🗣️ Newport Aquarium: Reviews
Fantastic experience: My wife is in a wheel chair and was able to enjoy the trip. They went out of their way to help her at the touch tanks and every thing. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: An outstanding aquarium! Animals are well cared for and the exhibits are spotless. We had a great time and will be back soon!!
Negative experience: The Aquarium and exhibits themselves are fine. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!purchased tickets in advance for small group of students. We we arrived day of we had a few less students than expected so in order to keep our group rate we paid for tickets to be used later. When entering we had to explain (a couple of times) the tickets we had were for later. Those were the only tickets we were given so they scanned them. I then returned to ticket booth to seek info. An extremely rude redhead proceeded to blame me saying “I told you that” even though I explained many times that I explained that to the ticket taker a couple of times but she still scanned the wrong tickets. The readhead thought it was a better idea to blame me than apologize and try to fix the problem. I’ve never left a bad review for anyone/anyplace ever but this was such bad customer service I felt I needed to leave this review. The redhead was horrendous. Due to her alone and will not be visiting or taking groups to this Aquarium again.
Fantastic experience: Really good variety, logical layout for exploring the various categories of sea animals. The whole family enjoyed it, especially for keeping us cool in the 40°C (100°F) weather in Cincinnati.
Positive experience: Visited with my husband while visiting Cincinnati. This aquarium was disappointing compared to the Georgia Aquarium and the Tennessee Aquarium which we are used to. It feels small. More for small kids in my opinion. The penguin talk was interesting. Touch pools were nice. I wouldn't return.
Positive experience: We’ve hosted our sons birthday party by renting out the party room. Communication with our coordinator leading up to the day of was not the best, but they made it happen. The event turned out perfect! The food and beverages provided were delicious, the equipment and technology were very user friendly. After our party, Being chauffeured through the exhibits around the general public really made him feel extra special. He was able to meet the mermaids and pet the stingrays! We took advantage of all the photo opportunities in each exhibit. There’s so much to do and see here. What a day of Great fun and education for the whole family. Thank you all again for his special day.
Fantastic experience: Loved everything about it, the shark bridge is so much fun!! If you get the chance definitely check it out!! Also the caricature artists they have there are PHENOMENAL please check out their work!!
Fantastic experience: As someone who looks at aquariums under a microscope when it comes to animal care and presentation, this place passed! Clean tanks, happy animals and beautiful displays. A lot to see if you stop at each tank 1-2 hours to see everything if hustling through the crowds. They had mermaids at the time of visit for kids to see. The under the water tunnels and pop up under the tank spots were amazing! As if they were floating in air, not just water. Cafe in the middle, play area and shark rope bridge to cross. Was very nice!! Employees were also quite nice.
Fantastic experience: Huge place!! Really fun and lots of interactive exhibits. Kids enjoyed so much. The special mermaid event was amazing. What talented ladies!
Fantastic experience: This place is so much fun. I enjoyed it thoroughly and cannot wait to come back. All of the creatures here were beautiful and looked healthy. The jellyfish were beautiful! There is wonderful air ventilation! Just beware, I have social anxiety and wanted to leave after 40 minutes because it was so busy and some people just stand in front of the fish tanks and text or take pictures. :(
Negative experience: Our family was not impressed. This place was overcrowded and there was no crowd control. We had to select a ticket time upon buying tickets, but that didn't seem to matter. There are metal detectors, but not no one monitoring them so I wasn't sure of the purpose. There was very little staff to facilitate crown control or ask questions. It is a one way aquarium so you should take your time walking through it, but at the same time it's so overcrowded you just want to hurry up and get out of there. Overpriced and a bad experience altogether, would not return or recommend.
Positive experience: Recommend buying tickets at least a week before going. Price goes up based on demand. Have to pick a time to go, which is ridiculous because its not like they make people leave at a certain time. We went and it was so packed we couldn't enjoy a lot of stuff. People just stayed in certain hands on area for over extended times.
Fantastic experience: We loved Newport Aquarium for a family funday trip. Their employees are wonderful! We were allowed to gently pet the sharks and sting rays. You won't be disappointed!
