Vi har också en omplaceringsverksamhet för reptiler som behöver nya hem. Utöver detta driver vi ett aktivt folkbildande arbete via sociala medier som Youtube, Facebook, Instagram och Tiktok. På vår hemsida hittar du guider, skötselråd och en blogg som uppdateras då ochdå av vår veterinär.

Fantastic experience: Have a good selection of hardscaping materials for aquariums.
Fantastic experience: They have a large inventory of everything you could need for your pet reptile. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.
Fantastic experience: Possibly the best Online petstore for reptile, amphibians and aquatic pet owners! Huge assortment and constantly growing. Recently opened a store that is very good and they also sell reptiles that are captive breed by private individuals. Their website has a list of available animal and the list also describes items in their current enclosure, proper care instructions and more!
Positive experience: Online pet store with warehouse pick up as an option. A lot to chose from online, but not everything is available in the physical store location. Recommended to order online and pick up yourself a day or two after if you're close to Trollhättan.
Fantastic experience: UPDATE. Good prices and good support. I had a problem.with one.of the products I bought there. It is a controller for the lights. It just stop working. I returned the product and Cyberzoo arranged the contact with the manufacturer and in the end the product was replaced. Exactly what we could expect from a good shop. I now recommend the shop for your online purchase. Thank you Cyberzoo for help me fixing this issue.
Dear Paulo, thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I think you missunderstood us. What my colleague said (or at least what he meant) was that we can not give support on your 3rd part power supply since we did not sell this item to you. Of Course we will help you trouble shoot your purchased product, but it is not possible to help you if the failure is due to wrong or defective power supply. Your Sera product has two years warranty. There are some restrictions:
"The moonlight timer may only be operated with suitable
products in the low voltage range between 10 –
20 V DC and not exceeding 3 A. Nonobservance will
void all warranty claims."
