative experience: I had an annual pass and while I am grateful the new owners are honoring it, they wouldn’t accept my tokens. My sister and I had about 100 tokens between us and we are pretty upset. Why not allow people to exchange them for a wristband? I’m confused why the new owners want to alienate people that were regular customers or members. I’m so upset that they don’t want to allow a one time exchange of tokens for wristbands that I don’t see myself ever paying to come here again. It seems to be such an odd and poorly thought out business move. The girls at the counter didn’t have any empathy over us losing $200 of tokens. I asked for an email to contact management and they conveniently don’t have one. I’m also very confused why they wouldn’t send out an email to all current season pass holders welcoming us to their new business and giving a 30 day deadline to exchange our tokens. It’s really not that hard. A lot of the encounters were gone or not operating today, so they wouldn’t have lost any money but would have kept my future business. I’ll happily update my review and give more stars if the policy for tokens is changed.
Negative experience: This place is ruined under new management. Anyone else who is upset, please leave a review explaining why - not just under the old SeaQuest name for prior customers to find, but especially under their new name "Layton Aquarium and Wildlife Encounters". I don't think the new owners realize yet how many of their local/loyal customers they are losing, I'm rooting for them to get their act together as I don't want to lose this place. That said, for now and probably at minimum 3 months if not forever, this place is no longer worth going to. They basically told me we're lucky they're honoring the annual passes we bought just 2 months ago, because initially they weren't. The perks that came with that membership are gone though, such as guest passes - they told us if we still had paper tickets we could use those, but we've never been given any. Tokens are gone, and they aren't honoring the $50 or so already bought. We were instead forced to pay for $10 wrist bands each for the day, but were promised it's actually a cheaper and better deal because "all of the encounters are included". Issue is, ultimately, none were available. Not only did they depart from the on demand and go-at-your-own place model with the food out in vending machines, but the few things that had scheduled times like parakeets had the availability slashed (those went from every 30min to 2hr intervals between feedings). I asked before going in which feedings were available, and they listed only 2 which were scheduled, and said everything else would have times listed. They don't. The two that were scheduled didn't have any staff manning them. Where this place used to be packed this time of day (and yet managed effectively with self-service), now we only saw 2 groups and they were just waiting alone outside of the supposed scheduled encounters. We waited for 10min at each before giving up. We were also promised the chance to feed the sturgeon and the sharks according to the wristband schedule, but each was 20-30min late. Our guests had given up and were leaving when we saw the staff member finally rushing through with the food. I raced after her, but the other 3 members of my party had strollers and kids and didn't make it. I witnessed them use up all the food meant for everyone with wristbands in just seconds for the couple of kids that just happened to be nearby, and it was all gone before my party got around the corner in time to see her rush off to the sharks to do it all over again, and they again missed it. We left without getting to do a single encounter, after having the pleasure of waiting a half hour for nothing and getting to pay much more to do so. I can't blame the 1 staff since the feeding and encounter were scheduled at the same time. I asked on the way out what we did wrong and was told we needed to ask the staff members to do the encounters with us. Not only were there no available staff that we ever saw, but the couple we did see were late to everything and wouldn't have time for us even with us being one of the only groups in the place. I saw other reviews who had the same experience. The staff had no answer to this, and could only acknowledge that most of the staff was laid off. I asked when to expect more staff, to which they said they're under a hiring freeze for the next 90 days. Maybe things will improve once they can potentially hire new staff, but frankly even still, none of this is sustainable under the new policies. $10 is too expensive for 2 encounters at best in the time someone would generally spend here. My family used to come every 2 weeks and spent a ton in tokens. We're not the only ones. It's become very scammy, and they're disappointing their regular local customers that were likely the primary income source. SeaQuest went bankrupt, and we're worried at this rate it'll go out of business completely under the new management. We will be calling back to see if the policies have changed in a few months before considering spending money here again. RIP to a great place to entertain kids and out of town visitors.
