Negative experience: You try and support local businesses and you always get disappointed in store membership never seems to work and the final straw was couldn’t get a refund on the dog. Wash token will be going back to the other pet Supply in Beenleigh.

Negative experience: Absolute disgusting service performed by what seems to be a fourteen year old child. I heard her on the phone say her name was Evie. Straight up rude, unhelpful and argumentative. Seems like she is on some sort of power trip. Was offered no help around the store and then when I was looking for someone to serve me, she was out the back on her phone. When I finally got her attention, she rolled her eyes at me and spoke passive aggressively throughout the transaction. Seems this company hires cheap labour and when you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Will not be returning and from the other reviews I’ve read on here, I suggest you don’t as well.

Negative experience: Gave credit for goods paid for butt didn't have ( told me i should of checked first )with no proof of purchase just name & phone no on their computer so went today to purchase goods & use credit but was told credit was already used ,terrible experience with rude staff ,felt embarrassed & that i was in the wrong ,never going back there ever ,used to be a good place years ago,not happy at all

Negative experience: The staff weren’t very helpful, their customer service needs some work as they didn’t even offer to help with a 20kg bag. Parts of the shop had a rather unpleasant odour and is off putting to customers.

Negative experience: Worst service ever...chook feed had mites all through it. It took 4 days to finally get a refund. They kept pressing a store credit, then told me the Eftpos machine couldn't do refunds. Seriously...if the product is faulty return the customers money. Will never buy from here again..faulty product & terrible customer service!!

Fantastic experience: Visited Sunday morning, 3rd December 2023. Wow, what a great, what I believe is an independent, pet supplies store. Very clean and organised and the young lady was on top of things. Asked a question, put some requirements around it and "Boom!" There she is with a recommendation. Unfortunately I am from the other side of town, but yiu would have won a new regular with me.

Positive experience: Great medium sized feed outlet in Loganlea. It's worst point is that it's on the main road making it somewhat difficult to park or get to if going wrong way. Best if possible to park in Short Street if on opposite side (from motorway)

Positive experience: It's not a bad pet shop. Lots of birds, fish, and rodents for sale. A few dogs and cats you can also interact with and some cute chicks for sale. Only downside is the fish food we brought was already out of date.

Fantastic experience: This pet Barn is the best!! I can not fault them at all. Clean and tidy making it easy to just browse or find a particular item. The staff are A1, so helpful and knowledgeable. The animals they have there are clearly very well looked after. Will definately head back there for all future pet needs

Fantastic experience: Called to enquire about a specific dog kibble. Staff were very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Went in store the following day and food was available as well as a wide variety of other options. I ended up purchasing an automatic kitty litter for my cat also, the staff were knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in every way. I will definitely be back and would recommend the store for your pet needs

Negative experience: The main boss is very ignorant. The young girls who work here are very nice. The food way to over priced. And the puppies and kittens they sell are way to over priced you can’t sell a mixed breed for 2-3k That’s just beyond a joke. There selling animals like there the breeders of them and it’s ridiculous. I use to love coming here as this is where I got my pet rats from but they have really changed and turned nasty.

Negative experience: Pros: the employees are nice. The animals seem to be well taken care of. Cons: Limited range of products. Prices are significantly more expensive compared to other places (e.g., ivory coat kitten dry food 2 kg here is $42 compared to $30 on ivory coat official website and at Petbarn). Place is slightly unhygienic (e.g., feces not being cleaned)

Negative experience: Unethical with rodents/ birds / roaming cat. Poor service. Over priced. Puppies and kittens in glass enclosures with no where near enough ventilation for hot days. Sick and pregnant rodents rehomed. Poor housing and care practices for all the above. Plenty know and dislike this store and it's other franchises Beenleigh and Marsden.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff and well informed. I came in to find feed for my rescue cockatiel and they guided me through the different options so that I could make the best, most informed decision (the bird is a rescue and younger than initially believed). Their feed selection is well priced and the unbranded options are well formulated. I have been feeding my rescue Lorrikeet their Lorri feed for the last two years and s/he loves the apple blend best, but we vary it and provide other diet options as is advisable. My cockatiel chick is on vetafarm pellets softened in water or apple juice and fresh veg, he has the option of seed in his foraging area and both birds are thriving.