Positive experience: Great experience! Just need to control the crowd and time being spent at each exhibit. Several times I encountered people not leaving. Lord knows how long they were just sitting not letting anyone else experience. Other than that great time
Fantastic experience: Wonderful visit, great experience a bunch of fun! Saw an axolotl, an arapaima (a very large fish) jellyfish and got to touch stingrays and sharks! A truly great place!
Fantastic experience: We took our granddaughter and daughter for a lovely visit at the Newport aquarium to see the mermaids everything about this visit was amazing the mermaids were very realistic and our granddaughter loved every moment of her interaction with the four mermaids that she saw. Kudos to the staff from the moment we walked in until we exited it was an amazing experience we got some amazing photos and the gift shop was really nice I really liked the fact that the gift shop was ready for all of the mermaid fans out there all of the souvenirs were very on Spot with the event we left with many purchases. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Also the staff photographers were fun and very professional. This experience deserves my personal 10 Stars for our fun day at Newport aquarium
Fantastic experience: Just great. We all loved it. We were actually there on 6/13/25. Parked in lot across the street and paid for parking on my phone. Located along the river surrounded by restaurants. The entrance is actually up the flight of steps. Highly recommend a trip.♥️
Fantastic experience: Oh where do I start? This was so amazing to visit! My son has autism and his dream was to meet mermaids because he loves them! When he entered the aquarium he was absolutely excited! He met 4 mermaids and I cried. It was emotional for me because I knew how much this meant to him. The staff on the phone were helpful when getting reservations. I want to give 5 ☆+ to Elana. She was so amazing with my son! She talked with him and showed so much attention towards him. I recommend to everyone! We live in northern Indiana and it wasn't a long drive. Thank you so much for the amazing time we had. So many memories were made that day.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I took our family to the Newport Aquarium while we were in town last weekend. We had a great time! The staff was very friendly and the animals seemed well loved and cared for. My children are 8 and 10 and some of the activities were geared toward younger children, but they still had a blast!
Fantastic experience: Love this aquarium. It keeps getting better. Very clean and doesn't have a fishy smell to it like other aquariums I've been to. They have lots of different rare creatures. It's a bit on the pricey side but which ones aren't nowadays!
Fantastic experience: This is such a fun place to take your family! The aquarium is massive, and there is so much to do. They have fun extras on occasion like Mermaids encounters, penguin interactions, and more! We absolutely love visiting and do often.
Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful time, I love the aquarium, and taking my granddaughter was such a joy
Fantastic experience: We loved getting to see the mermaids and talking to them! We also really enjoyed getting to pet some of the animals! Super disappointed that they didn’t have many sea turtles only 1 which sucked bad.
Fantastic experience: Great place to go and kill time on day with nothing to do. It's not too expensive and isn't uncomfortably packed. There are some super cool marine animals there like sharks, stingrays to pet, and pretty much every ocean fish someone can think of. Loved going there!
Fantastic experience: Really great aquarium with wide variety of exhibits, including many unique ones. We enjoyed the tunnels, the jellyfish, the sea horses, the octopus, and our favorite was the eels. It's definitely not cheap, though, and they don't offer family membership.
Fantastic experience: Great aquarium overall. Lots to see and do with friendly staff. Food is expensive and basic but with all the outside options and picnic tables if you bring your own food you will be fine. Go early to avoid the crowds.
Positive experience: Newport Aquarium was a great way to spend a few hours. We had our 7 month old baby with us who enjoyed the different aquatic animals. They had multiple displays for older kids/adults to touch some of the wildlife. It seemed to just keep going and going which was nice. Think it was $86 for my wife and I and the baby was free which seemed a little steep sounds like if you get tickets in advance it’s cheaper which I would suggest. But all in all I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the place and diversity of exhibitions. Worth checking out if in the area!
Negative experience: This is a glorified children's museum with some exhibits closed like the alligator exhibit. Would be nice for a slight discount if one of the bigger attractions is closed for the day with a sign stating such. It was kinda confusing at first to understand which direction to go to start the self guided walk thru tour. I assume you were to take this elevator down a floor to start. I personally won't be back again. However, if you have little ones with a stroller, this is a good place for you.