Negative experience: Unfortunately after our most recent visit I had to update this review to 1 star, which is generous. I witnessed one employee pick out 2 teenagers and harass them the entire time they were there. Her excuses was that they were harassing animals. They were 2 teenage boys and were a little loud as teenagers are. She claimed that they were running all over the aquarium, which none us witnessed the entire night. What I did witness was her follow them around for almost 2 hours. Including standing 3 feet away while one of them washed their hands. I also watched 2 teenage boys make a joke about catching a fish, their hands were never in the water. Then her yelling at them for trying to catch the fish. I witnessed her stand and stare at them by the parakeets while they sat on a bench and kids ran between them multiple times, another kids pounded on the kinkajou cage and she said nothing. This truly seemed to be profiling, she even made the comment that she can kick anyone out. I am very sad to see this in a place that our family has frequented for years. They had 2 very nice employees that were trying very hard to make the guest feel welcome. There was a male employee wiring in the area by the pigs who probably should have been in charge from what I saw. There was also a female employee who seemed to be the only other one that was having a positive contribution to the guests.
Negative experience: I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place truly shocked me. It felt like a chaotic version of Tiger King — completely unregulated and heartbreaking. The animals are clearly not receiving proper care: tanks and enclosures are filthy, far too small, and the smell is overwhelming. Every creature looked distressed. These aren’t rescued animals — they’re confined and neglected. I sincerely hope an organization like PETA steps in and this facility is shut down.
Negative experience: We purchased a wrist band to interaction with the animals but had a very short interaction. First time visiting since new owners. Would not visit again. Also it became too expensive with the wrist bands and them not being worth the price.
Positive experience: Lots to do. They have a good variety of animals. You can pay extra to feed and interact with the animals. They give you a schedule and then you can interact with animals when their room is available. We had a great time. The place looks a little run down.
Negative experience: We bought year-long memberships to SeaQuest in November. But when we showed up last week, they abruptly told us to sign new waivers and that they are now a new company. They wouldn't accept our tokens and wanted us to pay $10 a person for wristbands. They also wouldn't take our memberships and said we could get a "trial membership" for 90 days or renew today for half price. What about the other 5 months on our memberships that we already paid for?? No apologies. No excitement for the new company. Just some anger at me for asking to use a membership I didn't know was suddenly invalid. The cashier said we could trade in 5 tokens for each wristband, but then he was reprimanded by the mean manager lady and said, "We can't do that anymore. We can't accept ANYTHING from SeaQuest." We walked away and will not be coming back. The whole interaction was off-putting. There are MANY of us that were loyal customers before--some purchasing memberships as recently as February--but nobody was told they would lose their money now. If you take over a company, you should tell the members their memberships are expiring or you should offer refunds or accept them!! I hope the animals are taken care of better than the customers.
Negative experience: I purchased annual passes for my son, grandson and myself for 2024. Halfway Through the year, I saw a discount advertised for season passes. I called and asked if I could purchase 3 season passes for the advertised price and instead of starting them in August I wanted to start them in January, 2025. I was told that would be fine. I purchased them over the phone and gave her my credit card number. I didn’t receive anything back in my text or email so I called again, about 1 month after purchasing the extended year. The girl apologized and said it was in the system and all I would need was to give my name or my son’s which is how it was done for 2024. I don’t have a paper trail, but today the girl checking us in said our membership was expiring in August. Please correct your records. I would appreciate a call, text or email so I’ll know this has been resolved. Teresa
Negative experience: I normally don’t submit reviews, but I left today’s experience at the aquarium feeling incredibly disappointed and disheartened. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and unfortunately, the way things were handled truly affected the entire day for us and our guests. I understand there has been a recent management transition, and I can appreciate that changes like that can come with some hiccups. However, the event felt very disorganized from start to finish. Here are some of the issues we encountered: • We were initially sent the wrong waiver (for SeaQuest rather than the current management), which meant all of our party guests had to fill out new waivers upon arrival. That caused delays, with some people waiting in line for up to 30 minutes just to get in. Even though the party was scheduled to start at 2:00 PM, many guests didn’t get in until 2:45 PM, cutting our time short and making everything feel rushed. • I also had a difficult experience with a staff member named Ally at the front desk. Several of our guests commented on her attitude and lack of professionalism, which added to the stress and left a poor impression. • The party room itself was okay but had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was disappointing to walk into a dirty space for a planned celebration. • Some of the animals looked unwell, which was concerning. Multiple guests mentioned how sad and uncomfortable it made them feel. • We were promised gift bags for the kids, but they weren’t given to us until after the party was over—after all the children had already left. That was very frustrating and felt like yet another thing that was mishandled. I understand that my son is only two and won’t remember this day, but I spent nearly $700—including fees for additional guests—expecting a special, well-organized experience. Instead, it felt chaotic and left me feeling embarrassed in front of our friends and family. I was so upset I cried in the car on the way home.
