Negative experience: Didn't make special order in 6 weeks have purchased from melbourne and recieved in 3 days, yet they cant put order through for you in 6 weeks, Don't try and help this store they dont care about you or your needs

Positive experience: They have a varied selection but are willing to order some items for me for my dog. There fish selection is good and the prices okay. I am sad that they sell dogs in their shop though. They have a good sekection of dog beds and coats