Fantastic experience: I've been there like 3x times. Each time has been fun and exciting. That place brings out the little kid in me, anxious to see all the exciting exhibits they offer. They also have something new to show. I recommend this to everyone to add this place to their bucket list
Fantastic experience: Great family friendly means of entertainment. The aquarium offers up close and personal interaction with stingrays, sharks, and starfish. Your kids will love being able to reach down and pet these animals. We have a season pass and really enjoy taking family and friends with us when they visit. Christmas is a wonderful time to go with small children because Santa is scuba diving in the shark tank which seems to be the main attraction. They also decorate each tank with Christmas light and other decor.
Fantastic experience: Amazing! All adults and kids were amazed by the mermaids. A wonderful day with a lovely hands on experience for the kids.
Positive experience: I visit the Newport Aquarium a few times a year and we live it here! The staff and knowledgeable and friendly and the exhibits are lovely. I don't even have a true complaint from today's visit, but more of a suggestion. In Sharkey Cafe our group today asked for a handheld menu. As someone who is visually impaired a handheld menu would have been nice to see the options and be able to actually read them. No one from our group ordered off the menu but rather grabbed things from the cold cooler. I know it's something small but a handheld menu for visually impaired guests would really round out from a 4 star experience to a 5 star. Not all disabilities are visible.
Fantastic experience: I love this place. Me and my family have gone here a lot over the years even if it is a drive away from us. All the animals are healthy and adorable. My favorite is Denver the sea turtle. We went with my two year old nephew and he had the time of his life. I wouldn't recommend for any younger as it is a lot of walking. There is room for strollers.
Positive experience: Dylan was an employee we met. Nice polite very informative.. if u get to it made our experience easier.... Don't go late... make sure u have plenty of time to walk through especially if u have smaller kids... they have a play area that personally for the prices u paid, i would expect bigger... but everything else is budget friendly..
Fantastic experience: I loved this place. I think it is worth the money spent not just for general admission but I did the penguin encounter and it was amazing! The folks that did the encounter for us did a really great job at being upbeat, and knowledgeable about the experience and the birds.
Fantastic experience: Love this aquarium. Probably the best one I’ve been to. Penguin experience was not worth the money but the staff were super knowledge and kind. So much to see and very clean.
Positive experience: Was 34 for 1 adult ticket. They do offer discounts to students. It wasn't bad. A great place to take the kids. Big eating area. I haven't been in over 15yrs, was worth walking through an seeing again.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful, fun, engaging aquarium! Kids and adults enjoyed the time there!
Positive experience: This place is really cool . We went on a sat afternoon, and it was very crowded. We pretty much waited in line to see most of the exhibits as the place was full of people. People were very polite as we moved through the exhibits to see all the fish and animals. Petting the stingrays was my family's favorite part. The areas were you walk under the fish exhibits are very cool.
Fantastic experience: Great aquarium. Had a chance to talk to many employes and all were very informative and able to answer my questions. great trip.
Fantastic experience: Everything was phenomenal, from the new jellyfish exhibit to the standard installments I’ve seen for years here. They truly care for all their animals and the staff is so well versed and genuine about how they care for the animals. I even voiced my rhetorical “how do they know to do that” kind of questions to my friend and a nearby employee was visiting on her day off and answered probably over 10 questions for me. Passionate employees make all the difference. ♥️
Fantastic experience: This was a great place. Truly spectacular! More to see than I expected, by far!
Fantastic experience: Had a great time with the family. My 1yr old grandson loved it!
Fantastic experience: We love the aquarium. The membership is well worth it. Our kids have such a fun time here.
Fantastic experience: It was absolutely amazing! Seeing the sea horses was one of my favorite parts! And petting the sting rays was pretty awesome too!!! The penguins were beautiful! I would definitely recommend it for all ages!!
Fantastic experience: This aquarium was smaller than the ones in GA and Chattanooga but plenty to see and do. The place was clean and the staff were nice. Alittle pricey for the size it was. Many attractions to keep the small kids entertained. Good way to get out of the sun and kill some time.
Fantastic experience: My birthday was a Sunday and I was supposed to go to the ark encounter but it was closed so I decided to go to the Newport aquarium instead and I am so happy that I did. It was really nice I loved the dancing sharks LOL and the jellyfish were amazing. The staff was really nice and well educated. The gift shop is really big and it was just kind of magical.
Positive experience: We went on Mother's Day. It was crowded and loud which was expected. The animals and tanks were well kept. The tunnels and crawl spaces for unique viewing was the best feature. The descriptions left a lot to be desired. We were googling information about specific species. It's a fun place for exciting kids to explore more about sea creatures.