Fantastic experience: The staff member we talked to the most was quite possibly one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He was excited to teach my son about the animals. Long, straight, dark hair, with an awesome beard, thanks.
Negative experience: I have 5 kids and we have been driving from Lehi to come to the aquarium since they opened many years ago. We were there in January and although some changes had been made, my toddler still enjoyed it. A few weeks ago I took my 4,6,9 year old boys and this will most likely be our last time visiting. They have changed the entire structure and It’s overpriced for what you get and the fun is gone. For starters is cost $109 for myself and 3 little boys to get in. We were then given a bag with 3 TINY cups of fish food for all 4 of us. It was gone in 10 seconds. I’ve included pictures…thr cups were small and then maybe filled up 1/8 of the way full. It was ridiculous. I asked if there was an option to purchase more food and was told no. If you have one person or 10 in your group, you will still only get 3 itty bitty cups of food. It’s not even per person. I mean there was maybe 10-15 tiny pellets of food in each cup. Feeding the fish and getting splashed was my boys favorite part about coming to the aquarium and that’s no longer a thing. The next issue was the ‘schedule’ of the feeding/interactions. The times were listed on a sign at the entrance, but not a location. We constantly had to find an employee to ask where each interaction was located. Most of the ‘feedings’ were a joke because the animals were full and didn’t even want to eat. There were also no ‘lines’ at most of the interactions so people are just jumping in front of each other and it’s just up to the parents to argue over who was there first and whose turn it is. Also when we went to the bird exhibit (and got there early and waited in line) another guest went to the front of the line and somehow convinced the employee to let her entire group of probably 12 in front of everyone in line. So by the time we finally got in not only did the birds have no desire to eat anymore, but we missed the shark feeding which we had planned to make it to. And we would have if the large group wouldn’t have been allowed to cut in front of everyone. My kids are still little and were pretty bored and it seems chaotic and understaffed for the way things are run now. It was also WAY overpriced for what you get. After almost 10 years of driving nearly an hour to get there each time, we will just go to the Draper aquarium from here on out. Much bigger and less expensive. I spoke with others who had the exact same complaints and also said they would not be returning. *These pics of food are supposed to be enough for FOUR people. Didn’t even cover the bottom of the cup. Such a rip off. *I also want to add the employees were very nice and were doing their best with what they were given.
Negative experience: Loved Seaquest and have been coming for many years with my grandkids. Now am really bummed and pissed they didn't notify us that tokens WOULD NOT BE HONORED upon transfer of owners to LAYTON AQUARIUM & WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS. Recently bought a bunch $$$$ of tokens being told they would never expire. Now left with over $75.00 worth of useless tokens. This is thievery at its finest! Both companies should be ashamed of themselves. This is no way to treat loyal, repeat customers!
Negative experience: I never leave reviews but I had to say something. I went with my toddler and it was fine but this place honestly made me really, really sad and heartbroken. The enclosures and living conditions for these animals are horrible. It’s very dirty, smelly, and small. The animals seem like they are in so much distress. It’s also in the basement of a mall, where there is no sunshine, I can’t imagine years with no actual sunlight. Poor poor babies. I truthfully could not sleep the night after visiting thinking about the poor tortoise scraping the walls and literally crawling up the corner trying to get out and the animals in tiny enclosures all by themselves the rest of their lives. I definitely won’t be going back and you can’t convince me this is all good for the animals and “conservation” because I think the animals would rather go extinct than live in the most depressing living conditions. If there’s ever a petition to shut this company down I’ll be the first to sign
Negative experience: This place use to be great. It's under new management and they don't seem to know what they are doing. You can't feed or touch many of the animals and you can't do tokens anymore so you have to buy a wristband for everyone and it doubles your price. The schedule was chaos so you don't have time to do more than 1 or 2 encounters and you have to stand in line so you miss seeing other things. I hope they get it figured out but we won't be going back until they do.
