Fantastic experience: I have been to Guppy's twice and I bought a hang on filter for my small tank, it conked out on me today and I rang up to check if I could get it replaced, Bri instructed me over the phone on how to clean out the impeller and it WORKED!! Just want to say a huge thank you cause what amazing customer service! Can't wait to come in again soon!

Negative experience: We were informed putting lobster in with fish would be ok. We had a traumatised 6 yr old when it Shredded his favourite fish.

I've never seen a dead fish, the aquariums are kept in good order, the product prices are amongst the best on the coast I think, and service is friendly and factual.

Fantastic experience: Owner is a good bloke. Shed is a little messy but they have EVERYTHING you could ever need to set up an aquarium. Just Goodluck finding any of it lol. Maybe best ordering online. Fish selection is on the smaller side but they are high quality and some are super exotic.

The boys told me the bring it all in and in less than 20 mins I was sent on my way with everything ready to rock and roll to just put into my tank at home!! Truly saved me a great deal of stress!! Notice the full stop and lack of qualification of my claim. just good stuff, all the time. I ordered this morning and Gary (?) delivered some really nice plants this afternoon. what I ordered: subwassertang java fern (pisces) various potted crypts (pisces) corkscrew val submerse amazon sword I have a 10 g tank and i could just have the sword alone. Negative experience: I ordered some Purigen and they sent me Seachem Matrix instead. I emailed and sent back the Matrix, but they never sent me the Purigen. Basically theft with extra steps. Do not buy from them.