Fantastic experience: Was so incredible felt like I was traveling into another world was so beautiful would highly recommend going. And seeing the animals looked so happy and well taken care of
Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this aquarium. Every turn was very interactive for adults and children. We took our two year old and she walked the whole thing without issue.
Fantastic experience: First time at the aquarium. Kids had a great time. The fish petting was a unique experience. There were many exhibits, but the shark tunnel was most memorable.
Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful setting for our school banquet. Loved seeing all the sea creatures and even touching some.
Positive experience: Smaller aquarium in a great location. Not a local- I was lucky to have researched how to get to this place and park before visit as signage will not help you succeed. It had the elements of a modern large aquarium just scaled down greatly. Very linear walking experience and easy to get through. I liked the last exhibit walking challenge! There was a mix of information placards some printed some digital but this would be my negative experience- I and another guest, guessed repeatedly at what we are looking at - no matching information to be found. Happened frequently where we looked at exhibits not able to find all the information on what’s on display. Some areas are good for children to view others are not. Admission and parking add up to a price that is charged for a much larger experiences.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely great experience. The only thing I would change is there were three school groups there and it was so busy and loud. It was hard to enjoy at first. But we took about a 30 min break and it calmed down somewhat. So much to see and experience. Loved how close up we could see the exhibits. Would recommend 10/10! Price was great as well.
Positive experience: The Newport Aquarium has been one of my favorite places since childhood. The exhibits are always clean and well-designed, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s a special place I love returning to. The only issue I’ve had has been with the customer service desk. On two separate visits, I encountered a middle-aged white woman working there who was noticeably rude when I asked about membership parking passes. It stood out because the rest of the staff have always been so kind and professional. That said, I still highly recommend the aquarium and look forward to visiting again—I just hope for a more consistently positive experience across all departments.
Fantastic experience: Such an amazing aquarium. Alot of interactive tanks and a super cool rope bridge over the shark tank. The staff was awesome and answered any questions we had.
Fantastic experience: Nice family place. Clean exhibits. The large octopus could use some more swimming room and it would have been really cool to let it touch us, but that was just my want and not a game changer. There are plenty ty of interactions and touching that are really cool. The penguin are huge and always fun to watch Kids would have a blast here.
Fantastic experience: 1st time going, we had a great time. The kids can't wait to go back
Fantastic experience: Very fun. Very good time. Don't feel like you need to rush to see everything because you can take your time and still be done In about 4 hours if you are taking time to read all the placards. Overall the kids loved it. We got through in about 3 hours
Fantastic experience: Great family experience, kids age 1 get in free, I couldn't complain, except for the gift shop/ cafe combo and marked up prices, but it was expected at a notorious tourist spot. All in all, I loved it, good family fun and great pictures. Buy tickets in advance, earlier the better saves you up to 10$ to 15$ on general admission.
Fantastic experience: Such a great aquarium! I went often as a kid and just went back as an adult and it’s been updated and is a really amazing aquarium. I’ve traveled all over going to aquariums and this is in the top five for sure. It’s very clean, a wide variety of animals, and knowledgeable/friendly staff. They also have a lot of touch tank opportunities which adds so much to the experience!
Fantastic experience: I came by this morning to kill some time and use my season pass. Coming at 9:30am on a Monday is brilliant, I was 1 of only a few people in the entire place. Keegan, at the Stingray exhibit was so kind and I chatted with her for several minutes. She knows her stuff! The new jellyfish exhibit is very cool too.
Fantastic experience: Loved it great family adventure definitely crowded on the weekends but worth it
Positive experience: Alot of the machines were broke down and took quite a bit of money from us and we never got reimbursed for anything. That was the worst part of it. Fish were very active and the touch pools were pretty awesome those I didn't get to touch a big stingray. Other then that my daughter enjoyed the speaker with the sharks and loved being able to be a vaulnteer during it. Food wasn't very good in the cafe.
Fantastic experience: Excellent aquarium, lots of fish and interactive exhibits. Fun for the whole family, walk across the shark tank, it was awesome!