Negative experience: The worst experience. The young woman who attended us was the most dismissive. It was our first time so we expected suggestions from you. However, he was only in charge of uploading the tickets and including things that we did not request. So we ended up paying $128 for two adults and two children. For me a real scam. I will never go back to this place. And the aquarium is still so simple that of course it’s not worth paying so much to see a few fish, sea rays, sea turtles and a couple of small sharks
Negative experience: Went to the aquarium today, with our season passes which we were told, we were lucky to be able to use them still, since they changed ownership. I asked at the counter if they were updating or changing anything since they changed and was rudely told that the only change was that there are no more tokens, and you can buy a ten dollar pass for each person to interact and get a couple different mini cups of food. I asked about an update to the exhibits and they said nothing will change and only if a new animal comes in, would there be change. The cashier was quite rude about it. We proceeded inside and a lot of the tanks had cups of food just dumped on top of the water. The tanks were very murky and dirty. The animal seemed overfed, lethargic and overstimulated all at the same time. It seems crazy to have a annual pass, but then you have to pay to even feed or interact with the animals.... What's the point of a pass then. I get they changed ownership, but the lack of pride in the facility and responsibility to the customer and animals is completely gone. I find it hard to want to visit again even though our pass continues until October. I feel like this place has been absolutely run into the ground, and the animals are sure to suffer.
Negative experience: We have had memberships for about 4 years and have loved it. The workers are fabulous and try to make our experience phenomenal. I am so upset that they have taken the tokens away and moved to the bands with the new management. On top of our membership, I would have to spend $40 for my family to visit with the animals, which was the fun part about visiting SeaQuest. We will not be renewing our membership this year. Maybe we will go to the better aquarium, Living Planet.
Negative experience: REALLY frustrated with our experience today. This location has been bought by a new company as of last week. We have a yearly pass, and tried to go today. We were informed by the manager that our pass will not be valid any more as of next week, and that our guest passes were no longer valid. Our pass isn’t supposed to expire until December. The manager on duty was very rude explaining this and had no sympathy to the situation. I was trying to understand the situation and she was short and rude. There was no communication to pass holders. You also can no longer feed and interact with the animals as you used to, which is why we bought the pass to begin with. We were told by the manager that our passes wouldn’t work in the future but we should be ok with that because the new passes are cheaper. Why should I have to pay for a new pass when we already have one? Bottom line, we feel scammed and the customer service was terrible.
Positive experience: Seaquest no longer does tokens or feedings. You buy a wrist band for $10 and get to feed 1 animal per band. It has really gone down hill. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the one and only employee there that was good. Beyond good Ace was great. Ace answered all our questions. Ace let my kids with wrist bands hold the animals. Ace got my kids set up on the feet fish and was so attentive. Ace gives this review 4 stars vs. 1 star. We have come to seaquest since it first opened and with all the changes it's currently not worth it.
Negative experience: Your place is tiny, the conditions the animals are in don't look clean at all, and the fact that your new owners decided to suddenly change teacher passes to only include one other person is a HUGE middle-finger to teachers. Your prices should be even lower considering the quality of the experience. The ONLY reason I gave you two stars is because your Animal Whisperers and other employees seem really sweet. I doubt you treat them very well, though. This place is absolutely disgusting, unsanitary, overcrowded, overpriced, I could go on for days. On top of that, you stopped accepting Get Out and Groupon passes, which is yet another "screw you" to lower-income families. It's best not to give this place your money. I feel so terrible for the employees who had to experience the change over to leeching ownership. Not only that, but I feel so bad for the animals, because I doubt the owners really care much about them anyway. This place will never be about conservation and will always be about making as much money as possible.
