Fantastic experience: Great service from Debbie today, very helpful advice. Staff there are always great, good range of product, loyalty scheme always saves us a few bucks, easy location opposite Bunnings. Plus, as a huge bonus, there are some very cute store pets usually hanging out.

Positive experience: They advised about chicken purchase and delivery, all went well and received my 4 new 14 week old chickens. Bought some suitable feed while I was at location.

Negative experience: Went 7 Feb 2025 around 1pm girl with colour tats in her own world oblivious that 3 people waiting to pay waited for 10 minutes just looking around for customer service. Asked "don't you have anyone at the counter anymore" she said " looks like it" so arrogant, I said "how do I suppose to pay for it" .just happy happy joy working in a corner in her space couldnt be bothered to check if someone at counter Don't she work for a wage shouldnt she move her ass and prioritise the counter and serve people waiting She was there the whole time I watched her packing in the corner not once checked to see people waiting. She got issues if she can't do her job or lazy to serve....check you store cameras and see for yourself.....she only came to the checkout after the phone rang otherwise we can wait and wait and wait Go to another pet store in Albion park at least they have someone at the counter

Fantastic experience: The groomers took wonderful care of my Groodle, Sammy. She had missed a couple of grooming appointments after her previous groomer moved and she needed some extra care. They were very thorough when collecting her details, including her fear of loud noises. They gave her a break when she was overwhelmed, even if it messed with their schedule. She came out looking beautiful and not at all stressed. Thank you for genuinely caring about my best friend. We will recommend this service. ♥️♥️♥️

Negative experience: Absolutely pathetic dog wash JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER PET STOCK skimping on products. It’s $10 for 10 minutes and you have no hot water NO SHAMPOO,, NO FLEA AND TICK RINSE. but what you do have is a PATHETIC EXCUSE for a dog wash. CAR WASH ON KANAHOKA RD IS 1000 times better. SHAME ON YOU PET STOCK.

Fantastic experience: They have a wide range of pet products like; food, treats, pet accessories and much more! The staff are very friendly and very helpful with their knowledge about all kinds of pets! Definitely a must-go-to if you need pet advice or products ans accessories.

Negative experience: Arrived at 5.30 pm which I understand is the closing time, after being stuck on the exit for 8 minutes to try and get there before 5.30. The lights were on in store and a worker came out to grab the trolleys. I asked if they were shut as I knew exactly what I wanted which would have taken not even one minute to purchase but was told they were closed. Pretty annoyed when you work full time and try and get to a store to purchase food for your pet, to then get turned away. Minimum $50 spend every time I’m there. Very frustrating!! Clearly you don’t need my business and I will be looking at shopping elsewhere in our region

Negative experience: Walked in with my partner yesterday to look at some pet items, we were not greeted at all or attended to at all.. a staff member was chatting to another staff member and we thought she was greeting us as we entered the store. i replied with hello! and your staff member said to us" oh i wasn't talking to you, i was talking to my staff member" and proceeded to laugh at us and ignore us! terrible customer service! I would have spent a lot on my pets if you at least had some friendly staff to interact with.. left a horrible taste in my mouth regarding this store and the terrible attitude of the staff members was shocking!

Positive experience: Good range of dog food available. Not a great variety of other items unfortunately, definitely miss the old Poplar Pets when it comes to leads, toys and treats

Positive experience: Always good service, I had my baby in my arms and they were prompt to offer a hand and carry the heavy chicken food to the car for me. The reward system meant I could save some money on today's purchase. Dog treats were low in availability today and prices have gone up.

Fantastic experience: A really good operation going here, broad array of good products for a wide range of animals. Staff are competent and friendly. Online ordering is very convenient allowing quick pick up. We have found Nathan in particular to be a very friendly and helpful worker there, setting a great standard in customer relations. It'd be great if all customer facing employees, in all businesses, were like him.

Difficult to access depending upon your direction of travel. Possible that Bunnings influenced blocking access via roundabout.

Also the staff members are very happy to help you if need be, i give them a score of second to none. As the prices are very competitive with all the other pet food & produce places. Negative experience: I have had delivery to my residence for over 20 years for my equine supplies. Recently for puppy food supplies. Unfortunalty due to the lack of 'Customer service' I received at my last visit, being charged a overriden price of $103 for an item scanning $86 at the register, the staff memmber walked away to investigate, didn't even inform me what they were doing, Just walked away. I have sent an email to the email address provided with no return acknowledgement. I have delt with many of the staff there, for many years, spent tens of thousands of dollars at this establishment. Very dissatisfied and dissappointed.

Does have good dog washing facilities. Woonona pet produce is best by far and has WAY more stuff. If you ever head that direction I suggest planning your pet supply purchases for those times.