Negative experience: While the aquarium itself was beautiful and the exhibits were fun, our experience was really soured by how we were treated at the ticket counter. We saw a clearly stated discount and planned our budget around it, but when we tried to use it, the staff refused to honor it with zero explanation. We were left confused, caught off guard, and had to pay full price—money that was supposed to go toward the rest of our trip. What hurt the most was the way the staff handled it. As we walked away, they started whispering and giggling, which felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It made us feel small and embarrassed over something that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, we more than likely won’t be returning. It’s a shame, because the aquarium itself deserves better than the way its guests are being treated.
Fantastic experience: First time! Had a good time! Definitely have a ton of activities in the area for kids! Highly recommend checking it out!
Fantastic experience: We read a lot of reviews of its small etc, in my honest opinion it’s pretty big in size the workers are knowledgeable, wait time was about 30 minutes to get in. Parking was easy the worst part is the elevators in the parking garage because of the amount of human traffic (that’s not just for the aquarium) and the grown adults who visit the aquarium have no decent courtesy of littles who are also trying to enjoy the aquarium. But would definitely go back!
Fantastic experience: The aquariums are great place to go. The kids had so much fun that were there.
Fantastic experience: Went with 6 of us, 2 adults, 3 kids and a 1 year old, bought tickets Friday night for noon Saturday, got there bout 11:40am and they scanned my screenshots and got right in while others that were buying the tickets right then had a little wait/line. We took the baby in a wagon and the whole place was easily accessible with it, was very helpful. Used valet parking was only $12, very helpful. Place was very nice and all workers we ran into during the visit were polite and helpful.
Fantastic experience: OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I have been to several aquariums but this is hands down my favorite. From the moment we entered until we left we were learning and able to see everything. The one way travel in the aquarium makes it so everyone is able to get to see everything up close. The tunnels, yes plural, are absolutely amazing!!! My favorite was watching the turtle swim over the top of the tunnel. I wish I lived close so I could enjoy this aquarium often but we are in Virgnia and so far away.
Fantastic experience: It was a great atmosphere. Lots of families enjoying time together. The tunnels that you can walk through to see the fish swimming above you really adds to the experience. Plenty of hands-on experiences for kids.
Fantastic experience: Have been here a couple times and has been a great place to visit for both kids and adults. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: It wonderful experience. It nice they have something to eat halfway through the aquarium. So many fishes and other animals to see.
Positive experience: Get membership if your kids would like to come to the aquarium very often as the one day pass is expensive. Just DO NOT go there one weekend!!!
Positive experience: Took my 1 year old daughter here for the first time and she had a blast! We got to see a lot of cool fish, some I had never seen at an aquarium before! Cafe left something to be desired, so unless you're desperate, maybe eat first or get something at a nearby restaurant instead.
Fantastic experience: Took my two boys and had a blast! There are tons of sea life and even activities along the way for them as well. Coloring pages that come to life on screen, a playground, and interactive exhibits spread out. I would advise bringing a water bottle and/or small snacks if you have young ones. There’s only one vending machine before the cafe and it was out of order the day we went. Overall we had a great time!
Fantastic experience: Had a really good time. There were lots of things to see and do. The staff was really friendly and informative. The food was also very good.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to visit if you're from out of town plan to spend the whole day there. Exhibits change all the time so check out the website before you go. Make sure your phone is charged up you'll want to take lots of pictures. Better than any zoo aquarium I have ever seen. I still think about how much fun I had petting sharks seeing a fly river turtle. The huge amazing fish species. I definitely recommend you visit this place. Tips for parents! Check to see what is currently on exhibit? Charge your phone Pack your cord with you if you need to recharge! Sanitizer! Canceling headphones if you or your child are sensitive to loud noises. It can be loud inside! Pack extra jackets and outfits for the Kids they will probably get soaked trying to pet some sharks or something in a touch tank. I had to ride home with a wet jacket. & caught a nasty cold. Pack Food & drink so don’t have to pay for it at the cafeteria! Then maybe all you will have to get the kiddos is a little something a the gift shop?
Fantastic experience: The kids had a great time, I'd definitely go back. A place for both kids and adults to enjoy. I liked it; it's something for all ages.
Fantastic experience: The aquarium is spectacular. There are several interactive experiences. Staff was all around and were so knowledgeable about the fish. I absolutely love the penguins, this one little guy was just watching everyone looking at them. Sharkey's Cafe was good, food decent priced for being in the aquarium, and the food was good.