Fantastic experience: A big shout out to Dennis and the new owners, we had a great conversation with Dennis. Hes from my home town in New Jersey he is getting the location up and going with more learning of the amazing water animals. We came from Montana just to swim with my favorite stingrays, so my 2 boys and myself got in thank you to Dennis he let my other half come in after he took some pictures of us so he could join. Its the best experience ever, feeding the shark and the rays in the big tank was the best and ill hold onto those memories for a lifetime. My other half and I went a couple of months ago, and this experience was much better we learned alot more, and he walked us through what we were going to be doing. And the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back again, and ill try to get to the location in Woodbridge NJ. THANK YOU for some very good memories and knowledge.
Negative experience: I have been an annual pass holder for the last year. I used to love taking my kids to SeaQuest. Their favorite part was interacting and feeding the animals. They now make you pay an admission fee and a $10 wrist band and offer "scheduled" interaction times. This new model is overpriced, and takes away the main reason we visited the aquarium. This is incredibly disappointing because the staff that works at SeaQuest are incredible and it used to be so much fun. I will not be making any future visits to SeaQuest. I strongly recommend you do not either.
Positive experience: Fun place. They do not use tokens anymore. To feed animals and have animal encounters, you have to buy a $10 wristband in addition to the admission fee. That is per person. I found that disappointing and much preferred the token system they used to have. However, it is really nice. The animals are fun to see and interact with. The birds are really fun. Also enjoyed the doctor fish and stingrays.
Negative experience: I haven't been in a few months, and everything has changed. You now have to wear wristbands and sign a waiver in order to get inside. Normally signing would be fine except when I scanned the QR code, it charged my card and I ended up getting a block on my account. I was therfore unable to get in because I had no other way to pay. I would suggest having the employees help you sign the waiver than trying to do it yourself. I won't give this place one star because my family and I have enjoyed visiting before now. Hopefully next time will be better.
Negative experience: We bought season passes and 100 coins planning on this being our outing this summer then they changed to the wristband that is $10 per person to feed the animals. I don't know how much we will be able to use our passes due to the cost to feed the animals. On top of that I don't know what I can do with the coins I already bought.
Negative experience: We love Seaquest and have an annual membership! However, we will not be renewing our membership due to the change that has recently taken place. The whole reason we go to Seaquest is for my kids to feed the animals; they loved the individual feeding stations/token system and being able to choose which animals they fed. It was both convenient and cost effective; no schedule to follow or lines to wait in, and we could spend as much or as little as we wanted per visit. Now that the token system has been replaced with $10 wristbands, with which you aren’t guaranteed to feed the animals of your choosing, in combination with long lines, we will not be returning nor renewing our membership.
Negative experience: Pros and cons, for me the cons override the pros. Small which is expected being inside a mall but some of the wild life they have here is way to large to be in such small spaces, most of them have decent space but the x large sharks is pretty sad to see. Interaction was nice but overall this company needs its own building space instead of cramming inside a mall. Cool concept bad execution. Put a stamp on it for me, on why I don’t support these businesses, it’s not good for the sea life.
Negative experience: We honestly used to love coming here. The best part was that they had feeding stations available for just about every animal exhibit. It was a wonderful experience, and it made the aquarium engaging and exciting. It was why we would choose Seaquest over going down to the aquarium in Draper. However, they have taken away the feeders that you were able to use with tokens, and you are now given very little food, and only if you purchase a wristband. The excitement of getting to feed the fish, tortoise, sharks, and so much more is not available anymore. I hope the new owners realize that they took away one of the best parts of this aquarium.
Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with seaquest. I love the employees there. We love the animals, but I will not be renewing our membership with the company removing all the animal feeds. Those feeds and encounters with the tokens were what made Seaquest special. Now it’s $10 per person for a 1 day wristband to have one different animal feeding or encounter scheduled every 15 minutes. We’ve been so many times, we usually visit for only about 45min to an hour each time. It’s just not worth it compared to to being able to feed all the animals while we were there. Inflation and greedy companies are just insane these days. I would even be more OK with them raising the cost of the membership a little. Remove what made you fun and unique? No, thank you. On that note.. it was really sad taking my 4 year old who LOVES animals there today. He has been there so much he knows exactly where all the animals are. He said to me repeatedly that he wanted to feed the animals and “get that ball thing” (feed in the plastic container) for the sharks, iguana, and turtle. He raced me in there he was so excited.. he left with his head down.
