Fantastic experience: Great little reptile and fish store. New owner - absolutely lovely and a wealth of knowledge. The shop is small but had a good range of enclosures, small aquariums, and creatures. The owner was happy to order in products not available on the shelf. We will be returning customers for sure!

Fantastic experience: We lost our precious Bearded Dragon Puff, we were giving up hope when we were miraculous notified our Dragon had been found and is up at the Tecoma Reptarium If it wasn't for the lovely ladies that own the shop we would never of been reunited with our precious baby! Words can't express how grateful we are!! The Customer Care and knowledge they provided is second to none, they are most beautiful people who have a genuine love for animals. Fantastic experience: Lovely shop with really nice and caring staff. You can tell they look after their animals well as they all look healthy with clean cages and are well fed. They went above and beyond for my daughter to support her finding a suitable Bearded Dragon. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a pet or some advice.

Fantastic experience: I love these guys, full of knowledge and always happy to order things in for me. Their fish are happy healthy and they stock a lot of variety. Not only fish but also amazing reptiles, birds and rabbits. These animals are loved and fully prepared for a new life with you. They didn’t hesitate to help me when our power went out for a week. My family can’t thank these people enough for their kindness and hospitality. I fully recommend the Reptarium to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Mel was great. Super friendly and helpful. Went in just looking for fish supplies and left with plenty of great advice and a bag of clean up crew (shrimps) for the tank. They have plenty to choose from!

Negative experience: Poor advice with little knowledge of fish keeping. Fish seem reasonably healthy. Accasionally they would stock species of fish that in my opinion are unsuitable for the home aquarium as they get far too large such as the peacock bass (pictured below) which was available at one point.

Fantastic experience: Great place with beautiful displays, I bought my pet hopping mice here. Staff were very helpful and gave me advice on how to take care of them. Much love.

Negative experience: Walked in to this store on recommendation from someone. I was ignored the whole time I was there. No greeting, no I 'll be with you shortly. After 15 minutes of waiting to buy either stick insects or Hermit Crabs for my grandson, I walked out.