Fantastic experience: They do a very good job considering we are almost 500 miles from the ocean. Very clean facility and the staff are very attentive especially with children asking questions.
Fantastic experience: Loved it. There was so much to see. My boys loved the touch tanks. They got to touch a shark and sing rays and sea anemone. Plus, great views of Cincinnati skyline.
Fantastic experience: Super fun place for my grandparents and I, so sad that Snowflake passed away though! The touch tanks were super fun (be careful though, they’re super cold!!)
Fantastic experience: We stopped at this aquarium while we were visiting this area for the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We enjoyed visiting this aquarium as they had a great variety of sea life to watch . It was a clean facility and they had pretty good size exhibits.
Positive experience: Meh..... just ok. The one time we went there were WAAAAY to many very young children in carts, strollers, double strollers, wagons and just about any conceivable mode of carrying. Very crowded from 1030am to 130 pm. I did notice a difference in the crowd at 2. Food at Sharkys is expensive and there is no selection.. there were some nice exhibits but most were just a bunch of bored animals. Place was well kept up
Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stroll through their many displays. Stingrays and penguins always a favorite, always putting on a show!
Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. It was crowded, but we managed. Took about 2.5 hours to go through. Both my 4 & 7 year olds enjoyed.
Fantastic experience: My son and I loved it, and we will definitely be back. The exhibits were gorgeous.
Fantastic experience: Lovely aquarium took us a couple hours to complete all of it while actually looking at the exhibits, has an area just for kids with a playground and cute areas around it, an area to touch starfish and sea urchins, they were expanding when we went there so there’s new stuff coming, had a great variety of creatures and lots of cute photo spots and a scavenger hunt to do while you look around as well, loved the shark bridge and the great gift shop, also could touch sting rays and had a few water tunnels
Positive experience: Extremely beautiful aquarium with many themed section. We loved the areas where we were able to touch sting rays and multiple other sea creatures including small sharks. It was awesome.
Fantastic experience: We took a little mini trip here for spring break. My kids loved it. My son was sad he missed the octopus display. They had the jellyfish exhibit up when we went. The jellyfish were great.. He just loves octopus so much. They also have a big gift shop!
Fantastic experience: This was a fun time. Wanting to plan a trip back with family members in the summer. The aquarium was bright, colorful and clean! It had areas that were fishy smelling but it wasn’t as bad as some I have been to. It was busy when we came so bottle neck of people. It took us two hours to go through. If it wasn’t as busy, we could have made it last longer.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Newport Aquarium! Getting to it is a bit difficult but once you get there it's absolutely amazing! The Stingrays are also super friendly. And love getting pets! They would come right up to you just for you to get them pets! All in all I definitely recommend going to Newport Aquarium, the staff there is also super amazing and very friendly!
Fantastic experience: We loved Newport Aquarium!! I recommend! Staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable! Tank tubes to walk through that have clear glass above and below for viewing aquatic animals. Manta ray and shark pet area with staff to educate. Interactive VR. Interactive sound and learn stations! Worth the drive! You won't be disappointed!!
Fantastic experience: We were continually surprised at just how great everything was here. The variety of exhibits kept the kids (aged 3-13) entertained throughout our 2-hour visit and their experts regularly sought out people's questions as we came through. It was very well themed from music to how each location was put together. We were visiting from further away, but if I lived in the area, we'd definitely come back.
Fantastic experience: Super cool aquarium! It was busy when we went (a Friday afternoon) but was still very manageable. Lots of exhibits and interactive areas. We are from Colorado, and our aquariums have not nearly as many species as we saw here in Newport! Would 100% be back.
Positive experience: The exhibits of this small aquarium are well decorated for the viewer and very spacious for those behind the glass. We enjoyed our time here but felt was a bit overpriced for the 90 minutes it took us to walk through, we even stopped at the touching stations and sat to observe the penguins. The staff was friendly and kept the exhibits and glass clean.
Fantastic experience: Midwest treasure. Large variety in tanks and we'll spaced out touching tanks. Much larger than I expected and didn't have rundown sections like you often see in attractions frequented by young kids. Upkeep is perfect.
Fantastic experience: It had been a while since we had been there there were a lot of new changes and really nice attractions. The lines were long but if you get your tickets in advance you get in pretty quick. Staff was extremely nice make sure you bring a lot of money.