Negative experience: This place is terrible. Have to sign a waiver now to enter. Way less animals than before. You can no longer feed the fish freely, that costs $10 extra per person, and have to schedule a time. Plus it was the dirtiest I have ever seen it. Used to be a fun little stop while shopping. It’s really gone down hill. Won’t waste my money again.
Positive experience: Normally I find my visits very enjoyable with the grandkids. We were disappointed you couldn’t buy tokens to feed the fish, turtle, ducks, pig and goats. Having to buy a $10 wristband to participate in the bird feeding was expensive especially having to buy one even for the little kids. We enjoyed the parakeet feeding but were given such a tiny tiny bit of food and the birds didn’t stick around long! I get the animals must get over fed but there must be another way! You don’t interact much which used to make sea quest fun! We noticed a lot more snakes. They’re cheaper but…the snake eating the mouse still has the grandkids a bit sad and grossed out.
Fantastic experience: Great facility. I surprised my wife for Valentine's Day with the sloth encounter. Out guide Hadley was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had no idea how big Seaquest is and were totally impressed!
Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here and she had a blast looking at all the different fish and reptiles. There’s lots of things for kids to do and explore, like interacting with the animals and sea creatures they have. Definitely worth taking your littles here to learn and have a great time for a couple hours
Positive experience: This place is a lot of fun for kids, there is a lot to see and do, but it has limited hours and is VERY expensive for what you get. Very disappointed they quit accepting discounts and offers.
Positive experience: Very fun experience for kids. It’s very pricey. But worth a day trip to feed, touch and see animals up close!
Negative experience: **If you have a get out pass, they won’t let you use it here! Quite ridiculous- why offer your venue on the pass if you’re not going to honor it in the future! ** Id say this is only worth it if you have a free pass. Had I paid the $65 it would’ve cost to get me and 2 kids in would’ve been very disappointed! We spent 1 hour here. There are definitely some cool animals and fish to see. Kinda odd there were goats and pigs… with such a small living area, quite sad. 12 tokens is $20? To be able to feed any of them. But they all looked like they get fed so much that they didn’t really care about you feeding them. The whole place felt quite dirty and run down.
Fantastic experience: We had my daughters 2nd birthday here. AMAZING!! The care they gave us was above and beyond what we expected. The interactions with the animals were fun and child friendly. The ONLY down fall was the continues line at check in/cashier when we had questions however there was always someone in each room who was willing to help. 10/10 would recommend.
Positive experience: I would love to give this place more stars because my kids love it, but the service is a joke. I've bought annual passes for my family and I for the past 5 years, and nothing is any different from the first time we went, other than the customer service going downhill. It's convenient if you live nearby. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Fabulous little aquarium and animal exhibits. Many are feedable with food for sale in dispensers. Clean, lots of employees to answer questions. Discounts. Kids love it, and so do I!
Fantastic experience: NATALIA!!!!!!!!! You are the BEST! She was so helpful and patient and informative. My daughter (9) had the absolute best birthday. We got our group in, Natalia set us up with vip wristbands and even grandpa got a fishy pedicure. So many fun animal encounters: parakeets, Bengal cats, a Zazu bird from lion king, we fed so many animals!!!!!! The birthday girl got a special experience feeding Little Bit the sloth and petting him. What a great day and THANK YOU NATALIA!!!!!!! You were the best. Every person in our group felt welcome and cared for.
Fantastic experience: What a fun and interactive place to visit. It's pricey, especially if you feed all the animals, but fun to see kids interact with animals and not be afraid.
Positive experience: We did the "duo quest" which was $99 for 2 encounters, 20 tokens and admission to the aquarium. The encounters and the person who led them for us was the best part. She was super knowledgeable, kind and generous with her time. Some of the enclosures seem far too small and kinda dirty. It felt kinda like a money grab. There is token slots everywhere you turn to take money for feeding the animals. I can see the interactive aspect, but it would be very expensive for a family to come here if they want to feed multiple animals considering each token is $2. The place was also very hot and had an odd smell. Tight quarters. It was a fun one time experience.
