Negative experience: Every time we come to this store we are constantly questioned when we buy an animal or products I understand why they do but we always come here and there is a matured lady who’s customer was awful

Fantastic experience: Went in to set up a fishtank we inherited. Got some great advice and service from the friendly staff who were very patient as we dithered over decisions. So glad they were able to guide us and as a result have very happy kids with their very pretty new pet fish Prince.

Fantastic experience: 5 star service from about the nicest people in Albany! Extremely helpful and all the staff obviously have a genuine love of animals. Our 2 dogs got spoilt with treats, which was appreciated! They have a great range of products at really good prices and we bought some really unique collars and leads. We highly recommend a visit to this business:)

Negative experience: No one there seems to know what they are talking about when it comes to most animals, manager has a severe attitude problem, never smiles. Most fish for sale are either crook or have dead fish in the tank with them. NEVER going back.

Fantastic experience: Really good pet shop! The staff are friendly & helpful plus knowledgeable and you can see they have a love for animals. One particular staff member (young girl with a grey beanie on) was fantastic she showed so much care into our little dog offered us great advice and variety of sample packs which has helped us find what our fussy dog likes to eat before we bought a large amount. She also suggested the prime 100 salmon roll and removing chicken from his diet, which I can happily say 3 weeks on his skin allergies have gotten so much better very little redness and his hair is even growing back on his feet and legs now. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: There's lots of adorable pets (mostly guinea pigs, rabbits and fish) it also has good expensive pet food

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and a fun place to take my doggo. Nice selection of products. A bit pricey, although that may be because there are no other places in Albany with anywhere near the range of quality products... at least to my knowledge! Hydrobath is popular (I haven't tried it). On my most recent visit they had very cute kittens for adoption at reasonable price considering vaccinations/ microchips/ flea+worm treatment etc. Excellent place for buying different brands of single protein frozen BARF dog food at reasonable price.

Positive experience: The staff are lovely. Well stocked and plenty of choices with a variety of brands. Grooming facilities for your pooch are great too. I suggest parking at the back as the road in front is busy and not much room for exiting your vehicle on the driver's side.

Positive experience: Great store, great huge stock up. Recent Renos look great adds more room. Dog grooming, the girls couldn't, clip one of my little dogs underside and around the back, they said he was far too anxious. So now I do them myself. But apart from that my other little dog groom was reasonable. They charge half price for doggie that they couldn't finish. Which was fare, so thank you. Owners seem like real descent peeps. Only other downer was the self dog wash ran out of flea and tick Treatment. To be fair, we were told before we entered the dog wash..We will be back.

Negative experience: Fantastic. Asked for the hardest fish to catch but they managed to do it! Had some great advice as well. Since posting this I have been waiting on a snail and starfish to arrive in store. I have entered the store twice and asked and have been told each time that they will put them on the next order. 3 months and I am still waiting for a call

Negative experience: 2.5 hours to groom my dog and still did not finish. Then I got "here is your poor dog" The groomer is rude and unpleasant. The rest of the staff are very nice.

Negative experience: Went into the store for a dog wash, as I needed my fur buddy dry so he could get back in the car for the drive home, I decided to pay $25 to have one of the staff wash him for me with a specific requirement that he be dry after the wash. The staff member that was to wash my fur buddy was a young lady ( junior) another stipulation was my fur buddy was to be dry after the wash. Whist the junior staff member was washing my mate, I wandered the store and found some other items that I needed and placed them on the counter to purchase when I was leaving, the junior staffer brought my fur buddy to me whist I was still looking in the Isles for other items, and what do you know my mate was still quite wet and shaking of water in the Isles. Needless to say I was not impressed by having a wet dog for the trip home. Get it together guys, I could have done the same job for $10, the other $15 I paid was to have your staff member wash and DRY him, you need to train your staff a little better, at least supervise juniors until they are competent to complete allocated tasks. Sorry but I won't be back and you lost a small sale also

Positive experience: They have lots on offer and my visit was only to browse, however, not 1 staff person asked if I needed a hand to find what I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: We where recently on holidays in Albany and needed a new pet carrier for our dog. We stopped in and had the most amazing customer service from Dannielle. She helped us pick the right size and model carrier for our dog and allowed us to try it in our car to make sure it fit (lucky we did because the model we were going to buy wouldn't have fit!). Such an easy and stress-free transaction, we will be back next time we are down that way.

Positive experience: 1 waited while my sister was served it is a big warehouse full of a great selection of pet items she and their dog are very pleased with the lead and harness that she bought. The is a ramp up into the building for disabled customers but we had to ask for a chair for me to sit on

Fantastic experience: Absolutely, utterly, fabulous staff. Wonderful holiday visit to stock up on what's not around in Perth! We took parrots in with us (on leashes) and myself in a wheelchair, and were made very welcome. Thankyou all for your help and the great time I had there H2T staff, it was much appreciated!!!
