Fantastic experience: I really like the manager of the store — she’s beautiful, has a bright smile, her attitude is shining, and makes the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Last time, I forgot to pay and just walked out — that was entirely my bad memory. But she didn’t get upset at all. Instead, she just made a lighthearted joke about it, which really touched me. Her sense of humor and cheerful attitude made the experience memorable, and now I’ll always remember every visit because of her. As well as the adorable Galah.

Fantastic experience: We have our two terriers groomed here. Always excellent, friendly service and great staff. We know we can trust them with our furbabies

Positive experience: Good array of stock but staff tend to take their time to offer assistance at the checkout.

Negative experience: Always have shopped here for my animal supplies, but as of today I will not support petstock devonport, after I asked for a confirmed price on a product where the worker was standing "to which her response was " i don't know I'm only just putting tickets out,", Didn't offer to go and help to find out the price or to shuffle through the pile of "tickets", worst part of it all is she continues putting tickets out, while I stand there dumb founded at how I've received the customer service. Walked out of the store and she was still absolutely oblivious to the fact of her customer service. Thankful I didn't spend the 350 dollars in your store to pay for her wage of being a sales representative. DO BETTER PETSTOCK, bring back workers that actually cared about the store and customers, not their pay checks.

Fantastic experience: Went in with some questions regarding home aquarium, talked extensively with the young gentleman there, wish I could remember his name,but,he has aquariums himself. Most helpful. It's nice to go into places and actually be able to find an assistant willing to help you,not just fob you off with the standard responses of...I don't know or no we don't have that,because you get the feeling they really don't care. Happy to recommend this store. Also,they have a very cute store mascot.. Reggie

Negative experience: Drove 3 hours 2 fish tanks on display can’t buy them only to look at the 2 women employees were rude paid no attention I would sack them meanwhile our fish are dying hope you go broke you cruel scumbags don’t say you have something for sale if you don’t you liars had a thousand dollars to buy a tank and refused to sell us a tank you rude horrible people

Fantastic experience: Love it, it's great. Building inside is very spacious, and they dont mind if you walk your dog around store. Good reasonable parking space. Plenty of animal food in bulk.

Negative experience: Never have what I need in stock, despite the things being a partnered brand with petstock. Always the same with the ‘sorry not sorry’ attitude. Things have gone downhill since Ian left.

Positive experience: Reasonable range generally. Good range of dog carriers. Unfortunately had very lacklustre service the last time with a purchase of more than $200. Staff standing around not doing anything but chatting, no offer to help get a pretty large and cumbersome object into the car. The previous time staff were friendly if not overly helpful. Service makes the difference between shopping online or in store often; they haven't really done themselves any favours.