Negative experience: Edit: Since the miniature horse is no longer located at SeaQuest, I removed that part. However, several other concerns remain unaddressed, including the macaws exhibiting stress-plucking, the iguanas with broken or bent spines, and children throwing rocks at the doctor fish. The enclosures appear too small, and many aquariums are severely overcrowded with fish that show visible scars and injuries. Children are frequently allowed to stick their hands into enclosures, causing further stress to the animals. The facility has a strong odor of urine, and many animals appear visibly distressed. Additionally, several water dishes were dirty or nearly empty. There is a morbidly obese, depressed pig confined to a small plastic enclosure filled with feces. The pig remains motionless all day with no enrichment or interspecies socialization, despite pigs being highly social animals. I also witnessed children throwing rocks at the doctor fish due to inadequate staff supervision, obese prairie dogs with feces matted on their tails, and iguanas with damaged spines from mishandling. At one point, I even saw a child roughly grab an iguana’s tail with no intervention from staff.
Fantastic experience: So fun for all ages! Definitely recommend the VIP bracelets. Only $10 and you can interact with so many of the animals. I held a tarantula and a snake!!
Fantastic experience: We had the best time at SeaQuest interacting with all the animals. The staff was so kind and accommodating, and it was so clear to us how much they loved and cared about the animals. We were especially impressed with one of the employees, Jazzlynn (spelling?). She was AMAZING and made us feel like absolute VIP guests. We will absolutely recommend SeaQuest Utah to everyone and will return again soon!
Positive experience: Exhibits were good, however we had to track workers down to do hands on experiences for the kids at the post exhibition times.
Fantastic experience: We had the best time today at the aquarium! They were all so helpful and friendly. Q helped us with tokens and was so kind. There was the sweetest lady who helped us with the birds. My kids had the best time and we can’t wait to go again!
Fantastic experience: The Other Side Academy can't thank SeaQuest enough for their generosity in providing tickets for our GED students! Our group had an absolutely wonderful time exploring and learning in such an engaging environment. The hands-on experience made it a truly memorable outing. It’s clear that SeaQuest cares deeply about education and the community. Thank you for making this possible—our students are still talking about it! Highly recommend visiting!
Fantastic experience: My family has always loved going to Seaquest. My kids loved the animals so much my oldest had her birthday there. It was a lot of fun, and all her friends enjoyed the experience. They have suh a wide array of animals and experiences for the kids to have.
Fantastic experience: Bought the Duo Quest had a great time! Thank you to April and staff for all your help and assistance! They answered all of our questions and helped us meet the sloth, porcupine, and groundhogs ❤️
Fantastic experience: Don’t underestimate the smaller aquariums! Yes, it isn’t as big as the Loveland Living planet aquarium but the experiences are plentiful and very fairly priced. One of my favorite experiences was holding the prairie dog, Blossom. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. I missed the name of the lady who helped us with the parakeet experience and answered so many of our other questions but she set up a token hunt in one of the rooms. She made the experience next level with her creativity and generosity. April was another very helpful team member. She helped us hold one of the bearded dragons. She was super patient. All of the staff members were very responsive when we had a question or needed help with the animals. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable experience!
Fantastic experience: We came here because of the Get Out Pass. I’ll be honest, I had no idea this place existed. But I’m really glad we found it! My kids loved it. Although there is a cost, the tokens are worth it. My kids got to feed and hold a bunch of different animals. We easily spent 2 to 3 hours here. April helped us out and was AMAZING! Super friendly and kind. She made my kids feel super welcome. We will be back!
Fantastic experience: Had such a perfect experience for my daughter’s 7th bday! Everyone loved on her and gave her super special treatment. April helped us right at the front and gave her a t-shirt! Amelia gave us a great tour through the porcupine exhibit and we got to pet the prairie dogs too! We experienced the bengal cats with Nicole who gave us extra time with them and told us all about them! Jazlyn let us hold Angel the snake and the beautiful rose tarantula! It was a super special day for her that she won’t forget. Thank you SeaQuest!!!
